"I'm sure we can find something, but it may take awhile if we avoid the manor." SalSoon and Quannah left, and as they stood ready with their wings spread SalSoon looked at Quannah. "Try and bargain with the sprites again, or go to the manor?" Quannah snorted a bit of smoke; "Sprites first, Manor is last choice, because I seriously don't want to find out what mood lord Chrono is in."

Alumina gave at the mistress with a frighted look, she then scampered into the box again.
and Quin looked upset enough to kick a cat.

Amanda looked into the corner; "The insult for them killing my bosses lover is not so easily repaired, he's back, but Merril doesn't forgive easily."

SalSoon and Quannah landed in front of the manor, they had no luck with the sprites of the forest, apparently someone had riled them up before they got there, and they were less then willing to listen. Quannah knocked on the door as SalSoon finished putting her amulet on and stepping up beside her. Quannah was waiting and SalSoon just took the door handle and opened the door. "You did the important part, the rest is usually up to you. Its no different then when Chrono visited us a Kaos's house, treat him with respect, and for crying out loud Quannah stop shaking like a leaf."
Quannah walked in after she managed to stop her trembling body. SalSoon leaned close to whisper in Quannah's ear; "Look I'm a scared too, but we were asked to find fruit. How do you think we would look going back empty handed cause we chickened out because of a bad feeling?" SalSoon leaned back up smiling pleasantly. "We don't mean to intrude, but Lucid asked us to bring him some fruit."

"I didn't kill anyone!" Alumina proclaimed "leave me alone."
Quin equipped herself with her weapon, and took a ready pose. "I think you should go" she said to Merril and Amanda in a low tone.

Elenath came up behind SalSoon and Quannah. "who are you?" she asked politely.
meanwhile Hans still hung by a steak near the front door.

Amanda looked at Alumina; "Then who did, because his description matches yours. However, from what this person in the corner just said he can resolve the issue, so i am not going anywhere. So if your innocent then you have no problems with us."
Merril just turned to look at Quin; "My my, feisty one today, why don't you put those away before someone gets hurt, because right now I have neither the time or the patience for you. That and I haven't made a single move to threaten your life, or that of your friend in the box. So why don't you just stand there patiently like everyone else and wait for the beast within to make his ruling."

SalSoon turned partially to look at Elenath; "I was about to ask the same question of you, but I am SalSoon Cevic the woman beside me is Quannah Bebus."

Quin still had her weapon in hand but looked nonthreatening and relaxed. she merely watched them motionlessly.

Elenath gave them an unconvincing smile "Sadly im here because of the same reason you are. I died from complications with the birth of my child, and Hans," she gestured in his direction. "was crushed in a building collapse due to Solaray's rampage." the sadness in her voice seemed to linger, and their was much more to be said about the situation but now was not the time. Elli walked over to Hans. she pointed to the stake "do you think either of you could pull that out?"

Quannah spoke up; "Who drove the spike to begin with, I'm sure we could remove it, but depending on who put it there is what concerns me." SalSoon moved to just out of arm reach of Hans; "Shouldn't be too difficult, but are you positive that whomever put it through him into the wall has given permisson for anyone to remove it?"

Elli pondered for a moment. "Your right, the beast may surface again."
Hans groaned and rocked his head a little. Elli looked concerned, "I think we are going to need Chrono's help."

'Actually if someone of this house signs off on the responsiblity of what can happen, i'll pull the spike, but until then you're absolutely right. I will wait to hear the verdict from my lord then." SalSoon moved over to sit at the bar. Quannah invaded the kitchen to look for fruit.

Elli nodded in agreement, then smiled at Quannah. "what are you looking for?" Hans grumbled something that sounded like 'blood' then took a deep sigh.

Quintessence decided that Alumina never cared for her at all. Heart broken, she wandered off to find another flower to watch over, this butterfly wasn't needed.

Quannah came out a moment later with a bowl of fruit. "Success, here run this up to Lucid SalSoon, and I'll stay here to take responsibility for taking without asking." SalSoon came over taking the bowl; "You do know that considering the recipient, and who asked us to get it in the first place. i think we will be okay on permission." SalSoon left to return to the Island, and Quannah answered Elenath. "Lucid asked us to locate him some fruit. The forest sprites were less then willing to listen considering something or someone has them all riled up. So we came here and sure enough I borrowed a bowl from the kitchen. I'll make sure to return the bowl."

"Amanda were leaving, we are wasting time, the next objective is about to begin, and we must be there on time." Amanda sighed and moved to the slot she turned before leaving; "Thank you sir for allowing me to hear your wisdom." Amanda climbed out of the opening, and approaching Merril she removed the bracelet and gave it to her. "I can no longer follow you." Amanda left going in another direction leaving Merril to seethe a bit before the head mistress just stormed ahead and everyone began to follow her once more.

SalSoon landed on the island and after short knock she opened the door and set it just inside the door and pulled the door closed. She walked out tot he garden and pulled a few weeds and overall killed time without bothing the two occupants of the house.
