Kamuri stuttered, "o-okay i-i will m-make s-sure to that Dr. K"
kamuri gulped, this was alot harder takling to Dr. K than he thought, he then turned to the others who were also in fear, but tried not to show it.
"g-go search for the experiments, a-and miyon" Kamuri said strightening up a bit.

miyon who was down there in the secret chamber, sighed and sat down along a wall.
"yea, these are all the ancient textbooks taht they based the magic on. They are the original copies, i think the boss found the first written copies and thought they were the originals." miyon said explaining.
"i believe, these were the ones that kioko's brother ryo, found for her to read, and safely tucked them back here." miyon said walking up to a book on the lone table and dusted it off

Doctor K swept past the rest of the occupants of the room, heading for the door. "Very good, the security of the experiments, and our secrecy are of great importance, several have escaped already, all of them hunted down or too afraid to reveal themselves to society, but we cannot rely on that to always be the case." Doctor K stopped at the door, taking a moment to allow the other scientists to leave on their search. "One more thing Kamuri, you have been advancing quickly in this field, you are already a figure of leadership among your peers here. It is simply a suggestion, but perhaps you should work on your composure in these situations, someday you may even be the one to fill my position here, I would hope that at that time you are strong of mind and stern of will. Good day." The doctor walked calmly the rest of the way out of the door and disappeared into the hallway.

Kamuri just stood there. I need to be more secure and uptight. oh wow! Kamuri said to himself. He then straightened himself up and took on a superior role.
"guards! move out! find them no matter how long it takes!" Kamuri shouted

max began to wake up again. "ugn. hey crow, you can put me down now. i think that stuff finally wore off. my mind is calm for once. man thats a great feeling."

"Are they gone out there yet? We have a mission to do, or at least i do." Strobe said as he closed the book he was looking at with a slam. The tension was really working on him now, and he wanted to get out of the place that reminded him of so much pain...

Crow continued to search through the books, seeming to completely forget the situation at hand, taking a moment to almost unconsciously set Max down. He finally found something that seemed to have a possible pertinence to his issue. He leaned against a wall and began to flip through the pages, scanning over them carefully.

max rocked back and forth for a bit, trying to get his balance. he looked at his feet and noticed they were slightly more humanoid, with five toes instead of four. he also noticed he was a little smaller than he used to be. he made his claws come out of their sheaths, then put them away again experimentally. he smiled. "it worked, i cant believe it worked. that was the most terrible thing i have ever tasted in my life, ugh. hey strobe, we are stuck down here for a few minutes. i can hear people talking back the way we came."

"if you want to leave be my guest. but going back up the way we came down is not the best possible choice." Miyon said staring at the hatch that led to the officeroom.
"there's a secret passageway out of the building through here. its so secret that even i couldnt find it myselft yet." Miyon said walking along the walls and bookcases, "the only person to ever find the way out is Ryo, but he never told me or anything. you think you guys can help me find it?" Miyon asked turning towards the others

she moved to the designated location that Max told her where to look, She moved the books and knocked on the shelf behind it. just like Max said, it felt different, better yet, it felt hollow..

Crow's iris shifted to the corner of his eye, looking at Miyon, he closed the book mostly, keeping his finger in between the pages he'd stopped on. He took a moment to observe what was going on, he certainly hoped that whatever the passage held, that it wasn't a way out, he still had business here at the lab.

Miyon was about to knock the bookcase...but when Strobe said that he wasnt going to get out, she stopped and turned around towards him, shocked.
"wait, you aren't going to leave? are you kidding me? this place isnt safe for you! if you get caught that's it for you!" Miyon said scoffing.
"do have any idea what they do to the recent experiments nowadays?" Miyon added

"strobe stop, dont go that way. i know a better way. what was your name, lady? i need your help here for a minute." he unsheathed one claw, something that was previously impossible, and drew a very artistic map of the lab right there on the floor. "this map was on a wall in front of my cage, so it was the only thing i had to look at while i was screaming. i remember those months very well. its amazing how such a traumatic memory is actually helping us." his ears drooped in sadness but he kept his mind focused on the task. there would be time for reflection later. he looked at the lady. "do you think you could take my uh, hmm what should i call it now, hand. do you think you could take my hand and draw a path to the records vault with my claw?"
