The theme of this moment

Karite sat down and began to rotate his shoulder. This was a real annoying situation. From where he came from no one was faster, stealthier, or more flexible than he was. Coming here it was all about the strongest or most skilled with a weapon. The beauty of the chase was not welcome with these barbarians the beauty of the flair was not something these people would never understand. He would prove them all otherwise. Remembering the times in the Wave Country he remembered the rooftop races and the dock runners. An entire underground of tumblers like himself. Here he was another warrior, just another arm for the village. To protect these people and everything they hold dear. Realizing he couldn't be a powerhouse like Maya and he couldn't be a thinker like Shisei but one damn thing he could always be was a runner and a fighter. He would have to use his own style and he would have to be his own person and in order to do that he would have to talk to Maya. She was his role model and he didn't want to let her down. If she could accept the runner he was then he could grow to be himself. Standing up the Reaper was sure of it. To be his own Shinobi he would have to be him.

Repeating the same procedure over and over again his body began to memorize the moves. Swinging his arms the boy rotated his body upward. As his legs began to leave the ground he jerked them towards his chest. As he did he felt his body run the full rotation. As he landed on the balls of his feet the boy placed his hands in his pockets. "The Reaper is back." As cheesy as Karite could be sometimes he enjoyed his flair for the dramatic. He loved the fear and sense of accomplishment he got from it all.

Back in the swing of things Karite was sure he was golden. His tumbler youth had returned to him. Flashbacks of the many roofs he use to run in the Wave Country. Even the ships mast were long enough for a challenge in that time. Twisting his neck the boy popped a few calcium deposits in his neck. Rushing his move the reaper jumped and felt his body move through the motions. It was fluid and it seemed like it work out perfectly. The Reapers eyes took a glance to the floor to only see he was going to come up short. As the ground neared his vision he saw his toes curl on the ground and all he could do to keep from smashing his face in was bock up with his arms.

Rolling over onto his back the boy sprawled out on the floor as if he was being crucified there on the floor. Sweat was now dripping down his face. Pools of sweet building below his eyes and there he was in his purist of forms. Karite in all its beauty. Hard to believe that every scar and every muscle was once a normal boy living in a fancy house. Now he was a...What he was he couldn't exactly say. He was floating in limbo almost. raising his arms to his head he whipped the sweat from his eyes and groaned as he got up.

"Lets try this again."
Trying again the boy tried to muster up enough strength to move his body. but somehow he found it heavy. As he rotated he found himself coming up short again. Landing enough to get his toes on the ground t wasn't enough for him to stick and ran forward his body hitting the wall.

Karite had run into a wall saving himself from having to use his arms as blocking tools again. Turning from the wall Karite was starting to get frustrated. This should be an easy task for the boy. It seemed the more he stayed on this island the harder and more complex things got. Balling a gloved fist the boy punched the air massing all his anger into one solid figure, Shisei. Shisei was a large testament to his anger and aggression. If there was anyone he wanted to be his first kill it was Shisei. It would be hard to tell by the front Karite threw in front of everyone. The only thing keeping him sane now was Orika and his training. Even that now was beginning to drive him insane.

Feeling his emotions getting the best of him the Reaper speed through the motions again. The results never changed. On the floor his forehead deep into the hardwood. His eyes were shut and all he could see in his head was Shisei with that emotionless p***k face of his. He was distracted by Shisei and he was no where near him.

Getting off his knees Karite looked at the ceiling and began to breathe. He laughed he really couldn't help himself. As he looked around he could see he might be stuck inside these four walls for a long time. He still hadn't learned anything about the jutsu he was required to know and the gut feeling that something was coming didn't help. He was feeling the pressure and it was getting heavy. If he was slacking that meant Kore was slacking. Their friendship had been a little lack lately with everything going on.

Karite's head was so filled with chaos and thoughts everything was muddled and it was throwing of his rhythm. Again without though Karite moved and again he found himself lying on the floor. He was glad he was the only one around or this would be a little embarrassing. The tumbler of Shimagakure couldn't do a simple back flip? That would be a laugh. As soon as he finished he would have to keep going.

The floor was starting to become his knew home. Laughing again he stood up and brushed his hand through his hair. Rubbing the gloved hand over his face Karite could feel a swell inside him. Something snapped something told him he had to get this done something in him told him he had to be finished with this. He had no time to waste on his feelings or as bad as it sounded with Orika. She was a roadblock to the next level for now. Karite cared for her but to live her and be happy and just to relax he would have to work his a** off. Karite just wanted to yell. He wanted to beat his chest and find a hole and just crawl into it. Yelling into the empty room Karite managed to move his body perfectly into another flip before landing. As he came back down to earth he was still yelling. As the boy finished the image of Shisei faded from his mind. Shaking his head he grabbed his head and walked down the hall towards the door. "I think its time to grab that staff."

Practicing Your Technique
Once you learn a ninjutsu from your academy teacher, constantly train in it. The more you work with your chakra and that technique, the better you'll get overall. Give yourself some standards while practicing. You can time yourself to see how fast you can execute the technique, concentrate on the seals and how your chakra moves with them. The better understanding of the seals and how you work with them will benefit you with that technique and learning other techniques.

The academy looked no different from the days past, still covered in the frozen rain, still maintaining the look of a snow covered command center. with the soft prints of hundreads walking left and right, in and out. Sorri walked by a window and puased in mid step nd took quick and small steps back and looked at his reflection...he felt and looked a little taller. He examened his digged clothing he grew into it a bit mre, but it still was no tihgher, which was a blessing. Now making his way to the entrace he stoped, turned, stood agaisnt the walk, twirled a kunia ut of the holster and scrath agaist the stone giving himself a measure and nodded with the scilent and over confident thought that the mark would be twice as high in a year."Hehehe."

He tapped at the desk as he passed them and then made a walked into the exerciseing and physical training room having a realization that it would make more sense for the ball there. Whichi was where he needed to retrive his yo-yo anyway. Walking pass the door way he grasp at the edge and turned his body and whent to the corner and snacthed up his wooden toy mentally reinventing the scene that lead him to leave it there in the first place and then went in serch of the kick ball only to find it on a high wedge now how was anyone supossed to get that? Its not like he could walk up walls randomly. Gravity, duuh. maybe if he threw a kunia..nooo that would pop the ball then he would be the kid to get scolded this time arund. AH! Maybe throwing a kuina was the answer after all...just in a different arrangement. He tossed his weapon and practice his motions after he was up in the air. In a pratice format this would work perfectly. He got his hand together and perform the replacment jutsu again with his kunia and swiped the ball and went into an untintional mid air flip. Fear of bashign his head set in and he pushed of the near wall with his feet just in time to sliid acros the floor unharmed with the target retrived. He rose while smirking and then picked up his kunia to return it to it's proper place and left the building. His yo=yo in his pocket and the kickball between his side and his right arm.

Peering about uneasily, Rolaen paused as he reached the front doors of the academy. Shifting around, the Raiken did a full 360 of the surrounding area, pausing as he once again had his eyes facing towards the door. 'Where is everyone?'

Shrugging it off, the red head finally walked up to the doors and opened one up just far enough for him to slip through. Making sure that it closed silently behind him, the new student started walking up the hallway, his ocean blue eyes scanning the signs beside each doorway. Pausing at one, Rolaen peered in, frowning as he noticed that the room lacked even a teacher at this point. 'Guess I really am early.'

Walking into the room, the Raiken scanned it again briefly before walking over to a desk that was in the exact middle of the room. Sitting down, he bit his lower lip, obviously unsure of what to do. 'Guess, if anything...I can catch another quick nap before the teacher gets here.' Following that mentality, the student closed his ocean blue eyes again, resting his forehead onto his arms, which then went onto the desktop.

Senritsu peered around to look at the Academy without getting too far in, it was easy to see it was, for the most part, deserted. No point in going to a place that had no point...Groaning at the fact she wasted useful energy on making her way here, she decided she'd just go somewhere and take a nap. She'd come back again later if she didn't sleep through the day first. Before turning, she caught a glimpse through the window of what was the only student there at that point. Dumb kid, school was pointless. Just a bunch a snot nosed brats trying to out-do eachother in meaningless tasks of strength. It's always about power with everyone these days. Who's the better ninja, they must be strong and powerful! Bull. There is no such thing as a better ninja, only more skilled. And those skills stretch thin if you truly wish to master them. A well rounded Ninja is, for the most part, useless. All their energy would be spaced within many different things rather than specialties. Some had physical strength, some specialize more with their Chakra, and others, such as Senritsu, particulary favor their mind. Within the split second of thinking, a smirk crossed her face as she stared at the male. "Useless, why be the first to class if you can't do anything with your time but sleep. At least make yourself useful, clean up the classroom a bit or read a book," she mumbled to herself.

All things concidered, since she'd never went to the Academy, nor wished to learn Jutsu, or train period, she was still concidered an Academy student. But that wouldn't last much longer. The new group of kids would be behind her, but then again the class she was originally supposed to graduate were long since Gennin. Perhaps it was time she kicked it up a notch and finally got herself onto a team. Shivering at the very venomous thought of being forced to be with people for any extended period of time, she held in the putred vile that was forming in her throat. The Uchiha child wasn't anti-social, or one of those kids who just hated people for the sake of making herself feel better, no, definitely not. But it wasn't as though people would see that just by looking. They probably saw her as a recluse. Someone who talks to a very select few. Which was true. Senritsu spoke to few and far between. The slender framed girl crossed her arms thinking about it. Realizing she'd probably need to talk to a few more people other than her little ring, she huffed. She hated stupid people, people that thought they were prettier and better than everyone else, people who held themselves on a pedestal or showed off their strength just to make others feel useless. And most of all, people with attitudes. Such as that snake kid from last year. She'd only had a few run-in's with him so far, but he was fun to play with mentally. His way of thinking was strange, along with his looks. Speaking of, she never got the chance to pick him apart piece by piece yet. Yes, she'd definitely need to find him around the village sometime soon. Turning on her heel away from the sight of the male, she took off towards the one place she liked other than the cliffs. The waterfalls were peaceful and it was fun to strip down and swim in them to release stress. With all the thoughts about school, stress was more than damn sure setting in.

Rikka walked slowly towards the academy. It did not seem like much to her. Just another building. There did not even seem to be that many people around. How was she supposed to find a teacher if no one showed up to the academy. She walked up to the doors and noticed a note which seemed to have fallen into the bushes. It looked like it had originally been on the door.

ALL STUDENTS REPORT TO THE SPARRING RINGS FOR CLASSES

Rikka really had no idea where the sparring rings were, but she figured if she wandered around enough, she would find them. As she turned to leave, Rikka saw a lone figure in one of the classrooms. It looked like a student was taking a nap in there. Rikka paused for a second, wondering is she should wake him up, but decided not to. It was not her problem. She wandered back down the path, taking her time. If they accused her of being late, she had the excuse of not being able to find the note.

Zoku hadn't had any luck with finding any animals in the forest. There were snakes and bugs in the forest of sorrows and that was it. Scratching a few but bites she had received, the ruffled Meho approached the steps of the so-called academy. With a frown on her face, she stepped on the wood with her bare feet and headed inside. With her wide sunset eyes, she scanned the entrance from top to bottom while looking down the hallway. The structures on the mainland and here in Shimagakure were so much different from those at Haha Island. Carefully, Zoku walked on the wooden floor just like in the tree house she now lived in. There were two rooms in the small building. One had no one in it and the other had a person with their head down on a desk. Gripping the tip of her club that had been tied around her waist, Zoku cautiously walked into the room. Her first thoughts were to hit the boy over the head with her weapon since he was lying there so unprotected and calm, but Zoku had been warned time and time again by Tomoko not to attack any people on the island or Ikatsui-Ago would not be hers. Sitting down in a chair that had a small table attached to it, Zoku sat there uncomfortably and out of place. Looking down at the table over her lap, Zoku noticed things etched into the wood. Were they words? Zoku wasn't sure, but they didn't resemble any type of object to her... Taking her eyes off the wood, Zoku let her head tilt upwards as she look at the ceiling, walls and everything inside the class room. There was a blackboard near a desk at the front of the room. More strange writing was written there. Not being able to know what it said, Zoku merely stayed where she sat, not asking the boy sleeping in front of her anything about it. Instead she would wait and be a good girl like Tomoko requested. She wanted Dhan's sword...

A rather large man walked into the academy toting a brown sack. He was none other than Hamma. The blacksmith was in charge of teaching these little tykes about weapons. Today was all about throwing weapons. He had seen that these shinobi couldn't handle a weapon any better than he could handle his liquor. As he walked into the class he saw two students. One was passed out and seemed to be a new addition to the academy and the other was wide awake and rather angry looking. Hamma hadnt seen her before either. She seemed to be quite cannibalistic though. She looked Kinda like Maya and Karite how she had no shoes on. He wondered if the Tategami had gotten a new addition to the grounds after Karite and Kore. Smiling he went up to the board and began to write in the best writing he could. "Class today will be held at the Sparring Rings. Dont be late, I will hunt you down - Hamma" Turning to the two he smiled again. "Ye be rather early for an academy class. I be expecting you both within the hour at the rings. I need to pick up a few things and head there me self." Walking away the man went to the storage shack and picked up a few targets. He knew the ring didn't have any, but since they would be fighting he figured why make the move.

Rolaen sat up just as the man was leaving the room. Shaking his head a few times to clear the grogginess, he then narrowed his eyes as he saw the writing on the board. Letting out a grunt of annoyance, the Raiken stood up from his seat. Eying the girl in the room with him, he nodded up at the board. "Guess paying attention when you're at the desk can pay off, hm?"

Not waiting for an answer to his jest, the new student left the academy in a hour, going as fast as he dared towards where he thought the sparring rings were located. 'Bah...made a damned fool of myself.'

Zoku immediately stopped her curious glancing when a large man walked into the academy. She could hear his heavy footsteps from the moment he placed foot on the wooden stairs to the building. He had a long mustache and a balding head. Zoku stared at him for a moment before looking back down at her desk. She didn't act like she was interested in it, but merely kept a gaze on a single spot on the wood. The large man spoke with his deep voice saying that the two in the room were early. Zoku wasn't sure what the rings were, but she noticed the boy in front of her sit up in his desk. Not looking straight at him, Zoku paid attention to his actions and movements. He shook his head and let out a grunt. As he made a comment, Zoku didn't understand what he meant by it and physically pulled away from the boy as if he were trying to touch her, but he had only been speaking towards her. Swallowing hard, Zoku watched the boy leave and slowly began to follow. Since she hadn't the slightest idea as to where they were suppose to go, she figured following him would be helpful. Keeping a good distance behind him, Zoku followed him through the streets, not trying to keep her presence hidden since it was natural she would be heading in the same direction for the same class. All the while as she walked, Zoku kept a firm hand on the top of her club.

Tenmoki Yuki walked into the lonely school with scrolls in her hands and her white lab coat on. She hadn't been in the clinic at all today, but the coat was something that let everyone know that she was the medical kunoichi of the village. With her silvery green hair done up in a bun, Yuki was ready to work and teach class. Setting down on the profiles and scrolls on the teacher's desk, Yuki got to work while she waited for the students to arrive from Hamma's class. There was a lot of paperwork concerning the new genins, the prepping for the chuunins and notes to be written down for the new students. Yuki sighed, thinking of Shinichi at the chuunin exams. She could only imagine the man getting in some sort of trouble, thinking that there was an enemy diplomat or something. Her green eyes turned up to the picture of Ichi that Aski had drawn for her, which she had put in the classroom for all to see. "Why'd you choose him, again?" Yuki asked the picture, still feeling that she would have been the better candidate for Kage overall, but stood by Ichi's decision to see what Shinichi could do with Shimagakure.
