Ive sighed and nodded, "yeah, i'm ready... it's about time i just settled into my house and returned to my duties..." She released Toleranth's hand and walked through the gate.

Tolly looked at the group of guards that had been following them at a distance. "You boys had better figure out if whomever is truly worth the treason your preforming." He walked through the gate as well.

Hiyru smiled as he looked from the balcony of the palace. The ink was not even dry yet on the declration for the return of slavery to Arynia. The safe haven alone for slave owners and sellers brought them by the dozen, and the shops opened up. The city was on the fast track to being rebuilt as the slave labor did the tasks that normally would wait until money was available to pay general laborers to do. The money saved went to Hiyru's greedy nature and to bring in people he could count on to lead certain elements of the army and keep tabs on the people.
the return of public executions that were mandatory for people to attend brought a sense of control to Hiyru. Soliders feared to leave their posts no matter if they became the target for revolting mobs. The punishment for desertion was not jail anymore, it was death, and with Hiyru's thugs roaming about no one could be trusted not to say anything.
Deaths along the border were becoming more and more frequent as natives of Arias were trying to sneak into the Delta, but the lighting demons tribes still not siding with those under mistress Yumiru kept protecting their lands from invaders.
Hiyru looked at all that he had done with a smile, Arynia was a powder keg waiting to go off, and he was going to make sure it went off in Tolly's face.
He swept around to walk back into the throne room, the waiting members of the court seemed to part as he passed by them to sit on the throne like he always did lately.
"Today we raise taxes by another 10 gold monthly." They all balked at this; "We are already paying high enough as it is, its chaos on the streets, and we've come to the agreement that this is enough. This plan you had turned into a nightmare, and all of us are stained by it."
Hiyru stood up coming down to face his accuser; "You speak for everyone on this court?" Hiyru's accuser swallowed hard, but faced Hiyru since there was no turning back now. "I do, we are no longer going to support your ambitions, and put things back the way they were."
Hiyru sighed; "I had hoped to have you share in my ambitions, but you have already served your purpose long ago." Hiyru thrust his hand forward and the dagger was covered with blood as the shock registered on the face of his victim.
Hiyru face turned into a twisted smile as he pulled out the blood covered dagger. The other members of the court moved to intervene, but Hiyru anticipated this and his thugs shot the closest ones full of arrows. The others began to run for the exits, but they were being pulled closed by the guards on those doors.
The low laugh starting in Hiyru as the last few were brought down after their desperate fight to stay alive. Hiyru's laugher had filled the throne room in a manical tone as the last body fell to the marble floor, this only woke his thrist of death, and he satisfied it quite vicously on a unsuspecting servant who had brought the requested refreshement for the now dead court memebers. Nothing brought him more pleasure then watching his own poison at work, he let go and the lifeless body of the servant crumpled to the floor, and so marked the sucession of the throne for a second time. Hiyru's greed for power and money was at its peak, and he felt unstoppable now that all those who could oppose him were driven out of arynia; in hiding, or dead in the throne room as of now.

Toleranth She looked at Toole house, her heart started thumping, because there was a certain tension knowing what kind of trouble she would be in if she got caught here. She got up and ran to the door and fumbled in her pocket for the key. She dropped it and had to pick it back up before getting it into the door lock. She got the door open and closed it cracking the window for Ian. She started shedding clothes as she moved towards her room. She found what she wanted and put it on, and started tossing other stuff in a bag. She sprinted past Ian, and into Toole's room where she loaded the bag down even more with clothing she pulled randomly out of the racks of his closet. She paused to catch her breath outside of his door looking down the steps. "Ian, you think I'll make it back with all this stuff, because i don't want to hurt your trees. I can always run for the gateway, and not stop for anything. That and how would I get down from Ailes place once i got back?"

Ian was outside looking for the portal at the base of his tree; which he hadn't dug up yet. he flew up to Toole's window and saw Jezabelle packing, then he flew over the top to get a view of what Arynia looks like and gasped... He saw soldiers demanding money from poor people, and when they didn't have it they beat them and stole from their house. there were people being herded into groups, then chained together and paraded around the destroyed city till they collapsed. when one fell a crack lashed across their back and a horrid scream filled the air. Ian began trembling, "They're.... monsters...." Tears streamed from his face as he saw a soldier unhook a young female child from one group and take her into a wooded area. he watched as her mother screamed and struggled to go after her. he knew he had to protect Jezabelle, but he wasn't going to let that slide. He left Toole's roof in a hurry, flying at top speed to where the girl had been taken. he found the man drooling over her naked body as he began unzipping his pants. Ian turned a maroon red and his nails began dripping with a poison his body naturally creates. he flew at the man and began slicing him with his nails screaming thing's he didn't even understand. the girl backed away and grabbed her dress making a desperate break for the gate. The man however slapped Ian away and took off after the girl; Despite the poison now going through his body. he began to run in dizzy crooked patterns, bumping into trees, and eventually fell over, no longer able to get up. just as began to be lulled to sleep from the poison he burst out in violent screams of pain. Ian smiled as he watched the man squirming in pain, "Maybe next time you won't be such a pig..." Ian spat at the man as he turned to return to Toole's house.

Jezabelle looked at Ian "Your different, and what happened. i thought you were right behind me?" Jezabelle made it downstairs and closed the window filling a bucket with water from the kitchen. "Alright, I'll water your tree before I go, but i won't walk out until your ready and give me the all clear."
Jezabelle opened the door a crack with the bucket at her feet.

Ian flew out and landed by his tree, "I have to dig the portal out... but i must take care of something first." He placed his hands on the tree and closed his eyes, Mother?~~~~~~~~~~~~ Anabel smiled as she continued to water the garden on the third floor, Yes my love, what's the matter?, she was delighted to hear her sons voice, but he sounded so upset. ~~~~~~~~~~~ I need some help... I've chosen a woman to protect, but my task won't be easy... Her village has been invaded by horrible monsters that are disguised as the Palace guards. I want them gone.~~~~~~~~~~ Alright, my child, She set down the watering can and sighed, I will do my best to send reinforcements as soon as possible. Can you give me an image of what they look like?~~~~~~~~~ Ian closed his eyes and thought of what the men looked like, They're vicious creatures... one hit me pretty hard... my right wing really hurts, but i think I'll be alright.~~~~~~~~~ Anabel's eyes turned red as she got the image, He hit you! How dare he! Does he even know what you are!!! One day you will rule all of the Tree sprites in all of the Abyss. That damned fool will pay for what he did to my beloved child!~~~~~~~~~ Mom, Ian groaned, It wasn't that bad... i just fell funny and...~~~~~~~~~~~ Say no more love, Anabel crooned, Mommy will take care of everything.~~~~~~~~~~~ Ian released the tree and sighed, "Crazy b***h... you're getting to be as nuts as your sister..." He hovered around the ground feeling for the spot where the portal was, then when he had it he dug down until the Purple dusty swirl began spiraling out of the ground. He turned to wave at Jezabelle and waited by the tree for her.

Jezabelle moved out with the bucket and adding the water slowly to the other side of the tree. She ditched the bucket and touched the swirl when it changed to the correct colors.

Kaos stepped through the gate and moved swiftly through the guards, easily dodging their slow movements. when he ran across a large group he would pull up some earth and throw it at them, then jump over and continue to the castle. He touched the hollow of his neck, where his jewel once was. now only a fragment remained, and he could notice how hard it was to summon his strength from the little sliver. But he smiled knowing the sacrifice was well worth it.

Tolly marked his entrace to Arynia with a trail of boides and broken chains. The people dashing for the gateway or for the safety of their homes. A few swings of his tail reduced the gallows to a piles of sticks, and from there he turned south marching his way through the center of town laying waste to anyone supporting Hiyru's rule.
He paused hearing a woman's voice screaming, he followed the noise to a tall building where Sorrow stood on the edge of the roof. "People of Arynia, the time has come to fight back against your enslavement, help us to help yourselves, soldiers of arynia, remember the old oaths, turn on your masters, follow what you know and feel to be right. Aide us, fight with us, or die under our resolve to be free of tryanny."
Tolly added a rebounding roar of approval as yet another foolish solider was crushed under his giant hand.
Sorrow hopped off the building front to glide down to the chaos on the streets. She did her best to avoid the groups of sprites roaming about causing havoc.

A spear staff rammed through a archer pearched atop a building. his arrow went wide striking feet away from Kaos. Lisa huge form swept over the building top to retreive her spear and she came back around to tip wave at kaos before moving to other rooftop wannabe snipers.
Hiyru smiled from the window watching a lone man wade through the toughest of his hired help. The picture from a book gave hiyru his name, and he was looking forward to meeting this legend from Rodasia. If he made it that is, but he had hopes.
The palace guards sent a hailstorm of arrows in kaos's direction, as groups of swordsmen and pikemen came from multiple angles.

The hailstorm of arrows stopped dead in their tracks and fell to the ground at his feet. as the soldiers piled up on his barrier, their swords unable to make any advances Toward him. He smiled arrogantly, his eyes gleaming with rage, "Is that the best you can do?" He saw a few faces turn pale with terror as he unleashed a huge wave or raw Onyx energy, and staggered through the torn limbs and sea of blood decorating the floor in front of him. he noticed a few gray hairs appearing in his hair and smirked, "I'd say that's a good 30 plus years added to me now..." He made his way to the throne room to find more guards waiting for him, and arrogant little Hiyru staring down at him. Kaos shook his head, "And to think i had hopes for you... you haven't changed a bit..." The guards hurled at him, ten at a time. Kaos stole some flame from the torches by the entrance and used it to burn their faces, then kicked two to the floor as he knocked a few out with a punch to the face. the rest he took pleasure in slicing to pieces with thin barriers slashing through their body like whips. Through his blind rage he noticed a look in the guard's eyes... an unwillingness to fight, but too afraid to face the consequences of disobedience... he smiled and removed a bottle from his robe and threw it at the group of guards. it was made from the same secretion the Sprites gave off, but instead of going through excruciating pain they go through paralysis and then drift into sleep. He smiled at Hiyru, "So..." he stepped forward, "Show me what you've learned since you were stripped from you jewel, old son."

Hiyru stood up smiling; "If it isn't my old master, back from the dead it seems, and arrogantly tossing you power about as always." Hiyru came down to circle Kaos at a distance; "I have learned how to legally strip those of powe, and give it to myself. My rule of Arynia is purely legal, the court granted me kingship, and all you have done is start a war with Rodasia. One I am most eager to wage, as we speak your little defenders and the worthless family of Bebus are fighting puppets whose purpose is to distract their eyes from the primary purpose of my goal in taking this position.
An army disguised as poor innocent people beaten upon by my regime has been flooding Rodasia. My successor should obtain it within the hour, The lapis jewel of my last victim before being stripped of my jewel, my slow death will ensure his ablity to use it, so you see Kaos no matter what you do to me I have taught others my goals. I haven't fogiven you for recomending they strip me of my power. So I will destroy what you cherish most, your realm, slowly as these people have destroyed their own in hate. So are we going to fight blade to blade or you going to hide behind your barriers like a scared rabbit?"

Sorrow was laying waste to a group of soliders who were blocking the retreat path of some cilvillans. She got them safely behind a building and out of the streets packed with angry sprites. She walked through the group of them looking for any major injuries. She came to one who was hunched over groaning. She kneeled down; "hey you okay there?" "Goodbye lady of Sorrows." it was all he said as the dagged was rammed into the soft tissue of her side. Sorrow cursed stabbing a sword through his gut and backing off she swung her other to chop his head off. "******** bastards..." Yuma staggered back out onto the street and picked up where she left off. She ignored the pain well, but the fact of the matter was she couldn't ignore the creeping cold that began to fill her as her blood ran down through her clothes to drip on the ground.

Tolly had finished clearing the lower east side, but he was running across the same problem as yuma did with people acting as hurt civillans trying to kill him or at least cause him injury. He began passing the word around and asked kindly if the sprites would do the same.
Carnath wasn't so forunate to get the message in time, the first stab made him stop and stare at the person, and he eventually stomped the offender. But then two pikeman had stabbed spears in his side. Swordsmen were climbing up his back or trying to hack at his wings so he couldn't get away.

"I take great pride in my abilities and therefore use no weapon, but I shall promise you now. i will not hide behind a barrier," He winced slightly feeling a sharp pain from Sorrow's necklace, "It would seem you are being very sneaky... however, I will fall before she does." He closed his eyes and his shard began to glow, and a large gash appeared in his side where Sorrow had been stabbed. He staggered backward and coughed. He glared up at Hiyru and hissed, "I shall grant you the first move." ~~~~~~~~~~~ Two groups of 1000 came over to where Carnath was being ganged up on. They scared the men off of him and hovered around him shouting in different languages and glowing a bright blue color. slowly his wounds began healing, but groups of 20 at a time kept leaving to scare people away or aid others in escape.

"How very much a gentlemen Kaos, but unfortunately my friend needs a little boost first" Hiyru popped the top on a small bottle and gulped it down. He tossed the bottle aside and pulled his dagger and spirnted at Kaos weaving to prevent a good read on his angle of attack. He went to strike at the wound on his side hoping to add to its deep.

Kaos hissed as the tip of the dagger touched the wound, but he flash stepped over more and watched as Hiyru nearly fell forward from his dodge, "A dagger, huh... that's your weapon of choice?" Kaos shook his head and summoned two more balls of flame from the near by torches and let the flames rise in his hands. he divided the ball in half and threw it forward at Hiyru and continued to do so till he ran out of flame, then he ripped a door from it's hinges and threw it at him. ~~~~~~~~ The sprite snuggled into his claw and smiled, "Rest well young warrior. We'll have you healed in no time." she returned to his side and began working on one of the spear wounds.
