Owwin My family isn't like that. They just want me to start dating. They seriously badger me about it. This is how their half of the conversation goes. "Haven't you found a nice girl yet? Are you into guys? Don't get mad! Okay well you need to date somebody. Are you a serial killer? That's not funny. Fine." I mean how can they want to force that on me? Every marriage on that side of the family has ended in divorce or separation. Hell the only one where they actually loved each other to the end was a suicide. My family's like that, too. Except the question is always "Have you been dating any women?" Like, as if they intend to make a point. I'm sick of hearing it.

Cabron the Swan Haha, mine were the exact opposite. My dad was one of those "IF YOU SO MUCH AS LOOK AT MY LITTLE ANGEL THE WRONG WAY I'LL ******** CASTRATE YOU AND FEED YOUR TESTICLES ONE BY ONE TO MY ATTACK DOG" dads. I guess it's different when you're the gender that can get knocked up though.
Parents should stay out of their kids' sex lives (or lacks thereof). If you wanna fap, you wanna fap. I heard it's actually more pleasurable than sex, though I'm not sure I agree. I mean, it's easier to get off, but it's way less fun. My mom is cool about it, but that is because she has her own relationship problems, but my grandma is really weird about it. She doesn't even want a grandchild, but she wants me to be with somebody for appearances or something. Basically I would have to lie to a girl and stick with her for some social thing. Also I wish I could get rid of the urge all together. I don't want to have to bother with thinking about it. We should be beyond that as a species.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how it would actually work.
@Owwin: I bet it would be really easy to find a girl who's getting the same kind of pressure from her family and work something out. I only had to bring the guy I did it with to one family gathering, and I only had to go to one of his, before they gave it up; we both decided we would go out of our way to be absolutely repulsive for the evening so they would never ask again. xd

See, the thing is, my Dad doesn't care too much, he only squirms if the topic of gay sex is so much at hinted at. He kind of has an "out of sight, out of mind" view, which I can respect. My Mom, though, she desperately wants grandkids. That's nice, isn't that why you have a second child? He doesn't know how to delete his browser history; you know for a fact that he's completely straight.
