Mark unbuttoned his shirt. "Feed on me, you need to taste vampire blood." He said as he pulled her close to him.

Mark looked at her. "If you drink my blood, you'll understand more of what you are. Now drink me." He said as he waited for her.

Alyx hopped onto the top of a building, she could smell the poison, but at least on the roof she had fresher air to carry away the poison. At her full speed she was easily gaining ground on the little Vampire, "Stop this instant, or I will be forced to attack you, and worry about keeping you alive later!"

"I was born human..." Kurenai said, "If you were suddenly forced to live in the light and shy away from darkness to survive, wouldn't it affect you? Do you hate the idea of eating vegetables and meat? That's the life I was torn away from...It's something I'll never have again..."

"I don't want to hurt you..." Kurenai said. She figured biting him would cause pain, since humans would have been hurt by bites.

Mark smiled softly. "You won't hurt me Kurenai." He said as he pulled her closer to him. "I enjoy being bitten, you will too once you learn more about your new life." He said as he kissed her.

Kurenai was shocked at first that he actually kissed her. Sure she was nurturing a crush on him but that was a little fast. Then she closed her eyes and kissed him as well. A red tear rolled down her face.

Mark broke the kiss and wiped her tear away. "Please drink my blood. Do it for me." He said as he held her close to him.
