Gaara, Raiga is from Mist, not Umigakure. Kyo, we should able to level up more than 1... Possibly like 3 or 2.

I never said he was from Umigakure I just said that the ninjas from Umigakure specialize in electric jutsus which is why my kage knows all of Raiga's jutsus becuase they are the only electric ones that are not banned (since chidori is the only other and its banned)

My bad about the chidori thing I just re-read the definition and it just says it looks like it is covered in an electrical force non that it is.

Totally, I mean when oro gets out his sword he regurgitates it thats just weird its called having a scabbard buddy they aren't that expensive. Not to mention he goes around giving people hickies mainly guys to...I mean side from whats her name anko or something I dont' think there were any other girls who go the curse seal.

LOL, You guys are halarious, I think Sasuke only looks cool when he tries to act gay, like in the first naruto movie at the end. He gives Naruto the autographed peice of paper, his expression and pose is gay on purpose and it makes him look cool. Other then that, 99% of the time, Sasuke is a b*****d
