Uhura nodded.
#This is the USS Enterprise. Your presence has been detected. Please respond.#
She waited for a response but got none. Then she repeated the message. Still nothing. She looked to Kirk and shrugged.

Kirk frowned. His gut told him to get the hell out of there - this wasn't a fight they wanted until they were in a better position and had spoken to the official Klingon government. But he didn't want to leave some cloaked warbirds flying around in Federation space either.
"Shern, it's your call." he said seriously, hsi voice indicating he wanted a fast descision.

Jinx purred sadly and then approached him. She circled around him and tried to think of something to do. Glancing down at her the armlet device. "Off?" she pointed to it happily. She disliked the thing and hoped someone would take it off her soon.

Zepatos looked down at it. "I don't know how to take it off, you'd have to get rid of the electrical charge somehow." he shrugged

Jinx read his body language as a no and plopped back down on the floor. She use a claw and readied herself to try tinkering with it again....

Shern had been quietly observing from his Chair. Occasionally nodding to his officers, ensuring they followed Kirks commands.
"This is the best lead we have Captain. I suggest we stick it out."
Shern proceeded to circle his bridge, barking orders out to everyone as he passed.
"HELM! Bring us about, put us in a defensive formation with the Enterprise."
"Tactical, power up weapons, be ready for a fight. Make sure our phasers are charged to the maximum. We'll pack more of a punch than the enterprise"
"Operations, ensure our shields are at maximum strength, close down any non-essential system and magnetise the Hull"
"MONROE! Assist in scanning for any enemy ships."
Having nearly circled the whole bridge Shern proceeded to communications and used the internal comm "Engineering and Medical - this is the bridge. You had better have response teams ready. This could get messy!"
"Ensign, please see if you can be of any assistance to Uhura"
Shern finally came to rest in the centre of the bridge. Turning to everyone he said "Ensure you coordinate all your efforts with your counterparts on the Enterprise. We have been here many times before people." He clapped in a commanding way "Do your jobs"
He sat down and turned to speak to Kirk on the com. "Hope you heard that Captain. We're all for sticking it out. I'd rather things get messy hear than on our doorstep"
"Tallulah. Are you there?"
Tallulah appeared next to Kirk, leaning into the video feed.
She nodded.
"Good said Shern. See what you can do with the phase energy generators on Enterprise. Boost them as much as you can."
"Yhesssss" Tallulah said before sweeping across the Enterprises bridge to one of the empty consoles.
"Oh and Captain. One last thing. That ship you took onboard here earlier. I think it may have the best configuration to ensure the safe transport of cargo to your vessel. After all, these new warheads will be needed if Nero shows. But they will only be effective against his ship. We'd best get you equipped as soon as possible"

At first the device on Jinx's arm did nothing this she just lightly traced over it with her claw-trying to find some sort of weak point in it's design. Unfortunately she wasn't having so much luck. So she resorted to brutal methods of scratching and gnawing at it. That of course trigger the devices security measures and sent the electric impulse through her body. She screeched in pain and then growled in anger. And in the anger she slashed at it again sending another impulse and she accidentally cut her arm above the device. She pouted and licked at her fresh wound.

Kirk nodded. "Battle stations - get prepared to fire. " he ordered.
"Uhura, keep trying to get in contact. Ideally i want to capture one of the captains and ask him what the hell is going on. Repeat, we're aiming for a surrender here."
He highly doubted that the Klingons had it in their capacity to surrender, but he didn't want to destroy a whole fleet before they'd had a chance to try and get into diplomatic relations either. he switche dot the internal communications to replay his orders.
"McCoy - I need you to prep the Medical bay, we'll probably have casualties. Scotty - punch the power into the shields and our weapons and make sure you're synced up with Commodore Shern."
he then sat back, looking tense, but enjoying the adrenaline rush.
"What do you mean, commodore?" he then realised that he probably meant Zepatos' ship. That had almost completely slipped his mind in the drama. "oh, the Araname. Yes you're probably right, though perhaps now isn't the time. I'll get my men on it."

"So Tallulah. How is your progress on our transport options. You figured out how to use that ship to our advantage?"
---
Tallulah hissed out several words to Shern. It wasn't english but he understood.
---
"Good Good. Get on it. With Kirks permission of course."
---
Tallulah hissed away to herself in the corner of the Enterprise's bridge. She continued to tap at the console before storming towards Chekovs station and starting to use his console.
"W.. What are you doing" Chekov exclaimed at her extremely shocked while moving back to make room.
"Fhollowing ORDERS" she spat at him sliding back to the original console.
Sulu was just as shocked and looked at Kirk for some kind of reaction.
---
"This may not be the best time but you need those warheads before Nero shows up! Remember they'll only work on his men... I er.. I mean his ship." Shern reminder Kirk. Shern was looking remarkably comfortable compared to his earlier stance. IT was refreshing to be off the station and out his office... back on HIS ship.

"Fine, I'll send a couple of men to man it." he switched to the internal comm and summoned an engineer and a potential helmsman, giving them their orders to go down to the ship and get it ready to fly asap.
He glanced back at the veiwscreen, unnerved that the Klingons hadn't started to fire blasts yet. he wondered if they still thought they were invisible. Perhaps it really was just a scouting mission for them...in that case Shern was probably right about Nero turning up very soon.
"hold fast." he advised warily. he was then distracted by tallulah marching around and Chekov protesting.
Kirk looked put off by Tallulah's behaviour. "What exactly is that, then?" he asked her, noting Chekov and Sulu's distress. While he appreciated her help aboard, he disliked her ruffling his crew's feathers.
Meanwhile, the two crew-members Kirk assigned to drive the Araname arrived at the ship. to didn't take long before the engineer had reversed the dissabling of the ship, and they fired it up. But they were greeted with the console's text.
환영합니다, 어떻게 에어프랑스에서는 어떠한 경우에도 이용자에게 직접적 코드가?
One of them sighed. "What the hell...?" he tapped on the keys and the computer hummed into proper life, a somewhat out-dated robotic female voice stating what was apparently the same question.
al'doer qualla kruk dosst kaas lu' szeous?
They mashed aroudn with buttons for a while and the voice repeated the same sentence a few times. One the final attempt at getting into the computer one of the men cried out as the console shocked him.
"argh! Jesus! Captain.." he hailed him.."We're having issues down here. We can't understand the computer and it seems to have some sort of firewall set up."

Tallulah turned to the Captain
"Phleasssantries get in the whhay of my workssss. I wassss assssigned here to do thingssss not think aboutssss them" She glared at Kirk.
---
Shern cleared his throat loudly. "Now Tallulah. Do try and get along with everyone. I'm... used to your work ethic." He sharpened his voice and looked towards Kirk. "At the same time, Tallulah is from a very different culture. Lets try to understand that."
---
"Ssssso can I get on with thisss! I need to getss to engineering to ensshure that your sssheilds will allow the ship to passssss through. I don't fancy dying as you drop them to let the ship out. Would be a terrible way to end my may yearsssss"
