Chunnin leader: Panda Infection man (Random infection that gives him 0 chakra and makes him go crazy at random points)
#1 - Trash Ninja
#2 - Skitso kid that misses 6 headed 33 legged puppy
#3 - Random 36 year old lawyer

he's the one derdev mentioned. he was an extremely advanced ninja who, at chunin level, caught a disease that blocked his chakra circulatory system. it also causes him to hallucinate and think pandas are after him, and they are the reason he can't use chakra.
we were GOING to have him be possessed by the zero tailed panda, which drained chakra instead of giving it, but that one leader person vetoed. it. sad
*stares off into space randomly...* damn...panda.... *clenches fist and raises it to my face, tears streaming down my eyes*
