Shadow_girl148 After making her bed, Tsuki slipped out of her room, feeling like going outside was the best thing to get rid of her headache. Walking into the garden area, she found an empty bench to sit on, and just sat their taking in the view, hoping that the cool breeze would eliminate the pain in her head. After answering the girl's question, Sakura started walking around the garden and she soon saw another girl sitting on a bench. "Hi! I'm Sakura!" Sakura said to the girl on the bench. [Post 9]

"Um, excuse me... is anyone there?"
Rain knocked on the door again, a bit more forcefully. Ths was the right place, wasn't it? Why did nobody let her in, or at any rate, inquire about her business?

"I have no objections, Tora-chan! I think that is wonderful. Now if you ll will excuse me for a few moments, I must see who is at the door,"Serena answered as she walked out of the room and opened the front door.
"Hello there!"Serena greeted the girl at the door sweetly.

Rose climbed onto the roof of her okiya. she could see all the other houses, okiyas, geisha schools, and whore houses from where she sat. she sighs and pulls her legs to her chest, resting her chin on her knee. she was both afraid and excited at what was going on. she was afraid she would disappoint Tora and her okiya and all of the geishas. her soft hands clench her clothing and tremble a little. she didnt expect anyone to come up here, so she could let out her little...secret. she moves her hair a little and pulls out the leaf that was black, but turned green once it was out of her hair. out popped two pure white fox ears. her tail though, she couldnt pull out with out making a hold in her clothing..they twitch and she rubbs them gently.
((i hope its not against the rules to be a fox demon... and the leaf hides her ears and blends with her black hair. oh yeah, 19))

Umemi had let her girls down she realised, she had to go away quickly and had no time to leave word of her absence. Oh well she thought I will make it up to them with a trip to the markets. She smiled "hello girls" she said as she appeared at the doorway. "I am back, I do appologise so for leaving so quickly" Umemi said softly "I'm sure however that you were looked after well yes?" she asked Serena mainly.

Tora saw Rose rush off, but didn't follow. She knew being told by someone that they wanted her as a little sister was a great deal to take in; she remembered when Serena was her older sister. Tora decided to let Rose have a moment alone to reflect on what just hapened, after all, she was still a maid. Tora's thoughts were interrupted my mother coming back in the room. "Hello Mother!" Tora smiled. "Yes, everything has been running smoothly!" she added. "Mother, I just anounced that I want to take Rose-chan as my imouto when she becomes a maiko. Do you object?" Tora asked, giving a respectful bow.

Ayame went to the courtyard and swept the leaves that had fallen onto the platforms and ground. Mother was putting on her laquered zori gracefully as an Geisha would do, and straightened herself up just as delicately. She talked to with Serena and some maids.
"Take care mother!" Ayame said.

Rose goes to her room. it late was and she didnt feel well. she climbs into her pallet, blowing her candle out.

It was late and Tora had a feeling in the pit of her stomach something was wrong with Rose. She arose and walked quietly down the steps and to the maid quarters, where she found Rose asleep. Tora smiled and walked over to her. She swept a stray strand of hair from her face and leaned in and kissed the young girl goodnight on the forehead. Tora placed a hand on Rose's stomach and felt her rhymic breathing. She smiled. Tora began to hum a tune then slowly began to sing. "Why do I feel so Motherly toward her?" Tora thought as she fell asleep on the floor beside Rose.

Serena went to the kitchen, to get a midnight snack. As she was passing the maid quarters, she saw Tora asleep near Rose and a gentle smile crossed her face.

*rose clings to Tora like a child would to its sister, or mother. her eyes shut tightly, her breathing calm as was the rising and fall of her stomach. tears leak from her eyes as she mumbled softly* momma...
