Priya chuckled a bit and shook her head, "Wouldn't all of our heads be that way if we knew more..." she murmured and blinked at the guards reaction. Honestly, she hadn't quite expected this reception for Kai, much less his position. She kept her expression inscrutible, remaining silent for the most part.
(( Sorry, I'm having writers block right now. >.< ))

"Sorry about that." Kai apologized, leading Priya through the maze like garden. He scratched his head and sighed. "I forgot they do that. I have used the front gate in awhile, since I've been having to keep odd hours lately." he explained.

Priya blinked and shook her head, touching his arm to show that it was alright. "It's fine, I just wasn't expecting that. Hopefully your hours will normalize soon." She murmured, her violet eyes glancing around the garden as he led her through. "I had no idea of your title." She then let her hand fall away, smiling up to him.

"Well, I much prefer it that way. Gets rid of all the formalities." Kai stated as they entered the main courtyard of the gardens. "People seem to be more truthful and forth coming with their opinions and ideas with peers rather then royalty." he explained as they passed a fountain that didn't use water but what appeared to be purple fire that was cold to the touch.

Priya couldn't help but chuckle a bit, that she could understand. It probably was tiring otherwise. "They are. If they find you royalty, they will more likely watch what they say." She blinked as she looked at the fountain, touching the fire, feeling how it cooled her skin. It made her smile as she pulled back her hand, quickly catching up to him again.

Kai shook his head as if to clear it. "Excuse me. I forget myself." he stated as Priya caught back up to him. "The Srdce Láska fountain." he said, gesturing behind them to the fountain. "Said to have been made by the first Grand Master for his wife on their wedding day."

Again, she blinked, glancing back to the fountain as she listened to it's story. "Quite a gift...." She murmured, almost commenting on something, but deciding against it. Better to remain quiet at the moment. For all of them. Even if they would insist upon knowing. It was better for them to figure things out on their own if they could even though time was running short for the planets. "But very sweet. It's lovely. Has anyone ever tried bathing in it so to speak?" She giggled a little, starting to walk again since she had paused.

Kai laughed. "Yes. I'm afraid one of the Elves delegates enjoyed the refreshments alittle too much at the Fall Ball and decided he'd take a dip with the pretty purple." he chuckled, as he led the way into the building. "He came out stained dark purple for a month and had this urge to eat Duha. A personal favorite of the Queen who it was intended as a gift for." he added smiling. He opened the door for Priya and bowed. "If I pass over anything else just give me a good wap. I'm afraid it's been awhile since I've escorted anyone new through the palace, so I keep forgetting that you don't know the stories behind the things." he apologized politely.

For once, Priya actually broke out laughing, she was picturing that and it was just too funny. She shook her head, this was why she was probably never going to get drunk. It was also just difficult for her to, she held her liquor really well. She followed him in with a nod of thanks, glancing back at his apology and shook her head. "It's quite alright Kai. You don't want me to wap you lightly or any other way. It would send you flying into the wall." She pointed out, rubbing his shoulder gently.

"All the more reason for me to keep on my toes then" Kia replied with a smile. "Case in point..." he states pointing to their right as they entered in through the door. Lovely orbs floated close to the ceiling throughout the main hallway, giving off a soft glowing light. "Mésíc Díra, or Moon Tears. It is said that after the Great Battle, the Mother Moon weeped for all see had witnessed. And each tear landed on a cloud, a loved one lost to look down on those left." Kai explained, a small smile played across his face.

Priya gave a nervous chuckle, shaking her head, glancing up to where he pointed when they walked into the new room. Her eyes widened a little as she stared at the orbs, part of her wishing she could touch. They were so lovely.... "The name suits them. They shimmer and glow like the moon. It makes one wonder if their souls were in them to watch from those spheres." At least, that was what she pondered, turning to Kai with a soft smile.

"Ahhh, the age old question." he replied with a smile to Priya as he held out one of his hands. One of the orbs that had been floating along with them floated down to hover just over Kai's hand. "But they do seem to have a certain quality to them, whether from some ancient magic forgotten or for the souls of the parted."

"Oh?" Priya murmured with a small giggle, watching the orb float to his hand, holding out her own. Sure enough, one hovered over it, seeming to wink at her. Then she felt rather strange, her brows furrowing in confusion as she could not identify what was wrong with her. "Kai..." She whispered, another orb flying down to her, another rush moving through her processors. A beam suddenly shot from the orb to her eyes and mouth, the first of the two swirling around her body before finally stopping at her chest, beginning to embed itself within her chest. The second orb dissipated and went into her as the first orb finally vanished within her chest. Her eyes rolled back into her head, all sensors shot, collapsing to the floor.

"PRIYA!" Kai leaped toward her as she fell, catching her and holding her to his chest to try and protect her from the remaining orbs. Scooping Pryia up she dashed out of the building and into the garden. Kneeling he brushed Priya's hair from her face. "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry Priya... I didn't know..." he muttered distraught.

Priya seemed to breath normally, though she was restless, a few other orbs flying after until they were finally away from them. Her eyes fluttered a at the touch to her face, a flower growing by her head as she opened her eyes rather suddenly. But they weren't quite normal, they seemed to shimmer other colors at once, looking at him confusedly. "Not as much so as she." She spoke in a voice not hers. "I'm her sister, Presea. The other soul is of the child she bore and raised that was killed on Earth." She told him, wondering if he would understand.
