Mitch's eye brows shot up at what Suki mentioned. "Hospital?" he questioned at first, looking off to the side a bit.
"No... I didn't think he'd want me to... In his own words, 'going to the hospital is a sign of weakness'," Mitch quoted his co-captain, impersonating the way he talked and everything.
Mitch had contemplated going to the hospital, but not for long. He didn't really consider that ghosts could get hurt every now and again, however unlikely it may have seemed.
Vienna smiled at Luna, a childish grin on her face. "I'm Vienna. What's your name?" she asked in response.
Cadarl didn't fidget or make a movement of any kind under Suki's touch, simply lay there and slept.

    Zori & Suki & Kai & LunaSuki seemed a little bit irritated. "You're being an idiot, you know, Cadarl." She muttered to the unconscious Pokemon. She huffed, and settled down into the grass, lying next to Cadarl. Kai seemed amused. "Women are very strange." The Mudkip noted, glancing over at the Chimchar. Behind them, Zori was taking a nap, as she'd not gotten sleep the night before out of grief. Luna grinned back, although the Ralts couldn't see it for the helmet. "Nice meeting you, Vienna." The Cubone replied happily. The Pokemon glanced up at the tree. "Did you actually climb up there, or did you just Teleport?"

Cadarl gave no response to Suki's statement, just remained in the same state that he had been in for the past hour or so.
Mitch grinned over at Kai. "Indeed," he agreed lightly, laughing. He didn't really want to mention his illogical phobia right now.
For some reason, most people considered this to be a losing quality to his personality, although he couldn't for the life of him figure out why.
Vienna nodded at the latter of Luna's statement. "I just used teleport. I wouldn't dare try something as risky as climbing until I grow into my limbs more."
The little girl spoke as if she had at least two or three years on her, as opposed to just a few days. Cadarl's work was obviously paying off in some ways.

Zori & Suki & Kai & Lunasuki sighed heavily, and Kai just laughed. "All I can say is that we need more guys on our team. All these girls are driving me up the wall." Kai's grin sort of gave away the fact that he really didn't mind too deeply. Girls just confused him a little bit. And amused him to no end. Luna nodded. "You're probably right. It would be sort of dangerous for a shorter-limbed Pokemon." The Cubone agreed. She wondered silently if she could do it. Probably not, she decided. Her partial blindness and short, stubby limbs would make her a poor climber at best.

Mitch nodded silently. "I understand. I'm hardly able to handle having one female on our team, and she's just a child," Mitch commented with the slightest of chuckles.
Cadarl rustled in his sleep, his eyes squeezing tightly closed before slowly blinking open. He stared into the upper parts of the tree, although it looked as if he wasn't actually seeing anything do to his far-off gaze.
Vienna looked at the tree once more. "Well, I don't know. Maybe I could try to climb it."
And, with that, Vienna started walking towards the tree. It seemed like it would be fun to try! What was the worst that could happen, anyway?

Zori & Suki & Kai & LunaLuna followed hurriedly. "If you're going, I am, too!" The Cubone replied determinedly. If the Ralts got into trouble, she could always use Teleport. And Luna herself always wore a helmet. The Cubone gripped the tree between her hands, holding her bone in her teeth as she started to climb. Kai laughed. "Tricky little things, aren't they?" This earned him a swipe up the back of his head from Zori's fluffy tail. Suki tapped Cadarl's forehead, worried. "Cadarl? You alright?"

Vienna began to scramble up the tree, although it proved difficult at first.
She grabbed at any of the bark of the tree that was hanging loose, but there wasn't much. It appeared this tree was in rather good shape and, because of that, it was harder to climb.
Eventually, though, she made it to the first branch. She stood on it triumphantly for a moment, though she clung to it with one hand.
Mitch smiled lightly, a charming little smile that had caused the event that sparked his fear of women in the first place. "Agreed. I doubt I'll be having kids any day because them."
Well, he didn't really count Vienna as his child. She was more of Cadarl's.
Speaking of the Shuppet, he was flicked his gaze over to Suki. He didn't respond, though, and simply closed his eyes again.
His head was pounding; it felt like someone was taking a mallet to his skull, although that wouldn't make sense since he was a ghost.

Zori & Suki & Kai & LunaKai seemed rather confused. "Fear of the opposite gender?" He asked the Chimchar mildly. He didn't really understand how one could be, but it seemed the rational answer. Personally, he liked females. He wasn't much for them at first, but lately... Irritating as they were, they were fascinating! He'd noticed how they laughed, the way that they swayed their hips when they walked... He blinked, bringing his mind back down out of the clouds. Girls. Hehe.
Suki stroked Cadarl's forehead gently, concern written all over her face. He looked like he was in so much pain... "Would you hate me if I got you help...?" She whispered quietly. She was almost sure of it, now. He needed a doctor or nurse, or SOMETHING. She couldn't just let him lie here.
Luna clambered awkwardly up the tree trunk after Vienna. She climbed on a diagonal, rather than straight up, as she could not see the bumps in the bark, or the footholds on her blind side. After a few minutes of struggling up the tree trunk, she, too, reached the first branch. "We did it!" She murmured excitedly.
Zori lay still in the grass under the shade of the mighty tree. She watched Luna and Vienna climb with interest, letting out a quiet cheer as they reached the branch. She wished she could climb!

Mitch shrugged a bit in embarrassment. "I'm not necessarily afraid of them, per say..." he murmured, scratching the back of his head with his palm.
"I just... FINE. I'm afraid of them," he bristled. He would never have a mate, and it's not like he didn't want one.
Cadarl, without opening his eyes, responded with, "I would not hate you. However, I would be sourly displeased and would refuse the medical assistance. Calling anyone is futile."
His words may have been gargled a bit, but the tone he used made sure that the message came across quite clearly.
Vienna nodded enthusiastically at Luna, then reached up to go to the next branch. Then the next, then the next. Before too long, she was far off of the ground and standing on a wobbly branch that threatened to break.
A great smile flooded her face. Cadarl would be so proud of her if he could see!

Zori & Suki & Kai & LunaKai winced. "You'll find a way, Mitch. It'll just take some time, I guess." He replied rather lamely. He wasn't so great at making others feel better.
Suki rolled her eyes, and she kissed Cadarl's forehead. "In that case, I'd like to ask a favor of one so strong as you." The Misdreavus murmured tactfully. Flattery got you everywhere. "I've been needing a chance to practice my first aid skills..."
Zori immediately rose to her paws. "Vienna! That branch isn't safe!" She called up, her eyes wide. Her ears twitch at the sounds of the branch cracking beneath the Ralt's weight.
Luna stared up with her one eye, looking desperately for Vienna. She couldn't see the Ralts, as the little Psychic type was in her blindspot. But she could hear the branch cracking as easily as Zori. "Vienna!"

Mitch shrugged a bit. He guessed one day he would get over it, but most likely not any time soon. He sat there, staying quiet.
Cadarl let a soft sigh escape his lips. He didn't open his eyes; the light hurt his head, so he'd just sit in darkness for awhile.
"I am not a child. I can see through your devilish plot. However, I applaud you for trying," he said nobly. It was a great compliment, on his part.
Vienna bounced up and down on the branch. The second it snapped, she teleported onto another, more sturdy branch.
"Life is about taking chances before it's too late and you snap," she giggled, bouncing from branch to branch.
It seemed she was taking advantage of her teleport ability, using it to get her out of the situations that she often found herself enthralled in.

Zori & Suki & Kai & LunaSuki stuck out her tongue childishly. "One day, Cadarl. One day you WILL see reason." The Misdreavus replied stubbornly, although she was giggling in spite of herself. Cadarl? See reason? Unlikely at best. ...Which was probably why she liked him so much. He had some backbone. He wouldn't budge an inch if his heart was set on something else.
Zori sighed quietly with relief, and turned around to curl back up around her egg. It wasn't there. She flattened her ears in alarm, and was about to cry out for the others to help find it, before it Teleported right in front of her. She curled her body tightly around the egg, nuzzling it's surface with relief. Ahhh.... Psychic-types were confusing! She felt a strange, tingling sensation inside her chest, and glanced down. The Sapphire necklace around her neck glimmered slightly. Once again, she couldn't help but be curious as to why Legacy would leave such a precious item behind...
Luna nodded in agreement, although she herself was clinging to the tree trunk as tightly as she could. Her club had fallen down onto the ground, but she was stuck up in the branches. She hadn't thought about getting down... "Uhh... Vienna? Could I have a hand?" She asked the Ralts quietly.
Kai got up with a soft sigh and trotted off across the Courtyard, disappearing off somewhere. He didn't feel like sitting still anymore.

Cadarl made a soft grunt of a noise, saying something that sounded a bit like "perhaps."
Vienna nodded a bit, teleporting over to where Luna was. She quickly grabbed on to the pokemon and then teleported to the ground, giggling.
Mitch watched all of the goings-on.

  Ruana & DemetriThe voices of two young pokemon gradually got louder as they walked into the courtyard, looking around at their surroundings. It was hard to say what had attracted their attention about the place and made them decide to come here first, but when they actually arrived, they could see why it was such a popular place for both new recruits and veterans.
"Told you this place would be a good place to start," said the first, a dog-like pokemon with thick stripes over his yellow-orange body and a thick, poofy, creamy tail. The growlithe, who went by the name of Demetri, glanced over at his partner after speaking, watching for her reaction. "Whatever," the other responded, a touch amused. Unlike the growlithe, she walked on her hind feet and was coated in a thick white fur that resembled something of a dress. The most noticeable thing about her, though, was the huge pair of jaws -or at least that was what they looked like- hanging from the back of her head. The weight of them though didn't seem to bother her as she looked around, examining the scenery with interest. "Although it does seem pretty nice."
"Told you," the other repeated insistently with a lopsided doggy grin, watching the mawile, Ruana, roll her eyes.
"Let's just go find somebody so we can learn something about this place," she sighed as she dropped to all fours and walked further in, wondering what pokemon they were likely to meet here at the guild. And, of course, if any of them had an interest in music. "And then you can bug them and not me," she added as an afterthought. Ignoring the last comment and instead shrugging, Demetri followed her in, seeing no reason not to, although he was more interested in meeting a group simply because they were explorers.

Zori & Suki & LunaSuki rose up off the ground, waving slightly to Cadarl. "Feel better, okay?" She told him quietly, floating off toward Luna. The Cubone was sitting shakily on the ground, thanking Vienna many times over to getting her out of the tree. Suki had a feeling that she would not try climbing trees again. She tapped the Cubone on the shoulder, and the Ground-type waved goodbye to the sweet little Ralts. Grabbing the Psychic egg, both Pokemon disappeared out of the Courtyard, leaving Zori behind lying on the grass. It was clear that the Eevee did not intend to move an inch for some time.
