Now I need to design the 1st Division. Their purpose is the back up of the 11th division, right? Like, they are loving of battle like the 11th division, but have more intelligence and aren't specializing in melee combat? Or what?

I'm sure. I almost added a few dirty and blatantly sexual things to the Skill and Abilities list. hey. Can someone look at this and tell me what they think? It's the rules and purpose of 1st division. Any help would be appreciated. Post your opinions here in the OOC, please.
