Seph finished his sweep of the medwing, then casually walked down the hall and entered the main room, book in hand. He sat down tiredly on the couch and opened his book, flipping to the page he'd folded over.

After he finished the wing Mai had been walking in the same direction and saw Seph.
"sensei!" She said with a smile and sat down on the same couch and looked at him.
"whatcha doin?"

"nothing at all... just trying to use some chakra I have...... which is pretty much nothing now......." SHe said with a sigh.
" I can't fight like this sensei, I have minimum chakra ....... chakra that at a time with my demon I could barely stay up because it was so low then....... now ...... that minimum is my maximum...."

Fenris walked out from the kitchen, bowl of soup in hand. She looked to Sephiroth and Mai, quirking a brow. "Hello." Fenris looked completely different by now. If Sephiroth had not seen her at all since the transfusion, he would notice that her eyes seemed to radiate the colors of the rainbow, minus the pupil. A blue flame flickered about on her forehead, dancing. Not only that, but her outfit had changed to a very tight suit made of cloth with leather in parts.
Hair down, and quite warm, she wandered over to the two, offering a taste of her creation. Butternut Squash Soup. So far, she thought it amazing. "Want some~?"

She looked at her and nodded.
"yes .... yes please." She said smiling taking some soup.
She took a sip of it and nodded in approval.
"it's absolutely amazing."

"Building your chakra reserves just takes a lot of training. Every time you use chakra, you're basically building up your capacity for storage." He said this almost lazily, nose still firmly planted in book.

"Seeeeph..." Fenris held out her bowl and spoon, expecting him to at least taste the soup. "There's more in the kitchen on the stove if you want it, Mai. There's plenty left! And some leftover minestrone soup in the fridge if you want to heat that up."

"can't Tutsumi just give me my demon back.... this isn't fair........ I didn't mean to hurt anyone.... but to lose all that......." She said frowning.......
"I can't live like thisi Seph....... it's driving me mad.... I've tried to train and it just doesn't work anymore.... the demon was right, I'm nothing without him......"

"and if i'm being so impatient tell me why we haven't trained and i've been waiting for that....." She said getting up and walking into the kitchen to have more soup.
