"Oh goodness no." Delilah said as a blush rose on her cheeks. "I usually sit on the floor when I read. I hurt my leg so I figured I should probably should sit on a chair. Sorry I interrupted your reading. Is that a good book?" she asked as she gently massaged her leg.

" The Hound its a short story by H.P Lovecraft" Acelin responded finding it bit odd people at his old schools never asked him what he was reading when they found him in library. " How did you hurt your leg?" He said with a sympathetic changing the subject realizing he should asked that first.

"Oh, I tripped over somebody and fractured it. I normally heal fast but when it didn't I bled it to make it heal faster. Thats why there is a bandage over it." delilah said with a huge blush. She hated admitting her clutzyness. "I'm Delilah by the way."

Delilah smiled "Its a pleasure to meet you".She looks at her leg and says " It has healed at last..see." She takes the bloody bandage off to reveal a lightning shaped scar. She rubs it and takes a deep breath.

Dean walked into the library and went to the biography/autobiography section and pulled out a biography on shakespeare and went up to the checkout counter. He checked out the book and left.

Acelin looked at her leg a little puzzled as to if the girl he was talking was human or some other kind of species, seeing how most humans didn't heal that fast. " Oh thats good " He said as he turned his attention away from her leg and back to her face.

" Did I look that puzzled?" Acelin asked a bit shocked that she knew what he was thinking just from the expression on his face. He was also was shocked that she was shape shifter before coming to this school he had never met a different human species let alone talked to one.

Delilah smiled. "Don't feel bad. I can read body language easier then most people or species." She studied his face a little longer then said, " You don't have to worry. I'm harmless unless I'm angry." she smiled again because she had never meet a human before not even a person this fascinating.

"I see " Acelin said as wondered what other kind species went to this school and did they all look just as normal as Delilah as he thought of those question more flood into his head. " Don't worry I don't attend on getting on anybodies bad side here. So why did you come this school?"
