Anita raised one dark eyebrow at him, but said nothing. "Well, my lunch hour is nearly up. And you probably want to get inside before you ash." she said and started to walk away. She suddenly stopped and turned back around to face him. "The anti-preternaturals are acting up again. If you see anyone suspicious, give me a call. I'll deal with them." she told him. "I owe Jean-Claude at least that much." and with that, she started to head back from where she came.

I lead the girl to the offic of Sir Jean-Cluade, smiling I opened the door and looked in on him, "Oh Jean-claude!!," I said in a sing song voice, "I got you a nother girl!" I pushed her in gently and winked at her as Jean- Cluade grinned. I turned and headed to the floor, getting a drink. The place was empty, with the sun beginning to rise and all. It won't affect me, but I am nocturnal.

[Same here. Ok, dusk falls! *crash!* LOL]
Anita walked otu of the office, the last one to leave. As she locks the outside door, a red 1967 Mustang drives up. A blonde headed woman sticks her head out the window.
"Nita!" she yells.
Anita groans. She then turns around and puts a nice, but obviously fake, smile. "Hey Claire. I already told you that I wasn't going. I'd have everyone in that area freaked out if I showed up at night." she said as she started to walk off.
Claire drives the car right next to her. "Oh, come on, Nita. You've been an absolute stick in the mud since you went on your vacation and came back. Just this once, pleeeeeeeaaase?" she asked, giving Anita her best puppy dog eyes face.
Anita sighed. "You swear never to pester me about going out with you ever again?" she asked.
"I so totally swear. Now get in."
A short while later, they arrived at Guilty Pleasures. Claire parked the car, and they walked up to the entrance. Just a short while after sunset, and there was already a long line. Anita stood there, next to her friend, who seemingly never grew out of her college cheerleader phase. Anita was frowning. She's been trying to avoid the Riverfront, and more importantly Jean-Claude ever since their last break-up. And now she was in the middle of the District, about to enter his most favorite nightly retreat...

The rest of the day passed pretty uneventfully for Teddy. He had gotten out of work, went home and took an uncharacteristic nap. His mother had poked her head in once, worried that he was sleeping so early, but he simply told her he had plans for that night. It was the truth, anyway, just not all of it. She might have been suspicious if his neck were still all bandaged up, but he'd been surprised to notice that even the actual puncture wounds were already practically unnoticeable. So he ditched the bandages which were extremely noticeable; he'd already had a couple of people question him about them at work. He'd forgotten them and quickly got rid of them, but he still had a feeling that was going to bite him in the a** later.
Well, there was no point worrying about that. Night had finally fallen and Teddy was quickly getting ready to go. He did wait long enough to have dinner with his parents; it didn't hurt to give them some impression that he was acting normally. Too much of a rush and they might wonder what he was so eager to leave and do. He'd already started in on the lies and really didn't want to have to keep them up under questioning. As it stood now, he was off to see a girl named Maria. It was the best he could come up with on short notice. He and fictional Maria were going to go dancing and maybe just drive around. Normal, sit around and do nothing teenager style dating; nothing to see here. Teddy excused himself from dinner early and, of course, made his way to the Riverfront.

Anita finally made it to the front of the line, Claire one step ahead of her. After paying the cover fee, and being checked for holy items, she was admitted. Anita stepped up behind her friend. The door checker held out his hand and then realized who was standing in front of him. She paid the covercharge, but he was so stunned he forgot to ask her to take off her silver cross necklace. Anita was not about to remind him either, as she quickly followed Claire inside to a table, deep in the back where she hoped no one would recognize her.

I was in the back, readying for my usual pole dance when Mac told me I had two minutes. I was doned in a blue corset with black velvety swirling flowers on it, plain black lingerie, black thigh highs with a blue bow in the back of the thigh and my usual black mary janes. One of the girls, Areana did my make up and I looked like a dead vampir trying to be retro. She, being a vampire herself, made me even more pale then I allready am and then gave me thick globs of blue eye shadow and blue lipstick. I looked like I had drowned... I was curently wipping it all off, thank god she was on the floor now. I re-applied a light amount of the blue eyes shadow and a simple shiny lip gloss. I allready had on black eye liner. "Your up Kittles, go get'em girl." Mac informed me, I smiled and rushed up to the stage and entered on dark lights. I took my stance at the pole, this was one of my favorite songs to dance to. I smiled lightly as the music started the lights turned on, and on a specific beat, I swayed my hips, and the rest was me melding with the music in sexual ways.

Claire was more than caught up in the scene on the stage. Anita rolled her eyes and leaned back in her seat, sipping on a glass of soda. She wasn't going to tell Claire that some of the vamps here used their glamour to help get the paying customers excited, and then fed off of that to keep from having to drink bood as often. Anita was just glad she was immune to most effects vampires could have on people. But she did hope and pray that she managed to get out of her without having to run into Jean-Claude.

Serrenedy walked down the street, trying to rid herself of the thing on her shoulder-Cleopatra had been talking abouther last friend nonstop-a witch, no wonder the woman had given her a spellbook and told her to hit the hay.

((Anita's been dragged by long time friend Claire to Guilty Pleasures. Kit is onstage shaking her posterior. Teddy is just now arriving in the District. Um. I don't know where anyone else is, offhand.))

((Okay.. I saw there was a timeskip. I'll work with it.))
Guilty Pleasures - I had a feeling Anita would be there. Looking for Jean-Claude, no doubt. I walked in to see Kit shaking her barely-dressed a** on stage. Jesus, was every night all girls now? Oh, wait, no. There was a hot guy. Right at the end of the stage. I grinned, satisfied that Jean-Claude hadn't totally murdered Guilty Pleasures, and located Anita. "Hello again," I said loud enough so she could hear me.

Anita turned her head to face him. "Hi." she said, looking a bit unhappy. The blonde-headed girl next to her never even noticed the man walking up to the table, she was too busy drooling and staring at the man at the far end of the stage.
"This was not my idea." Anita said to Markus, pointing a finger at her oblivious friend.

"Ah," I said, nodding comprehensively. "Well, I say we leave her to be seduced, fondled, bedded, and bewedded, and we go stroll around and wait for Teddy to arrive. Or Kit to get off. Whichever comes first." At the mention of Kit's name, I gestured to the beautiful brunette girl strutting her stuff on-stage.
