"Yeah, me too," Vahn remarked thoughtfully, taking hold of Kim's hand. "I think I would've been really embarrassed if I had had to wear my boxers," he said sheepishly, his cheeks turning a faint pink.

Kim started down the hall towards the stairs and softly giggled. "embarrasing yes but still I think you wouldnt of looked to bad in them" he said started to go down the stairs when he reached them "I wouldnt of minded anyway, you can be yourself around me, I dont mind" he said softly to the cat as he squeezed his hand a little and smiled at him.

Vahn giggled along with Kim and turned a little pink. "Ya think so?" he asked, his tail twirling slowly in a circular pattern. "And I'm glad I can be myself around you. I most certainly wouldn't want to be somebody else. That'd be pretty disconcerting, I think."

Kim giggled "well yeah but sometimes being someone else isnt that bad, take it from someone who had to use a couple of fake names when living in the run down old orphange. It was the only way I survived at times so it helped greatly but in your case, I think your perfect just the way you are" he said smiling at the other as he reached the bottom of the stairs and started to make his way towards the others. "And yes, I definatly think so, I was once a christain remember? I have been brought up on not lying as it is a sin so I think you can trust me" he said as he squeezed his friends hand a little.

"Aww, well thank you. You're not so bad yourself," Vahn replied, grinning broadly at Kim. "Do you really like me that much? I mean, sure I've been nice to you. And understanding and all that other jazz. But I'm nothin' special, ya know."

Kim blushed but ignored it "thank you and I know so" he said looking up and smiling at the other "and I do, I mean sure we basically just meet a short while ago but I do think your special. You might not think you are but believe me, you are...in the very least to me anyway." He said as he looked to the front of him and started to walk down the last flight of stairs.
"I cant even describe how much I just have having you be here with me means to me, you truely are the sweetest friend a person could ever wish for" he said as he looked at the other and kissed him on the cheek before looking fowards once more and looking towards the front again. He slipped his hand out of the cats and wraped his arm around his waist, thankful to have him now in his life.

The Lost Lenore Drake chuckled shook his head "you know, I might just go off food altogether and stick to water. I might not have horrible thoughts about whats in it or where it came from or whatever, it might be better for my health as well" he said playfully grinning at the other. "Anyway, enough about food, would you like to join me in the jacuzzi? I just think that with the way this talk is going I need a dip to get my mind off it or else, knowing me, I will end up doing just as i said, drinking water alone since this is just getting a little too nusiating for my tastes." He said as he put the top on the bottle and smiled at the other. "You've got a jacuzzi? Why doesn't that surprise me?" He laughs, running his fingers through his hair, which makes the beads click. "That sounds pretty nice but I don't exactly cary a swim suit with me on a regular basis..." He notes, tilting his head slightly.

Drake chuckled "well when the house was made Muraki thought it was best to just have a pool and jacuzzi in for us and them inside so I love taking advantage of them whenever possible." He said as he smiled at the other "and as for a swimming suit you could always just wrap a towel around your waist and go in basically naked or I could ask my flatmate Tamaska if he has a spare pair of board shorts you can borrow, you both look around about the same size" he offered the other.

"Qualities i find charming in a guy" he said cheekily at the hiss and scratch remark before turning away and blushing me yet giggling. "and hush you, no picking on the demon thats just not nice" he said as he snuggled into the other and smiled broadly "and i mean it" he said reaching the bottom of the stairs "you are the sweetest, besides everyone has their faults as it is part of human nature to have them. However I can honestly tell you now that I think I can handle a bit of scratching and hissing from you, i wouldnt be much of a friend if I started juding you on that alone" he said sincerly as he looked up at him.

"Awww! But picking on the cute demon is soo much fun!" Vahn whined then chuckled and huggled Kim, murring happily. "How exactly am I the sweetest? I'm sure there are plenty of people that are way sweeter than I am. And are you sure about that? I'm quite scary when I hiss and scratch. Look at these claws," he held up a hand and pawed at thin air, "and these huge pointy fangs," he said, grinning so Kim could see his little kitty canines.

Kim giggled and shook his head in amusment slightly "ok then, if you get to pick on me then I get to pick on you, sounds fair right?" he said nudging the other playfully a little and hugged back. "There maybe sweet guys out there but look at how many i trust? I am quite happy with you being the sweetest, I couldnt dream of wanting anyone else but you right now" he said to te angel as he sighed contentedly and started towards the jacuzzi and chuckled a little. "when you care aboutsomeone you take what you are given and cope with it, I care about about you so I can handle scratching and hissing, i swear" he said sincerly. "And you claws and canines arnt scary, if anything, their cute" he said kissing the cats shoulder before resting his head on it.

He debates this for a beat or two, itching the base of one ear as he debates the options, both of which have some distinct pro's and cons. Borrow the shorts and he'd feel...well...like he was wearing someone elses clothing... Wear the towel...well...a little less iffy feeling than a pair of someone elses trunks...but...it was a towel. But then again...it also wasn't someone elses swim shorts. "At the risk of courting disaster.." he says after a pause. "I'll take the towel..." He chuckles slightly, ears feeling a little red.

Drake smiled "Thats fine with me" he said as he got up and started towards the pool area "care to follow me?" he asked the other, pleased to have his company in the jacuzzi, it always was alot nicer being in there with another.

"Sure..." He rose from his seat to trial after Drake. The Dragon-anthro is so casual about a lot of this, it makes him difficult to read, or maybe he's just refusing to read the obvious. With mixed gestures like an casual invite to the Jacuzzi, the rose, and the like, combined with speaking about someone he cared for a lot, it made it a complete tossup as to weather he was just really...REALLY open and freindly, or in an very open relationship of some sort. The cynical part of him....which is to say...an large and well fed part of him that usualy faces off with...well...everyone...suspected the second part, or any number of other variants, though there's a itch of doubt on the dragons behalf that this not be the case. Wait and see, he supposed. When in doubt, hold back on the conclusion. "This place is freaking huge isn't it?"
