It's kinda where I got the idea. There's no sound or flash of light in any way, other than maybe a blur when stepping. Plus this actually drains chakra quickly, so no spamming unless the user wants to run out of chakra.

Name of Jutsu:Fuuton: Soothing Breeze

Jutsu's Element:Fuuton
Description:A support jutsu which can be used to raise morale and effectiveness in a battle. The Fuuton user, wraps their teammates (or themselves) in a relaxing breeze, that clears their mind of emotion and minor pains. This allows the affected ninja to think rationally, and put their emotions and physical pains aside. The breeze surrounds the character for a post, but the length of the affects depends on how emotional/injured the affected ninja is, as well as their state of mind. If used on a tired shinobi, it may cause drowsiness. This can be useful outside of battle, or against a fatigued ninja. It can also be extremely dangerous if used on a tired teammate (or ones-self)
Rp Sample Nagisa could sense that her comrades were unable to put their emotions out of the way. Their best friend was captured, and they had allowed their temper to rise to dangerous levels, and she did not know that she could trust them to carry out the mission. It was hard, Nagisa knew, to have to fight one of your long-time friends. “Everyone stop. We need to take a moment to collect ourselves.” She declared loudly. They all stopped in a clearing, as Nagisa began her work. After a short series of seals, a soothing wind began to surround the whole team as she began to speak. “Everyone, listen up! The shinobi we are chasing is no longer your comrade. The Raikage has assigned you all, because you know him the best. I know this is asking a lot, but if you can not put aside your emotions during this battle then our whole village will soon fall.” As she spoke, she worked on lowering their stress. When the jutsu wore off, she called the wind once more, knowing once would not be enough in this situation. The team began to return to their collected selves, and she could tell that reason was beginning to win them over. This would help keep them from doing something stupid, but she still had to watch them carefully.

Jutsu's Element:Katon genjutsu
Description: Upon eye contact with the victim, the caster performs a series of seals, and breathes out a cloud of smoke. The cloud moves towards the victim and enters into their lungs, forcing it's way through their mouth, no matter how hard they try to resist. In the next turn, breathing becomes extremely difficult, and they are affected by a strong taste of ash. The victim develops a severe cough, which does little to relieve their troubles. This jutsu lasts as long as the caster wishes, unless the affected is able to break free. Continued use causes the victim to fall unconscious, due to hyper-ventilation.
Rp Sample Jeremy Nara slowly lead his victim back out into the open. He had already captured her with his shadow, and now all he needed to do was bring her back to Konoha. As soon as she was in the open , he stared into her eyes, deciding the best solution would be to bring her in without breaking the jutsu. A series of seals, declared his intent, a Katon jutsu, but she was unable to break free. He called out the name of the jutsu, and exhaled what appeared to be an extremely thick cloud of smoke. She was already captured, and a taijutsu type had little hope of breaking free from the genjutsu. He held her firmly with his shadow, as she gasped for air. His jutsu was a solid success. The shadow didn't free her until he was certain that she was unconscious. Both jutsus dispelled as he walked over, and calmly grabbed her body, throwing it over his shoulder to bring back to his village.

Jutsu's Element: Fuuton Genjutsu
Description: The genjutsu is cast when the caster says confidently that they will boost the ninja's speed, to make things more interesting. When caught in the jutsu, every time the opponent moves it feels like a wind is pushing them, making them believe they are moving extremely fast. This jutsu has two uses.
They will either be afraid to move, and feel that if they move they wont be able to keep control of themselves, or when they are moving they feel like they are so fast nobody could possibly keep up. When the caster is easily able to match their movements, the affected believes that even with a speed boost they are no match for the ninja.
Rp Sample Nagisa had decided on two facts about this encounter. Her opponent was her equal in speed, and that he didnt know anything about what her abilities were. A moments thought and she decided the easiest way to deal with him would be to make him believe she was far superior. She stared him in the eyes and laughed, while performing the proper seals. “I am already bored with you, I've been testing you and you dont stand a chance as things are. I think it would be best if I gave you a boost to make things more interesting!” Her opponent stared at her with a confused look in his eyes. Nagisa ran forward slowly slicing out with her Kodachi, knowing that he could easilly dodge it. As soon as he moved his eyes lit up as he began to believe he was faster than her.
She snickered, as he ran circles around her shouting things like “whatever you did to me, it will be your downfall!”
It became a full blown laugh when she jumped in his way and slashed once more with her Kodachi. “I told you I was just playing with you. Now you can comprehend my full speed!” He had arrogantly slowed down his movements, believing she didn't come close in speed. He stopped a step in front of her, frozen in fear. “I guess you aren't so fun after all” she declared as her bugs bound him and dragged him to the ground.

Description: A very dangerous jutsu that creates a Maelstrom underneath the opponent, dragging them under water. Because of the nature of a Maelstrom, attempting to struggle against it or swim out of the technique merely exhausts the opponent. This technique requires a body of water of a decent size (river, lake, etc...)
Rp Sample: Satsuzame was facing a tough opponent, his foe was nearly as strong and fast as himself. So, Satsu had decided that instead of fighting as he normally would, he would fight with cunning instead of power. Luring his opponent into fighting him on a lake, Satsu put some distance between him and his enemy. Swiftly, he formed the handseals needed for his technique before slapping a hand on the lake. "Suiton: Uzumaki no jutsu!" Satsuzame roared out. The enemy ninja realized too late that he had been lured into a trap. A whirlpool roughly twelve feet in diameter appeared underneath Satsu's opponent and began pulling him under. Though he tried to fight it, the nameless shinobi began to tire quickly before being dragged under.

Description: After standing still and concentrating for one whole post, the user can change draw in the wind currents around him. Depending on how windy the area is already, this can take up to two posts after the initial use. Drawing the wind currents into the area of the user will make the area much more windy and difficult for surrounding opponents to keep their balance. Lasts for ten turns.

"You've been played, young fool." an athletic man said to Chihiro with a smug grin on his face as he balanced on a tight-rope. Our young hero stood on the hair-thin wire just a few meters down the line. "I'm an expert tight-rope performer from the circus. You can't really expect for me to fall before you do, do you? You might as well just fork over the money now." he continued, but the young shinobi just grinned and stood still on the line with his eyes closed in concentration. Moments later the wind currents from around seemed to collide on their position, sending the tight-rope swinging around. The athletic man swayed back and forth with the wind, trying to keep his balance, but eventually the wind threw him off and he toppled several feet down before landing in a safety net. Chihiro, however, kept his cool and somehow could keep his balance on the rope. It was as if he could read the flow of the wind before it even hit him. With his opponent thrown off Chihiro jumped off of the rope to land next to the man in the safety net. "Yeah, I'll take my money now." The man reluctantly passed a small bag of gold over to Chihiro, knowing he was beaten.

Jutsu's Element:Universal
Description: This genjutsu is activated by a sound. Specifically the target, or targets, hearing the song "Pure Imagination" from the 1971 Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. After the first several notes are played, the user and the victims are all brought into the user's mind. They are all lost within his sub conscious,the dream space. Here the user has the ability to create what he wills. Anything at all can happen within the dream space.
Everyone, even the user, is at the mercy of the dream. It would take a dream space expect not to be. Completed oh I don't know something like 30 or 40 posts (link on profile to the training would be great) of special mental training within dream space to show that he or she has control over their mind. Once the user has this training, they walk through the dream as if a god of sorts, able to will things into and out of existence.
Everyone besides a master dreamer believes in the dream that is occurring. No matter how ludicrous. It's a dream. If you start bleeding mice, it makes sense. If your dead father that you killed for his eye appears and he kidney punches you with a tire iron, that make sense. Pain is felt, but upon death the target is sent from the dream and woken up with a shock...I mean you just died. So you would be startled, thinking you really did just die. If the user dies, all partys are forced from the dream space and woken up: the targets are well rested, while the user freaks out... cuz they just died.
Also, the user only can keep his dream up for 8 posts.I wish it would be longer, cuz we could have some cool mind screws with this thing. So fun times for all. Ever wondered how a demon host would do an english presentation? Or if Lance made a good flight attendent? Wonder if Reynard and Storm enjoy hunting chickens with hamster based chain guns? But sadly the dream only lasts for 8 posts. Each post the next verse of "Pure Imagination" is heard throughout the dream. On the 9th dream, when there is no more music, everyone wakes up as if from normal sleep.

Reynard Lothar stood in the middle of a circle of his closest friends, each of them kinda being a p***k about his whole betting thing. Lance yelled at him, rushing him from the side."You son of a b***h! You owe me money!" Reynard dodged several swipes of the blade, ducking and diving. He was caught off guard when LT jumped in from behind, kicking him right on his a**. Reynard fell forward into the dirt, scratching and clawing to scramble up. Malfrost and Gregar jumped at him with kunai, Gregar doing something snake related and Malfrost doing something AWESOME related. Reynard turned into a tiny monkey,dodging the attack, and then running up Gregar's pant leg,up through his clothing and popping out his collar. Reynard nibbled frantically on his ear, ripping it off like Mike Tyson.
Gregar howled in pain, doing a super penultimate jutsu that wipes posts right off the forum. Reynard s**t brix, his pants becoming heavy. The others were running after Reynard as Gregar stayed behind to charge his jutsu. Reynard used a substitution jutsu once they'd caught him, appearing next to Gregar. He pulled out a flute, and waited until the others were back, closer to him. Using wind chakra, to make sure everyone heard it, Reynard blew into the flute.He blew the distinctive three note sequence. Everyone almost stopped dead, falling over upon themselves. Malfrost fell on top of Gregar, sleeping like babies. Zane and Storm almost looked like they were hugging...or spooning, gross. Lance fell, his face in Mal's bum, snoring loudly and talking in his sleep. LT just kinda floated there cuz the ground couldn't handle him. Reynard's eyes closed with the rest of theirs. He didn't feel the ground as he hit it.

A strange haunting melody seemed to float through the overcast cityscape. The sun broke through the high grey clouds in certain spots, bring down veils of light in patches of the city. Malfrost and Gregar stood on the street corner, making their way from the lavish and grand public library to a sub shop of some sort, whilst arguing about nonsense like who had the better hair:Wolverine or Tony Stark? Tony does! Duh! They walked in, Storm was punching babies and kicking a puppies, that were popping from a game much like whach a mole, in the corner of the restaurant. He didn't seem to notice the two, wanting to keep up his high school. Matt was behind the counter, saying how much better this job was than Panda as he made sandwiches with drain-o and saw dust. Mal and Gregar ordered sandwiches, walking back out of the shop and returning to the library. Mal was spilling Chlorox on himself, good thing he had a white shirt.

The two walked through the horizontal revolving door of the library, walking past people reading and working on laptops. One man had an older model Mal laughed at, it was an old display burning out of a small pig's belly. The piggy squealed,struggling to get free as the man googled on his nipples. Mal giggled like a schoolgirl, whispering to Gregar,"Dude... can you believe people bought those old iPigs? They only held like a thousand songs!"

Lance ran as fast as he could, the aboriginals chasing him down main street and fifth. They bounded over cars and threw their spears at him. Lance darted through the crowds, using bystanders as shields.He grabbed a toddler, using him to block the hail of blow darts. The tiny child crying out in pain as Lance ran with him under his arm. He was getting to be too much to carry, dropping him, but not before stealing a candy bar from his pocket.

Name of Jutsu: Ikimono Shinka- Animal Evolution

Jutsu's Element: N/A
Description: The Animal Evolution Jutsu is one that has been passed down from the Chiroku clan for years until it was recently forbidden due to the effects it had on the members of he clan. When a Chiroku Clan member learns this jutsu they give up every and all chances they have to sign a summoning contract. The clan member taints their blood with the blood of three different animals and once their blood has mixed with the blood of the animals it can no longer be exchange for any other animals. By finding an animal of the same species that they mixed their blood with they can wipe blood on the back of the animal and apply chakra to it. By doing this the animal grows in proportion to the users chakra level. The user can only do this to one animal of the three species at a time and the jutsu does not stop until the animal has died. Starting at C Rank, any natural abilities that the animal has starts to become enhanced. The more chakra the animal recieves the more intelligence the animal gains as well though if the animal cannot speak unless it recieves B Rank or higher. At A Rank the animal can start to learn jutsu. (*Note: Animals without five fingers can not perform jutsu that requires handsigns...obviously!!)
The animal is bonded to the user, meaning they can't be more then a couple of miles apart unless the user gives additional chakra to keep them sealed to one enclosed area. Doing so cost B ranked chakra to create and A Rank Chakra to break the seal. If the animal receives S Rank chakra it's dna become altered to use the element of whatever element the user has naturally. (*Refer to chart to see what each element can do. Only one element may be picked and if the element is not the users main element then the element will not be as powerful.) All element effects fade after five posts and have to be recharged with A Rank Chakra from the user except for the Bloodkin animal of the user. The Bloodkin animal of the user is the users favorite animal species out of the three picked and the animal that the user has the most connection too. This animal does not suffer from pain when using one of the element nor does its effect fade. This Bloodkin animal is equivalent to a Boss Summon. When using this Jutsu the user has to stay within his or her rank which means a C Rank user can't give an animal D rank or B rank or anything else for that matter. When the animal feels pain the user feels pain as well and if the animal dies the user become immobile for one post.
*Chart of Elements
Raiton- The animal becomes slightly faster then normal. When the animal bites or scratches a foe they release some electrical damage. If the animal is touched someone who doesn't have the Raiton element may receive a bit of a jolt. Everytime a jolt is sent through the animals body, the animal receives internal damage to its organs and tissues. Too much electricity can cause the animals heart to stop or for it to lose control of other bodily funtions.
Katon- If the animal has a tail, then the tail may have a little flame on it and if the animal has wings some of the feather's tips may be on fire. The animal can emit short bursts of fire from their mouths but when used the animal will burn its throat slight and possible burn their whole neck off if used too much.
Fuuton- The animal is able to jump higher if it doesn't have the natural ability of flight. If the animal can fly then it can move around faster. By taking in air the animal can release strong gust of sharp wind but the wind can end up having the same effect as Katon if not used properly and can result in the animal's neck coming clear off.
Suiton- The animal is able to breathe underwater if it doesn't have the natural ability. If the animal can already do that then it can move around faster underwater. The animal is able to spit out highly pressurized water from his or her mouth that can be very sharp and powerful but if used to much the animal can dehydrate itself and die.
Doton- The animal is able to release powerful shockwaves through the ground by stomping on it. The shockwaves can travel pretty long distances. It can move longer if moved in a straight and narrow line but it is also able to be used in a circular shockwave. Each time the animal stomps it does internal damage to its own bones and tissues. After each use the animal moves a bit slower and if used to much the animal can lose one of its limbs.

Nagamoto bit his finger as he summoned a tremendous sized, A Ranked, snake to attack and kill Ukiyo. The snakes chakra levels were tremendous and they locked their eyes onto Ukiyo. They hissed as the opened there mouths and charged towards him with empty stomachs. Ukiyo shook his head as he began to run into a nearby forest, leaping tree to tree in efforts to flee from these monsters. Dammit! Where is he? Ukiyo continued to run as the snakes mowed down the trees with ease. The C Ranked Summon began snapping at him as he tried his best to dodge it, nearly getting ripped apart. "Hey! I know you like to make Supa Dupa Dynamic Entries but don't you think its time you showed your face!!!" The ground began to rumble as the snakes stopped moving. Ukiyo kept running for a while with a smile now on his face. A large wave a chakra seemed to be storming near them as a large grizzly bear with spiked fur could be seen charging towards them. "It's about damn time!" The large Grizzly bear and Ukiyo's favorite side kick came bursting into action. The Bear quickly went after the A Ranked Snake, biting it on the neck close to its head. As the bear continued to bit down it administers lightning shocks through the snakes body, damaging the bear slightly. Seeing the Grizzly wince in pain slightly, Ukiyo decided he needed to step in. Performing some handsigns Ukiyo came towards the snake as lightning gathered to his right hand and her jumped to attack the snakes belly. "Chidori!" Ukiyo had helped the bear but only a little bit as he had only done enough damage to slightly cut the beast and not kill it. The Snake slid more pass the bears teeth, cutting itself in the process but gaining more room to maneuver. The snake turned around as it bit down on the bears neck and took it down. They struggled for a bit, as they reached a stalemate and it just came down to who had the bigger bite. Nagamoto had finally arrived in the scene and the reason for his delay became obvious as he appeared. Nagamoto had went into Snake Sage Mode, and although Ukiyo was capable of bringing forth large beast like a summoner, he could never become a sage.
Nagamoto outstretched his arms at a speed faster then Ukiyo could follow with his regular eyes. He was hit in the face quickly and repetitively as he tried to get away. Nagamoto made some more handsigns as he brought out his boss summon. The Snake was huge, even bigger then the last. Ukiyo heard a loud snap as he looked over. The Grizzly had ripped off the snakes neck and began to stand up. It's neck was still bleeding a bit but he was definitely still rready to fight. The bear charged to the large snake but it seemed the wounds that came from the other summon had proved to be to much. The snake swung its head quickly as it knocked him down and lunged for the bears neck. Within seconds the Boss Summon ripped out the bears throat as Ukiyo began to back away. "Its not over yet! You've yet to face my bloodkin! Engisu!" Ukiyo performed one handsign as he broke the seal placed on his favorite of all animals, the elephant. This large beast was very tall and at the same height as the boss summon. Ukiyo smiled as Engisu charged towards the snake shaking the ground.
The snake was much faster then the elephant and had a lot lest trouble moving around. It slithered between the elephants legs for a moment as it bit its stomach a couple of times. Realizing what the snake was trying to do, the elephant put its trunk to face underneath its body as it released a fire stream to burn the snake. The monstrous reptile hissed as it began to wrap itself around the Elephant to crush its body. Quickly jerking its head back the large mammal strike the snake twice in its body and one good time on its head. After being hit on the head the snake constriction weakened as it slithered off. Nagamoto ran toward the elephant as he jumped in the air. "Sage Tech- Venom Cannon!" A large purple blast came towards Engisu as it knocked him back and off his feet. Ukiyo charged towards Nagamoto activating his anigan and transforming into a werewolf. Engisu stood for a moment, a little shaken by the powerful sage technique. Charging again, a little slower this time Engisu attacked the dazed snake. The snake summon was able to dodge and bite his trunk but only after being cut by his tusks. Blood began to pour from both of these animals as they struggled to gain dominance. Ukiyo was off fighting Nagamoto when he heard the screech of his elephant and felt that he had died. Realizing that he would be outmatched by Nagamoto not only because of his sage mode but because his summon was going to be coming soon, Ukiyo whistled as he ran away and jumped high into the sky. Before he could fall back down, a giant Raven flew by as he landed on its back to fly away. "Damn you Nagamoto. I will kill you! One day."

If it uses a seal it should be a Fuinjutsu then but it still seems like a watered down version of Hiraishin. It seems more like an advanced Shunshin.

Jutsu's Element: Fuinjutsu (Jikukan Ninjutsu)
Description: Whether through ink or chakra seals this formula can be branded onto any surface. Once an attack is launched towards the shinobi he may bring out the object bearing the seal and activate it.
Once the seal is activated black wall will curve around the Sealing Specialist. The wall is a barrier that will teleport away incoming attacks sent at it. The user can divert away ANY attack that comes in contact with the wall, warping it to any location of their choosing.
Rp Sample
The attack was incredibly large, as to be exspected from a Fire-Elemental shinobi. Even from a distance of several miles the Senju could feel poweveral heat radiating from the descending sphere of fire. The fireball itself was nearly half the size of the village and would definetly devestate a large portion of Konoha, had the Senju not been aware of the attack.
First he simply tapped the ground with a foot, effortlessly summoning a massive Salamander that stood several hundred feet above Konoha. The creature lethargically examined its surroundings and simply glanced at the incoming ball of fire before simply going back to sleep. As a high level Salamander even that massive ball of fire would be vastly ineffective against its special skin and natural defences. The Senju withdrew a kunai from his pouch and made sure the proper sealing formula had been applied to the projectile before cocking an arm back. Utilizing the transcendental strength granted to the Senju Clan thanks to their massive amount of physical energy the kunai flew towards the ball of fire and phenomenal speeds. Once the Senju judged the timing and distance correctly he released the seal on the kunai and a large black wall appeared before it. The fireball effortlessly slid into the black wall, abosrbed into the technique as the seal faded away and left no vestiges of the technique. Because he couldnt just leave the jutsu within that alternate dimensioon the Senju released it a few miles into the air and over the seal level, releasing a massive burst of heat that would create some large waves. Thankfully the waves would dissipate before they hit the short but by this time the Senju had un-summoned the Salamander and welcomed the joyful cries of the villagers with a sheepish smile.

Jutsu's Element: Fuinjutsu (Jikukan Ninjutsu)
Description: This formula is written in a complicated code form so an enemy won't be able to read it. It takes One posts to create Five (You MUST keep count)seals. Every posts requires an A ranked chakra percentage to fuel the jutsu, but creates the seals to be applied onto any surface by simply creating floating Kanji that can be planted anywhere. Once these seals are created the user can arm them at a distance and instantly transport himself to that location, exceeding the speed of even the renown Shunshin because of the instant relocation. The user is able to use this to escape hazardous situations, close the distance between targets, aid allies, relocate allies, and for long range travel.
You can only travel to a seals location nowhere else. If that seal happened to end up in a pit of lava, tough luck.

Mattei channeled large amounts of chakra into the special ink brush, carefully making a set of intricate seals that briefly glowed as an intense amount of chakra was stored within. The seals were now capable of transmigrating the user through space and time to grasp Mattei and bring him to their location. Of course he had to enter the specialized wormhole created, which put a substantial amount of pressure on his body as he travelled at high velocities to the exit point were he was drawn to a sudden, painful halt.
He decided to use test out some of his older seals located in the Kirigakure warehouse and, with a simple thought, his body was drawn to the seals location by substituting the special formula ink with his body. The formula would dissolve in the transition but Mattei would suddenly find himself in a familiar enviroment, an empty talisman at his feet.

Martin Spiralwave Stormold It's kinda where I got the idea. There's no sound or flash of light in any way, other than maybe a blur when stepping. Plus this actually drains chakra quickly, so no spamming unless the user wants to run out of chakra. If it uses a seal it should be a Fuinjutsu then but it still seems like a watered down version of Hiraishin. It seems more like an advanced Shunshin. I'd have to say in between Hiraishin and Shunshin sweatdrop But Hiraishin didn't require much of anything except being the 4th to use it. Obviously it took chakra, but he could also only do it to a seal. (as far as I remember) Although I guess you could classify it under Jikūkan Ninjutsu since it's not really elemental based, but more of pure chakra and the area of effect itself. Also, the seal would be a reverse summon technique I suppose... a different technique all together whe it comes down to it. Like lava and molten metal, same but different.

The User halts their chakra flow and reverses it. The chakra rolls off of the user and absorbs any chakra that comes within the boundaries of the chakra comming off of their body. The chakra rolling off of the body extends for about four to five feet, and is always directed at an opponent. If by some chance the user can grab a hold of the opponent, then they begin to drain the oponent's chakra.
* Note: It is only capable of absorbing Pure chakra based jutsu, Such as Rasengan. If an elemental jutsu hits it, it drains the chakra, but does not get rid of the Substance, I.e. water, fire, Lava...
** Note: This jutsu's Absorbtion rate is 2 chakra per post as long as the user is touching the opponent.
Also in addition This jutsu has an upkeep of 2 chakra every turn it is in use.
It also has a post limit of 5 posts and a cool down time of 3 posts.

The user inscribes a peice of paper to become a talisman, the Talisman is then capable of suppressing any chakra, but it has a limit. As the Shinobi grows, he is capable of creating stronger talismans.
Academy student: The user can supress any Jutsu under C rank from being used by the target once the seal is applied.
Genin: The user can suppress any jutsu up to C rank from being used once the Seal is applied.
Chunnin: The user can Supress any Jutsu below A rank from being used once the seal is applied.
Jonin: the User can supress any jutsu Below S rank from being used once the seal is applied. The user can supress Demons before they reveal a tail.
Special Jonin: The user can supress any Jutsu including S rank from being used once the seal is applied. The user can supress any Demon before they have two or more tails revealed.

*Note: This technique must be used before a battle as the user must incribe a talisman.

The User makes a massive amount of hand signs, and becomes immobilised. Once they have done this, they Then feel a tugging Sensation as their Soul is lifted out of their body, only the Feet of their soul remaining wqithin the Body, allowing Movement of the Arms, as well as speech.
If the User were to look back, They would see the Shinigami's hair wrapped around the Arms of their soul, A Huge Knife in the Shinigami's teeth, and the Shinigami wrapping Prayer beads around it's right hand. The Shinigami then procceeds to place it's Right hand through the User, and If the user has hold of an opponent, The Shinigami will reach through and begin to pull their soul out. If somehow the User were to die during the process of this Jutsu, the Shinigami would use it's knife to cut what It could of the Opponent's soul off, Rendering some parts of their body Immobilized.
*Note: This Takes place over 5 posts of the User.
First Post The Shinigami binds the two together. ( If the opponent is within arms reach of the User )
Second The Shinigami begins to pull the soul out of the opponent. At this point there is 25% of the opponent's soul outside of the body, Rendering the Legs of the opponent Useless.
Third The Shinigami now has 50% of the soul withdrawn from the Opponent. The Opponent can no longer use their Torso.
Fourth The shinigami now has 75% of the opponent's soul out, Rendering Their Arms Useless.
Fifth The Shinigami plucks the entire soul out of the opponent, Devours the Soul of the User and the opponent, and Locks them in eternal Combat for all eternity.
** Note: If by chance the user dies, What ever limbs were rendered useless are now still useless until the User can find a way of getting them fixed. ( My advice is scrap the character while you still can )

Contrary to the name, This is not a hyuuga technique.
This is the Seal placed on naruto By Minato to Seal in the Nine tails. This Seal Is used to seal off massive amounts of chakra, If it were used on a normal ninja without High chakra, it would Kill them. If used on a Konaga it would reduce their chakra to that of a Regular ninja.
There on the Scroll which teaches this Technique It has a Key for Removing the Seal, as well as Strengthening it, As it begins to deteriorate over time ( Estimated time 50 years until Deterioration ) once the Seal is Either Removed or Deteriorates, the Demon is released, and Tries to kill the Person it was sealed within, and after it has done that, It tries to kill everything in it's range, and then Returns to it's original home to rest.
*Note: However placing this seal on anything Besides a Host is Now against the rules, and anyone caught doing it will have Sealing type chakra removed from their Character. Unless the mods say that I can't make the rules for these jutsu.
**Note: This can also be used to supress Curse marks, but Causes massive damage to the Mark, making it unstable, and Highly lethal to the weildr of the Curse mark.

This technique was Designed to Seal a Demon away in a separate Dimension Permanently. This Technique has 4 Stages.
Stage one: The user invokes the use of this jutsu, taking up their entire turn.
Stage two: The Seal forms, and Expands to the Size of the Demon, In a perfect oval shape, it apears to only be on the ground, but Higher than Anyone can see clearly without an Augmentation, Is an exact replica of the Seal. Then the Seal finds the Demon, and locks onto it, following it's every move.
Stage three: The seal retracts, binding the Demon to itself, Restricting it from attacking anything outside of the Seal ( My concern for whoever was unlucky enough to get caught in the Jutsu at this stage )
Stage Four: The final stage of the Jutsu, The Seal shrinks and shrinks until it Becomes non-existant, making all within it's confines sealed into a different Dimension Permanently.

It combines the "Soul" of the user, me, and if that soul has the power to kill, then it explodes like an exploding tag. That is why you are standing there limp and bleeding my soul intention was to kill something today and so I have. Goodbye nameless ninja," he said.
