Nali and Ichibi shuddered as they felt a wave of sudden power around them. some normal humans walking by were affected as well. "Ichibi?" Nali asked "that was it wasn't it?" "yes it was" Ichibi said "and it is because you were being careless."

linku smirked slightly as he lowerd his power back down to a level that made him seem weak, he then stood up and his raven came flying through the window and landed on his shoulder as he walked back behind the bar.
"i think i will play around a bit more" he saidas herubbed the bird "after all i didnt get to have fun like this last time, and they need to get stronger than they are...or atleast learn to use their full potential" he grumbled as he opend a bottle and took a sip

Nali felt the power decrease and she stood up. shakily she started to walk towards her home, so she could wake up from this dream that turned to a nightmare.

"how to pass the time" he thought as he grabbed another bottle and headed out of the bar.
once outside he stood on the sidewalk and stared down the streets at all the shops and houses that he had yet to visit, the plus side was one seemed to be a shop that specialized in weapons.
"hmm hard to beleive someone could own a shop like that...thinks its worth looking into " he asked as he looked at the bird, who's head was tucked neatly under his wing.
"thought as much" he said as he looked around a bit longer, waiting untill he finished his drink or got bored

Nali got home and went up to her bedroom. even though it was 4:00, she tried to fall asleep. Ichibi walked in after her and laid down at the foot of her bed.

"thats that" he said between his yawn.
he then threw the glass bottle onto the pavement and walked off, the sound of shattering glass sounded shortly after.
"guess i can check it out...just to see, you never know" he thought as he kept at a constant pace as he walked towards the shop

Nali couldn't fall asleep and it was because she knew it was her fault that Linku now was at his full power. she could also feel Ichibi's cold stare from the ground by her bed.

when linku reached the shop he stood there for a second and looked in the window thinking "i wonder what kind stuff this place holds".moments later he pushed open the door and the bell above it rang, upon entering the shop, the candles that were lit by the shopkeep on his desk seemed to mysteriouslygo out by an unseen wind.
"hello" he announced as he reached the counter.
"ah yes hello hello" a wraspy voice sounded seconds later from a door he had not noticed.
"what can i help you with my...my good" the man who seemed happy to have a customer soon began to back away with wide eyes full of terror as if he had seen death himself.
"who are you" the man exclaimed as he backed into a stand of staffs and knocked them over.
"me...im a paying customer, who needs equipment and information" linku calmly said as he placed a gold coin on the counter which was apparantly ancient and worth a ton of money.
then the man who was afraid once before soon bagan to regain his composure as if he had relized what was going on "yes, i see...he said you would come, this way follow me" the man said as he lurked past linku and through the door he came from

Ichibi walked over to Nali's side and caved a circle in the ground. instantly her room became a dark blue and purple color. her bed had turned to a table and she sat in a chair in front of it. on the table was a simple crystal ball and another chair sat across from her. Ichibi climbed onto it and he said "look into the crystal ball and use your spiritual power to see."

when linku walked into the room, it was lit with various sizes of candles and had no light from lamps or nothing in it, it was as if the room was apart of the dark ages.
"so you've arrived" a man in the dark corner spoke.
the man was wearing black robes and his face was covered by a dark shadow that was produced by the hood.
"ive come for my lost piece" linku anounced
but all the man did was sit there with his fingers enterlaced with his grip
"are you sure i can entrust this to you, after all if i do then you know what happens" he said in a stale tone
"but father!" linku scoffed "can you not trust your own son.
"fine linku...i will give it to you...but dont go haywire like last time" linkus father saidas he stood up and held his hands over his chest.
then in moments the shop was being filled with a golden light

Nali and Ichbi looked into the crystal ball and saw that Linku was trying to obtain some object, and they needed to know. Nali kept her mind focused on her spiritual powers an Ichibi watched and listened carefully.

"alright ready" was all linku said as a gold orb emerged from his fathers chest and hovered between the two
"you know when this is done i cant remain here right?" his father asked
"yeah i know" was all linku replied.
his father then nodded and held his hands above his head and the orb floated in linkus direction and began to force itself into his chest when it was done a shockwave sounded and the golden light blew out the windows and vanished along with his father.
the manager who had been standing there had seemed to pass out after his father had left.
"guess he was being controled" linku thought as he left the room and began to look at the weapons he could use

Nali lost her concentration when Ichibi howled from the intense glow from the crystal ball. "think we got enough?" she asked hopefully, but knew the answer already. "no, we didn't" Ichibi said "and we need to be ready for whatever this power is"

linku looked over his shoulder when he heard the man start to wake up.
"time to go...im sure he dont remember anything" he thought as he finished up what he was doing and grabbed a few ammo boxes and what looked like a gunblade he had just made.
he then walked out and headed down the street in the open, he didnt even mind the strange looks he was getting from the peopl ehe passed

Nali looked at Ichibi, who was already drawing a circle into the ground. a few moments later, they were in Nali's room and Nali was back in her bed "this isn't gonna be at all easy" she said and Ichibi nodded
