Orian walked back into the main room with a cup of tea, and blinked sleepily. "Ah! Miss Fae! One moment!" Setting down his cup, he half ran back into his room, coming back with the pants and shirt she had lent him, cleaned and folded. "Here you go. Thank you for lending them to me until i could find some clothes of my own." He sat at the table, rubbing his eyes. "How are you ladies today?

Alyosha had come back from his long, luxurious shower to find Sy gone. He was *sure* he'd heard her talking to someone, Fae, he though but his sense of smell couldn't get past the smell of the soap he was using.

He had eaten his fruit and given two of the portions to Acia and Alli. He had gone to try and find Sy but she didn't seem to be around. Eventually he had given up and put her portion in the small refridgerator. Now, the day after, he was eating that same fruit bowl and wondering if a certain kitty-kat was avoiding him. She'd slept in his room the night before but.. wasn't there when he got up. This was somewhat... normal... for her anyways. He shrugged a little, dragging one of his books from the shelf, setting it on his low table and starting to read.

Fae bit her lip a little, nodding apologetically. As she was motioned over, she gripped the bag slung over her shoulder tightly and glanced to where Pueblo had flown to. But before she could get any closer, she jumped to the sudden sound of Orian's voice. She was soon being fed her clothes she lent him...but of corse, it could have appeared differently to an outside source, and she started to blush furiously. Why now? Not in front of Sy! She took them and grinned sheepishly back, her hands quivering a bit. "N-no problem!" Quickly tucking them away into her bag, she lost her smile and cleared her voice, then quickly dashed to take a seat beside Syrenrei before anyone else decided to jump at her. "My day has been fine," she quickly answered. Of course, she hadn't done much yet, so she really couldn't say otherwise.

Pueblo stood back up and eyed the bowl being scooted towards her. An offering? She peered down inside the bowl at what looked like seeds. She scowled, but looking up into the pressuring peafowl's hard-stare eyes, she poliety picked one up in her small beak and fumbled it around. She wasn't much of a..grain eater, but she'd do anything to win a friend's heart over.

Upon the new entry of someone, her ears twitched and stood up and looked over to the man she saw Fae rescue. Her tail twitched a bit and cocked her head before she returned her attentions back to Delta.

Looking from one to the other, she quickly saw a startling similarity with these two compared to herself and Aly. The blushing, embarassed girl with a crush and the clueless guy who was unknowningly stringing her along... but it really wasn't her place to do anything. She was just somewhat consoled to see someone going through a similar predicament was all. Trying hard to keep a straight face she motioned for Orian to join them.

"Please, Orian, have a seat. We love having your company." Smiling brightly she decided to answer the question. "I am doing well, thank you, Orian. How are you?"

Delta quit her seeds for a moment to evaluate the newcomer curiously. Her hunger mostly satisfied, she found him more entertaining than eating. Prancing over a few steps she tilted her head to the side to look at him quizzingly. He didn't have the big things on his chest that made it hard to see his face. Seeing as the humans varied so much in apperance, it was getting easier for her to see Pueblo as another member of her species. After all, Syrenrei said that her and the other two-leggeds were all humans.

Prancing back to Pueblo she now was concentrated on seeing what differences they had... and what interested her most was Pueblo's furry tail. Looking at her own tail, she noticed it was only furry at the end. Weird.

Orian smiled a little. "Better now that i'm in the presence of two beauties such as yourself" He smiles, and makes a little face to show he's joking, and looks down at the aerandir. "Wha? I know Pueblo, but who is the new one?" He cocks an eyebrow at Sy questioningly, with a little smile on his face.

Fae depressingly looked down into her lap. She had remembered what she'd seen before..between them. She was surprised he still remembered her. Still, if they had grown close, why wern't they open with it? Perhaps they wern't.. She smiled slightly to his joke to let them know she was still listening.

Pueblo watched Delta study Orian and followed her around, glad their attentions were drawn away from seed. She showed off that she knew him and pecked at the toe of his boot, then drew back. As soon as she decided she was done with him and was starting to eye her, she flicked her tail around, teasing the other griff to see if she'd play.

"Oh, this is my newly found daughter Delta." Seeing Delta was pre-occupied she turned her attention back to the other two and started to notice something. Uh oh. Her social ineptitude must be kicking in. Fae looked a lot happier when she walked in, and since Orian was being so flattering, she figured it had to be something she said or did.

But what could it be? >__< All these covert feels that people had for each other were making her feel she was insane. I mean, she wasn't just imagining all of this, right?

"We're waiting on our things to be shipped, so meanwhile I'm staying in Aly's apartment." About five seconds after she said this, she realized what it sounded like and she fidgeted a little. She needed... er... uh... tea. Yes, tea.

"Excuse me a moment, I need some tea," she blurted out quickly as she half-shuffled and half-ran towards Aly's apartment. She had been so successful in avoiding him, she was sure she could find solace there a moment to gain her composure. Only a moment, though, since Delta was still out there.

"Keee-aaa!" Delta exclaimed in surprise at the movement of the tail. It moved just like hers.. but... she really couldn't play too much other than chasing, sadly, and that, she had quickly realized, made her dizzy when done with her own tail. She then decided to inspect a more obvious difference as she studied Pueblo's paws.

A bit jealous, she glanced from the paws to her hooves, which although sturdy, didn't allow her to be quite so dexterous with foods. Oh, that just wasn't fair! Why did SHE get the claws?

Orian winced a little as Pueblo pecked his unshod foot, and reached down to gently pet her, holding out a hand for Delta as well, looking confused as Sy ran away. "Why is it that women always seem to run from me when i'm just trying to be friendly?" He blinks confusedly, and shrugs, moving to sit on the floor with the two griffs, smiling up at Fae. "So it seems i'm going to be staying on the island for a while at least. Aly is letting me stay in one of the guest rooms here, and do odd jobs around the island."

Fae slowly looked up to Sy and stared at her hard. She's sleeping in his room? So she was playing two men?! Feeling a bit of jealousy, she only shook her head and sighed. Oh, she had no clue to how this whole 'relationship' thing went, and felt she could never catch up. This, was one thing Fae hadn't any experience in. As Sy quickly announced she needed tea, she watched her go in confusion as she passed the kitchen. ?!

Looking down to Orian, she gave a small smile. Ohh, that's right. She was surprised he was even still here. "Oh, yeah, I heard. I made sure you were alright when you fell asleep that one time. Err..I guess Sy did the rest." Her shy eyes flashed up to him, wondering. "Thinking about Aerandir?" She quickly saved herself, totally skipping the word 'getting'.

Pueblo blinked and flicked her tail some more before she noticed Delta's jealousy. She cocked her head and crawled up to her, pawing at Delta's fluffy chest playfully. "Peep?"

"Sy did the rest? Wha?" Orian just looked confused as hell. What did Sy have to do with anything? She was a good friend, but it was obvious, even to him, mr. oblivious, that she was far gone on Alyosha. "Actually, it was mainly Aly that helped me settle in, though Sy did give me a quick tour of the island. I managed to pick up a few sets of clothing from one of the sailors on the ship that comes." At the question about Aerandir, he just blushed a little, ducking his head. "Well, if the opportunity arrises, I won't say no."

Getting a hard stare that borderlined glare from Fae as she dashed to the apartment, she gratefully shambled into Aly's kitchen and hit her head on a wall as if that would knock some sense into her. This was going from good to uncomfortable to horrific. Where had she gone so wrong? crying The notion that Fae thought she was with Orian never entered her mind so she was utterly perplexed and was now wondering if perhaps Fae liked Alyosha as well. Pretty soon she was going to be needing a chart for this.

With a resigned sigh she filled the kettle with water and turned on a burner to heat it up. Things were a hell of a lot simpler, although admittedly more boring, back at her cottage. Well, those days were gone.

"Kee-aaaaaaaa." Delta replied, stifling her jealousy as she realized that she had a few things going for her that Pueblo didn't. I mean, she saw some of the feathers on her neck and they were a pretty blue... plus Sy told her she was pretty, and she trusted Sy. Yes yes, the other one could have claws. She liked her hooves anyway.

After a moment she decided to demonstrate her horns to Pueblo. Prancing around she hooked them under a cushion and started to lift it... but her horns were too small and cushion too heavy, so it quickly fell. ;__; But... but it was lifted for a moment!

Alyosha looked up as Sy brushed by him into his kitchen. She looked somewhat flustered. Standing up and walking into the kitchen he found her presumably making tea or coffee...

"hmm mind if I take some of that hot water, or is it all spoken for" he smiled.

Fae didn't say anything else. Perhaps if she just forgot about it, everything would be better, yes. She'd try this. He seemed more of a flirt. ..wait, what the heck? Why was she even CARING about guys suddenly?! She shook her head, disgusted with herself. As she picked up the blush on his face, she grinned. Why was he so easy? "Aww, yay, I'm glad to hear that." Perhaps another Aerandir would soon be showing up! Looking around for Sy, she frowned and hoped she hadn't done anything.. She supposed she did but turned her attentions towards the little Aerandir playing around instead. "They're just so interesting, you know?"

Pueblo examined Delta as she felt she had right to after herself was checked. She noticed the differences as well, and the different markings. Pueblo's wings were really the only flashiness she had, and it was nothing compared to the london blue feathers Delta had. Blue...she reconized that color!

But before Delta could hold still any longer for Pueblo to inspect, she began to show off her horns. Ooo, those were peculiar. And wha-what was she doing?! As Delta lifted the cushion up and crashed to the ground, Pueblo ran to her side and head-butted the stupid padding off from her. Delta was clearly strikingly strong and sharp in Pueblo's eyes, comparing her softness to her cunningness. Her ears lowered a little, nuzzling the other gryphon to make sure she was alright.

Syrenrei blinked and as she saw that there was no easy escape from Aly she started to turn bright red once more. DAMNIT! She had come in here to get away from a bad situation and walked into another one.

"Uh... sure," she answered lamely as she pretended to be pre-occupied with staring at the kettle. It needed uh... supervision. Besides, what could she say to him? Hadn't she said too much already?

Delta blinked and preened at Pueblo before nuzzling back. Ooooh, she was soft... both her feathers and fur felt nice. Kind of like when her mother held her and cuddled her close. !! Did this mean she made a friend. Yey!

A friend without hooves, but who really was noticing...?

Orian shrugged, and stood up, streaching "Well, i'm off to the hot spring to soak for a bit. Hope to catch you around more often. Have a good evening if I don't see you again." With that, he stalked off towards the entrance to the hot springs, grabbing a towel from his room on the way.
