Fairy~Nuff I enter for fun and comments. Came 9th last week. That was nice. Still, I never actually expected to place. Some people in there take it WAY too seriously. Sounds cool I'm going to have to check that out, and congratulations on the placement.

No. I agree to it. Not many people come around and converse anymore. Though I think the reason why is due to the fact that they no longer allow HOTs anymore (this was at least.... 3 years back before I took my 3 year break).. so people are afraid to start any conversation in random threads because they will get shut down, even if they are interested in getting to know a person.
Its a rather sad thing to see. As far as that happening in any other threads in like.. The Art forum/request or Exchange, I also have been seeing less convos happening there.
Makes me a sad panda.

Man I checked out that arena thing, it gets rough in there. I submitted my alien before I Looked at what was going on, hope I don't get destroyed, but hey everythings a learning experience right.
I think I'm going to try a Balrog next.

I submitted my alien before I Looked at what was going on, hope I don't get destroyed, but hey everythings a learning experience right. I think I'm going to try a Balrog next. Good luck with that. They get weird in there. AT has changed... I think they are starting to see avatars as less a fun thing and more of a REAL artistic style.. mm.. how do I put it. They are getting very... serious about a not so serious subject. lol. Such as color placements, is the red on the top of the head even with the red at the bottom, is your avatar top heavy/bottom heavy/evenly proportionate etc... Its not really fun anymore.

Yeah, you could see building an avi as an art form, for me it's all about being creative and trying to make something that reflects a little of my personality. That's what avi's are for, they're our way of expressing who we are and there's never going to be a right and wrong way to do it.
I've had 200 comments already on this the vast majority have been great! And it makes me smile because I made something that other people liked. I've also read the critiques about my "epic fail" in week 45, where I placed 9th. I just let it wash over. One I had yesterday said my avi was "over done" (eh? confused ) and another person all but accused me of cheating because the comments weren't working properly.
At the end of the day the vast majority of gaian vote on wether they like it or not, it's just an "elite" few who take things to pieces. and if they feel they have to pick at things to make themselves feel better then I don't mind.
And on a completely different note, YAY the inventory arranger is Fixedededed!

Well, perhaps not completely fixed. Still, I managed to put stuff in my storage and it stayed there instead of shuffling itself with other random items that I hadn't moved!
I much prefered the old system where you could put stuff in order. My inventory is a mess. xp

Is anyone else having issues with items not equipping? I can't equip padmavati's lotus, and they seem to be ignoring me in the glitches area.

Mine seems ok hunny, but then I only have one other EI on. Have you tried unequipping everything and then trying the lotus? Sometimes the EI's mess up when you wear more than one or combine them with some of the MC's.
I'd go that way, put the skin on first and then everything else, that way you'll be able to tell if it's a layering glitch. If they still wont work then you'll just have to report it in the bugs forum.

Highest I ever got was 40 something. haven't done the arena in about a year. It has to me a character I really like to try to build on it, and I can't do Honor Harrington with what we had on the site. I lost heart after that.
