Kaori quietly started to close the door, but Kai came running in with the bag around his neck.
She took it off and he curled up with her in bed once she changed into her pajamas.

Kaori woke up, raising her arms and stretching.
She took a shower and fit into her dress.
Taking Semper Fidelis, she walked to the forest.

Kaori stomped into the dorm and smashed the door closed.
Kai looked up and meowed.
Kaori slipped into her pajamas and fell asleep next to Kai, her emotions still heated up by his exit.

Seeing that Kaori was still asleep, he sat on her bed and stroked her hair.
"Sorry about last night...I know you were mad because you were about to say something. I was looking forward to it and everything...But...Why did time had to come at the wrong time? But it is a valuable thing.."
He said quietly. He moved her bangs from her face and kissed her forehead softly. Then he left the quiet room.

Kaori rubbed her eyes.
She saw her bangs were taken out of the way of her eyes.
She sat there, puzzled, and took Semper Fidelis out of the corner, beginning to polish it.

Satisfied with her polishing, Kaori walked to the beach, first putting her swimsuit on under her dress.

Feeling like she'd perfected the writing, Kaori dried the ink and rolled up the scroll.
She walked back to the beach.

"We got you toys."
He brought him to a big bag of toys in the hall way.
