LabTech Kestin Mostly c/p from Yahoo Answers.I've just entered the third week of birth control for the month, and I've been having my period for a couple days now. (It's not just spotting.) I've been on birth control for about four or five months, and I haven't had my period more than a few days early since the first month (although usually it is a few days early; I do wonder what that's about). I missed one pill about a week ago, but resumed as normal the next day. I tried looking up whether there's a correlation but I could only find results pertaining to pregnancy, and I'm not sexually active; I'm only taking the pill to regulate my period. Is the missed day causing the early bleeding? I should also add that the period has been entirely brown so far, when usually it changes to red within the first day. It's also very light, when usually it's very heavy. I looked that up as well and all I found was that it might be a sign of pregnancy, but as I said, I'm not sexually active (in fact I'm a virgin). Missing a dose can screw things up for you. Since it's all hormonal control depending on when you missed one depends on what it does (since it depends on the time during the cycle it occurs). Not going into super amounts of detail because a. I'm still half asleep, b. I am not needing to study for that exam anymore so that informations can go feck off and c. all my notes are at home so I can't give you anything too indepth beyond what my brain remembers. But essentially it's most likely because you missed one. However, if it continues to happen (over more than this month) and you take them as normal then probably a good idea to consult a doctor or something (if it bothers you) since they know more about these things

I was watching the 3rd Lord of the Rings movie. Aragorn was speaking to the armies about to attack Mordor...and I almost cried. Either my estrogen level is going nuts or Aragorn is an amazing motivational speaker. xd

Uh; Hi.
I don't know if I've been PMSing lately I had my first period in February; Yes I'm still a teenager and yes; I'm quite a late bloomer (/agefourteen), but are these some symptoms of PMS?
I've been: - Sad - Stressed - Having lack of Concentration - Suffering of loss of confidence - Extremely tired etc. - Super quiet (/seriously; I didn't even swear that much at a usual UNO game where I brawl with my friends) - Having Cramps.
This morning I snapped at my sister and at school I just felt like running away from my friend group. Is it really time for mother nature's call?
Oh and another thing; This morning I was walking to the lockers with my best friend and another friend; when it came to my stop; my best friend pushed me away and said "Oh look its your locker! Go away!" (or something among the lines of that) in a fast and hasty voice- she also pushed me. Usually I talk with my friends and when it comes to my stop I wave off at them and say "Hey; I got to go now- I'll see you guys at ______."; My best friend has been distancing away from me for the last few days; we hardly even talk now... only during the mornings- and we sit in the same friend group.
Ugh. fhslhgsgsafdhdjhgsdr jgls :

I'm not sure heh, some do, some don't? But then again, I'm only basing them off myself and every person is different blah blah blah. I know I get more... quiet and more drawn into myself rather than ragey and snappy. As for the last part, it seems like your friend wanted to uhh try something new in a joking manner. But heh, maybe try asking them what's up too? If you can find a quiet, private place, ask them what's wrong. And if they don't want to answer, confront them and say you know something is happening. Whether it's between you two or something personal in their/your life. Yeah, it's a little.. gutsy, but it might work? Better than a broken friendship while not knowing the cause. =) -x- /start rant I guess it's up to each person to say whether or not PMS exists and how each person wants to deal with the change and stuff, but I personally hate it when people so quickly use PMS as an excuse. For example "Sorry I just screamed and smacked you across the face for dropping my favorite cup, it's PMS" Seriously?! alsdkfhad;slfkaj I guess I just think that each person should have more.. control? over themselves. Yes, things are chemically (and physically) changing around that time. But you should still know how to control your temper and fists. You should still have a sense of what's wrong and what's right. Maybe you'll have to hold back more or think a little harder upon what is the right course of action, but for ******** sake, please stop blaming it on PMS. x---x /end rant Sorry. Take it as you will, but I just needed to get it out of my system I guess. And no, that wasn't a rant to argue the existence of PMS or not. >>; I just... feel that way and don't really care if others don't? I mean, I know people are going to continue blaming it anyways. -shrug- Also.. uhh, sorry Emi for tagging this to the end of your quote. x--x

I hate that, too, Mickey. People will blame all kinds of things on PMS because it's such a convenient excuse. I'm not saying that people couldn't possibly be affected by it in a way that I'm not, but I have a hard time believing that nearly every single woman turns into a completely different person once a month like that. I can be pretty irritable during my period, but that's just because I'm experiencing pain, so I have less patience with people who make me waste my energy or do things I don't want to do XP /unpopular opinion, but you said it first, so I feel safer agreeing... XD

Thanks for the advice Mickey; and I'm not yet sure if it is PMS or now; it may just be me in an unsettling mood.
But; I agree on your rant because some of my friends who are in my friend group blame their prissy mood/change on PMS. I find it reaaaaaalllly annoying and I mutter to myself that she (referring to any friend) should keep herself in order and stuff. She (again to any friend) says that she totally acts like a different person when it's her time of the month but to be honest; they act the same and yet they're not doing anything about it. : They should just settle their disturbances/moodswings by doing something that will exercise their brain and make them happy; for instance; some should exercise so they could release endorphin's and then they'll feel better instead of a grumpy person.
It's alright if you quote and then push a rant underneath; I'm not sure if I sparked the rant but I'm sorry if I did. ^^;

If they have major PMS go see a damn doctor. Seriously, I should not have to deal with your s**t because you're hormones are majorly imbalanced. I used to have horrendous PMS (more the one minute I'd be hyper as hell and the next super depressed rather than getting pissy with people) but you go to your doctor, you go on birth control and that solves most of the problems. Either that or it's people acting up because they know they can and that's just dickish

waIlflower It's alright if you quote and then push a rant underneath; I'm not sure if I sparked the rant but I'm sorry if I did. ^^; No, no. It wasn't you at all! It was PMS. There was someone who did that and while I was typing away I guess the.. anger/frustration just built up after whacking my head against the keyboard a few times ^^

On Saturday night I drove home from colorado with the group of TaeKwon-do people that came on the trip. For the second half of the trip I switched to the other van and got stuck between two guys, one that I still sorta have a crush on and my stupid hormones were going crazy. It didn't help that I was tired, fortunately I didn't do anything stupid. XD Though later the guy I like switched places with the other guy in front, we'll call him Steve. And Steve is also cute and joked about falling asleep on my shoulder, and did put his head on my shoulder which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. And then he kept putting his arm around me to demonstrate guys being supper obvious vs. what he usually did. And then he demonstrated a "riddle" type thing which apparently is just a way to have an excuse to hold a girls hand, once I realized that I felt embarrassed and odd. After all this I felt kinda like he meant something to me, but he's almost exactly 6 years older then me so I don't really want to go down that path of thought... and I'm also not sure how much of this was a result of being completely and utterly exhausted. XD
Whatever the case hormones kept acting up a is common when you have cute guys sitting on either side of you, one being 3 years younger the other 6 years older... and the last being only a year younger but I think he was uncomfortable sitting next to me is why he switched places with Steve. So ya, this is just a random ramble that I wasn't sure where to post but I needed to type it out for the thought process and here seemed like a good place to rant about hormones acting up.

A girls' night out, it should happen. ninja
Drinks in Barton Bar? Slumber party in the Gnome General's house(suggested because I want a reason to wear PJs on Gaia)? Bonfire and smores? Or just running around killing stuff?

I was thinking much the same thing. Assuming more than six people show up, we'll have to stay away from instances. Too bad, since drinks in the Bar sounded nice... How many people can we fit in the Ninja Glen/Woods/I forgot what it's called? That would be nice and isolated.
