Tracy got in position once more to attack the Siren.
Tracy ran full speed at the Siren, but it had already figured out away to get her. It jumped out of the way but just to the side so as Tracy ran by it sliced her with it's long fingernails. Tracy gasped with pain and staggered to safety. She collapsed on the ground faint from blood loss.
((Siren has yet to be hit. I'm out for twelve hours.))

*noticing that Professor Clairon was hit, Professor Adonis aimed his next arrow for the dragon horse.*
He missed yet again!
Frustrated Professor Adonis decided to help tend to the students who were hurt.

Lyra returns to the battlefield after bandaging her arm. It still hurt enough that she couldn't shoot her bow, but she figured she could at least help the people who were injured. Lyra sees Tracy and Ann, and runs over to them. "We need to get you both to somewhere safer. Can you walk?" Lyra asks Ann, seeing that she is still awake. "I'm going to get a bandage for Tracy and then I'll be right back."

Ann smiled up at Adonis' attempt, "Even though you didn't hit them, you're still standing. Do us proud, Headmaster." She turned to Lyra and grimaced at the dull ache that the turn gave her, "I'm not so bad. Just give me a few more minutes and I'll be ready to go to the Hall for some recuperation. Nothing like some milk and cookies to get me going again." She giggled.

Lyra returns with bandages. She wads one up and presses it against Tracy's wound, trying the other one around it. Lyra turns to Ann "Ok. Watch out for the monsters." She stares at Ann in amazement as Ann giggles, then finds herself smiling despite the current situation.

Alutian watched as person after person crawled away from the battle wounded. Deciding that enough was enough, she drew her swords and charged at the troll.
This troll, unlike those before, was clever enough to block a blow. Instead of slicing across the monster's ribs, both of Alutian's blades thudded into its branch-club. The Head of Ravenclaw quickly wrenched the swords free and backed away.

Hits so far...Troll - 1 Chim - 0 Drag - 2 Siren - 0 bucbucLA was hit, but is clear to fight again. Giselle LeFlour has 1.5 hours to go. Lyra Elizabeth has 3.5 hours to go. Miss Love Tantei and Corona Australis are pretty well out for the rest of the day.

"Prof. Alutian, the troll was hit twice. I hit it and so did the Headmaster," Kitty said as she joined Alutian against as the troll. The troll's club swiped at Kitty and she jumped back, losing her chance to hit the troll.

Kitty decided to try for the troll again. The troll once more used its club as a shield against the blade. Adrenaline was the only reason Kitty managed to wretch her sword out of the club and get far enough away from the angry creature.

((Siren))
"When did this happen?" Siobhan cried as she left the Great Hall and saw the swarm of monsters in the corridor. She decided to attack the Siren, which was closest to her. She did not, however, switch weapons first, and before she could lift her arm, she was hit by the Siren. She screamed as she fell, and slipped off to crawl to the relative safety of the Great Hall.
((Sorry, guys! My luck isn't online today. If stuff's still going down tomorrow, count me in! As it stands, I don't think I'll be waking up at 3:00a.m. to attack monsters on Gaia. No offence to those that would. wink Le sigh. Out for 12 hours.))

Prof. Adonis aimed three times at the troll, and rolled a 5, a 6, and a 7. Because he isn't part of a house, he gets no bonus...and in the basic number system (very first post of this thread) each of those is a miss.

Mikki runs out to join the fight. She looks, and the first monster she sees is the siren. May as well go for that, she thinks. Her cross bow raises, and she has her fight face on.
Mikki fires and hits the siren in the leg. She almost cheers, but decides against it.

Mikki decides to test her luck. It could be good, or it could be bad. Better find out. She raises her cross bow to the siren again...
"yess!" Mikki says under her breath. She's having great luck right now. Or maybe she was just getting better at this fighting thing. Who knows.

Mikki keeps at it while she can. She won't back down. She will protect her school. her cross bow is aimed again at the siren.
Mikki misses the siren by inches. She quickly hides behind a statue so the siren won't attack. Maybe her luck was running out...

bucbucLA walks in and decides to go for the troll. She takes out he dagger and gets ready to fight.
She taunts the monster left and right. she decided th run in and the troll swings it's tree limb. Giving a great blow to the leg.
Ashley limps over to the the wall and sits down leaning on it. Her leg hurts so much she looks down at it and sees that a sliver from the troll's tree limb had gotten into her leg. The sliver was very big and ashley was scared to puull it out she was losing blood fast but she could not get up.She looks at the sliver again and decides it looks more like a branch from a tree than a sliver. She starts to call for help.
