Loralei grinned at the people on the street, asking them if they saw Alucard. When they shook their heads no, she flapped steadily on down the street. For some reason, Loralei felt pulled to the library. "I think I want a picture book..." She grinned to herself before she flapped inside.

Alucard was inside the library, and on one of the ladders looking through the books on the higher shelves. He grumbled to himself when he found that he was having difficulty finding any travel-type spells.

Loralei floated on past the aisles, and she saw a familar face. "Alucard!! There you are!!" She said impishly, flapping furiously to get to him. "Whatcha doing, silly?! I thought you got lost or sumthin!!!"

Cecilia was amazed with the view. She had been in higher altitudes before before, but never through flight. She looked up at Alucard, who seemed to be trying his best at staying on Loralei's head, and then giggled from the sight.

Loralei snickered at the amazement plain on Cecilia's face. She began to shake her head and realized at the last possible second that Alucard was riding upon it. Thankfully, she held it still. "Are you all right up there Alucard?" she asked, feeling him struggle on her hair.

Alucard took in a deep breath. After his rough displays of being a crybaby and an unskilled person he decided that he wanted a change, "Of course I'm alright! Why wouldn't I be? I'm fine!"
His tone of voice made him sound like he was slightly offended, which wasn't the way he wanted it to come out, "Heh?"
((lol, the beginnings of a big alucard attitude, lol xD ))

Loralei squinted her eyebrows together. "Um... are you sure? You seem to be pulling on my hair and you sound a tad... miffed." She smiled at the choice of wording as she flapped on.

"I'm a bird...I can fly if I fall off..." Alucard said in an annoyed tone. He didn't want to make Loralei worry, but the fact was he didn't know how to recover in flight if he were to spiral towards the ground. He assumed that he may be able to succeed given the amount of distance they were away from the ground, "Eeeyahh...I can fly...if I fall..."
Cecilia thought that Alucard was acting strange and started to think that the big Alucard was taking over, "Loralei, maybe you should fly closer to the ground, just in case.."

Loralei flew closer to the ground, biting her lip. She noted the sour change in Alucard's attitude, and it dampered her spirits. On the bright side, they were almost home... maybe he'd cheer up with the prospect of cake.
"Sweetie, don't you know that sullen crows can't have cake? Only happy ones. Be happy~" Loralei said, doing her best to cheer him up.

"EHH?!!! That's unfair!!" Alucard whined, "Fine..I'll be happy..."
He grumbled under his breath, but then he forced himself to change his attitude, "What type of cake do I get to have this time? Heh."
Cecilia let out a sigh of relief upon hearing Alucard change back to his normal, happier self. She thought how frightening it would have been if the big Alucard returned while they were in the sky.
