I had some really delicious pancakes the other day, guys. They were chocolate chip. Though, the people called them 'griddle cakes'. ...WEIRD.

Aren't griddle cakes made with potatoes?
Otherwise they're probably just called that because they were made on a griddle instead of a pan. neutral ;D

I dun' think so. They did not taste very potato-y. They were made with sour cream, though, because that makes them fluffier. Maybe that was it?
