Liz and Lily sat waiting. Lily was looking at the ground. If Darius died, his blood was on her hands. Not to mention the fact that she still cared for him. Maybe she didn't love him anymore, but she still cared deeply for him.
Liz sat staring at the ceiling, thinking about what she had told him earlier that day while they were in the Audience Hangout. It had been odd, telling someone you love them, knowing deep down that they loved another. Liz sighed. Would she ever see Darius again??

Ligah gave the card to Makie shortly after she woke up, mumbling about being hungry, just like her in the morning. Ai is really nice to her friends, getting out of her chair to make something for them. Misty, kinda creepy, but I'm sure she has a good side. She wondered what special abilities Ai, Misty and Makie had to get into this school. Ligah smiled at all of them.

Aili was startled when Ishoa touched her but immediately calmed down when she realized it was him. She brought the blanket closer to herself.
"Ishoa, thank you for covering my shift today."
"You're welcome," was the short answer.
Silence followed.
"Are you feeling better?"
"Yea."
Ishoa, still in the dark, began to prepare tea for two. "What is it that you need to talk about?" he asked as he allowed the tea leaves to seep.
"Something's about to happen. I don't know what. I can't tell if it's good or bad." Aili began to fiddle with a strand of her hair.
"Are you worried?"
"I don't know. I feel... different. That's the best way to describe it. I've done prophecies before, but this is different. I don't have a clue about what's about to happen. I don't know how to prepare." Aili confessed with her eyes glued to the outside.
"Were you ever prepared?"
Aili remained silent. It was true, even though she usually had clues about what was to happen, she had never truly prepared. So what was there to worry about now? "Thanks."
Ishoa handed her a cup of tea and she sipped the warm liquid, feeling it go down her throat.

The head doctor who was operating on him found something that was extremely wrong, he found that Darius was suffering from internal bleeding. The source was somewhere near his heart. Was blood seeping through from there?
The docotr slowly but surely began to clean the excess blood around his faintly beating heart to see that there was, in fact a small cut at his heart.
"Someone get some Semidifin. We need to slow his heart down now!"
A nurse went to the cubbard and grabed a seringe. She then set it up so that it could be injected into his wrist. She pushing in the seringe and the doctor waited for the drugs to take affect, it was fortunate that they were quick acting.

The girls looked at the clock sadly. It seemed like forever since they'd seen Darius.
"Why did you have to fight him? You knew he was injured!" Liz hissed at Lily, finally breaking the silence. Liz's eyes were filled with tears as Lily looked at her.
Lily was trying to hold back tears as she shook her head. "I-I don't know...He didn't want me to train...and well.." Lily didn't need to say anything more. Liz understood.
"Still doesn't make up for what you've done...."

The drugs had taken affect and the beat of Darius's heart began to slow down, to a much slower rate. This was the doctor's chance, he had to stich the wound togeather with a thread that once it had done it's job and the wound had healed it would dissolve and be harmless to his body. This would take expert persion he had to time the stiching in between heartbeats.

Lily nodded. "I know. I know Liz and I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everything."
Liz said nothing at first. She looked at Lily with a perculiar look on her face, it was a mix between hate and worry. "You've changed Lily. Don't tell me you haven't because I can see it. You're who you used to be, but think about this. The girl you used to be only ever hurt people. So if that's what you really want, then you should be glad Darius is in the hospital."
Lily felt like she'd been slapped in the face, and realized that Liz was indeed right. How could she have been so ignorant to miss that? Still, she didn't want to be the little softy that she had been over the time she'd spent here. She needed to find a balance.

The doctor began to slowly stich the wound togeather and after a few minutes the stiching had been completed. The tough part was over now they just had to sew Darius's chest back togeather and put Darius's left foot in a cast to help it relocate itself.
"Looks like we ssaved him folks," the doctor replied, "Let's just finish the job and send him to a ward."

Silence again in the waiting room. Liz had said what she needed too, now she just sat and prayed that Darius would make it through this.
Lily didn't have time to think much about what Liz had said to her since she was sick with worry about Darius. Her stomache was in knots and her mouth was sort of dry. It had been quite a long time since they'd heard anything about Darius and it was beggining to get to both girls.

The doctors had finished sewing up Darius's chest and had finished putting Darius in a cast. The doctors began to take of the medical equipment that they used to keep Darius monitered.
"Take him to the Archelus wing please."
The nurse nodded and walked over to the strecher and pushed it through a seperate door which lead to the wing that was mentioned. The doctor smled and then went to open the Emergancy Room door, ready to tell the girls the good news

Both girls stood immidiatly when they saw the doctor who had taken Darius away arrive in the waiting room. Nervous tension filled the room as they looked at the doctor with pleading eyes, praying that he had good news for them.
"How...How is he?" Liz asked finally as she, as well as Lily, was struggling to hold her tears back. This was the moment Liz and Lily had been waiting for.

The doctor looked at the two girls, they just seemed to be itching to know whether or not their friend was alive or not. He paused for a moment and then smiled.
"Don't worry girls," he began, "Darius is alright. The surgery was a sucess."

The girls jumped up in the air, extatic at the news. Liz turned to Lily and gave her a huge hug. No matter how mad Liz was at Lily for making this happen, this moment was too exciting to not hug Lily. Lily hugged her back, just as happy that Darius was alive.
When they released each other it was Lily's turn to speak. "So Sir...when can we see him? When will he get to go home? What was wrong with him?" Questions spilled out of Lily one on top of the other until Liz but a finger up to her mouth, telling Lily to shush up.

The doctor looked at them a slightly serrious slightly happy look. He loved his job but he had to bring in the news.
"You can visit him in the Archelus wing just as soon as I'm done talking with you, tough he'll probably be asleep. I think he'll have to stay for a few days, just to recover his blood cell count. The thing that was intresting though was that somehow he got a cut around his heart, yet there was nothing to cut him with it was internal bleeding, but the pressing thing is how he got the cut, there was nothing that was inside his body that could have done it. Do you have any ideas ladies?

OOC:Whew what a day...xDD
The nurses rushed through the swiveling doors with a young girl on a stretcher, blooding covering most of her face making it impossible for them to identify her by appearence. The girl was unconcious and blood was slowly seeping through the white sheets and staining the floor with droplets.
A doctor showed from a separate hall and began running with the nurses. "Who is she?!" he asked in a calm yet slightly frightened tone having now seen the girl's appearence. "Lukan brought her in! He said he doesn't know her name but they were sparring and things got out of hand!" One of the nurses replied frantically, holding a bag of fluids above her head, trying to keep the I.V. in the young lady's vein. The nurses turned the rolling stretcher around a corner sharply and ran until they got to a free room to inspect her.
"Lets get her face cleaned up and see what happened to this poor girl." The doctor instructed, helping the nurses move her onto a more steady bed. The women began wiping the dried blood from her with perioxide, cleaning the cuts. "We'll need to stop the bleeding, get her a CT-Scan, now.." he mumbled, having noticed the gash in the back of her skull and the other in her side. "Get me a blood test and see what type blood she is. A blood transfusion is needed before anything else can be done."
With that a nurse drew a small amount of blood from the girl's arm and rushed to get it tested. After a few minutes the nurse came back and out of breath handed the doctor a small peice of paper. "We need AB- stat!" He yelled, trying to regain control of the already hectic nurses. A new nurse hooked the girl up to an I.V. with a large amount of blood in a plastic bag.
"Surgery lets go!" the doctor said now hoarsely. Two or three nurses accompanied him to the OR to stop the bleeding of Kaida.
Quickly, the doctor got suited and cleaned before he took a scalpel and cut her side to see the actual damage Lukan's blade had created. His eyes widened as he observed the damage and disbelieved began sucking the blood away from her ruptured spleen. "How could a balde do so much damage..." He asked himself, staring at the small yet possibly fatal gash. "We need to stitch and staple this wound up before this girl bleeds to death!" His voice was soft and filled with worry as he quickly stapled the organ shut, then with a steady hand began to sew it. The stitches would disolve once the Spleen could heal fully and he would take the staples away once the sewing was finished.
It seemed like an entire went by as the doctor attended to the broken skull and burns along her body. It had been a good week since he had seen someone in such bad shape.
