SubonicXP Blizzard120 The Solarbeam started to overtake the Brine attack, which left Freth stunned for a second. So that was what he was trying to pull. "Cloyster, look out!" she shouted. There was no dodging this though. The Brine attack failed to repel the Solarbeam and Cloyster took the shot. "CLOYSTER!" It shouted, falling over. It was once said that Cloyster shells are so hard, they were able to withstand a bomb blast. Whoever tried that out must of had a small bomb...because THAT ONE HURT. It was a few seconds however after the attack was over. Cloyster withdrew into its shell then popped the shell back open, to flip it up and right itself to face its adversary. Unfortunately, the attack the Cloyster took really did damage. It wouldn't take much more at all, if anything, to finish this shellfish off...and Freth knew it. Freth was quickly devising, going back on her battling experience as well as various cloak and dagger ploys. Time to go on a old standby, she figured. She knew Cloyster wouldn't like this anymore than she would, but she was out of options. "Cloyster! Forgive me when I say this! Explosion!" The Cloyster then withdrew back into its shell. It started to glow furiously, even moreso than the Houndoom was putting out. It then sprung out of its shell and a massive blast was unleashed. The was no escaping this, not for the Houndoom, and not for Resix either. As the oyster bomb went off, a shock wave of energy, and sand, flowed outward from the center of the explosion, sending Houndoom flying backwards, splashing into the ocean, knocked out, as for Resix, he fell flat on his back, into the sand, with a groan. After all the kicked up sand faded away, Resix could see he was defeated. "Ugh...I'm so angry I...forget it..." Resix said as he just laid there. When the blast went off, Freth had to duck out of the way before she too became a unfortunate victim in this chaos. After the blast dying out and snorting a few grains of sand...which she had to take a couple of seconds to hack out, she got back up and made the hard rush to Resix. She made sure he wasn't getting up by pouncing on him, then driving her fist only a inch from his head. "YOU b*****d! You could of had this done the easy way, but NOOOOOO, you had to be an idiot as usual! You got five seconds to tell me what the hell I need to know, otherwise, you're not leaving this beach, if you know what I am getting at!" And Resix was complaining about HIS anger issues? "I want to know why are you looking for Meteorites, I want to know where is your base of operations, and I want to know where the hell this Cyrus guy is!"

"Fine...ugh...I give, I'll talk." Resix moaned, he was too tired and in too much pain to ever bother to fight Freth anymore, after awhile you just give up. "The meteorite...the Zhelot Comet, is said to be special." Resix explained. "Team Cipher was researching it for a long time before you guys went and destroyed our operations in Unova...the scientist that replaced Ein, his former student, was highly interested in it. She said it possessed a unique chi unlike anything else on Earth. But before we had any plans for it, you guys came along and ruined everything." He explained.
"So, after Cipher crumbled, my brothers and I took what technology remained, what explains and information we could find, and fled to Hoenn...ugh my back...any who, that's when we met the Galaxy Club. We thought maybe we could use their fascination with space to our advantage and have them supply us with the necessarily funds and materials to carry out the original plan to pull the comet out of the sky. We thought maybe if we recovered the meteorite we could harness its chi to help restore Team Cipher to its former glory." Resix explained.
"As for our base of operations, I assume you mean the Galaxy Club...if so...ever seen a Munchlax before? I hear there is a famous one nearby..." Resix said with a laugh, apparently he liked riddles. "As for this Cyrus person, I don't know him personally. I only know about him from the info Cipher collected on him years ago. Apparently the higher ups were interested in his technological genius, apparently he and Volkner built a machine very similar to the chi converters Cipher created, and hid it away in the Vista Lighthouse fearing its possible abuse. We got the Galaxy Club to steal it for us, in hopes of exactly the chi from the fragments of the meteorite." He said wiggly around, as if to get up.
"As for where he is, last I heard he left Sunyshore months back after a fall out with Volkner over the machine, Cyrus wanted to give it a test run but Volkner refused, saying how dangerous it could be. Apparently Cyrus went off to Celestic Town to find himself, or something." He further explained. "And that's all I know...mind helping me up toots?"

Freth listened in, despite wanting to pound his face in, paying attention to every word he was saying. Apparently the Hexagon Brothers was trying to relive Cipher's plans by using this Galaxy Club...and these guys in the Galaxy Club are big enough suckers for it. Figures. Still though, bringing a Meteorite? All the way down to earth? What didn't bode too well with Freth is that there was the blatant possibility that there are more than just the Hexagon Bros are part of this operation. Like that student of Ein's...
As for the base...that's not too much help. A famous Munchlax near by? She could ask elsewhere, but she doubted that there was going to be much on it. She didn't know Sinnoh THAT well...let alone 'famous' Pokemon...
Cyrus though, perhaps Sub will want her to take another trip in this region before coming back to the headquarters to peg down Cyrus. Who knows. But two loose ends to tie up first...the device that the foreign accent guy had earlier, she needs to go check out and see what exactly he found at that spot...and the other? Make sure this guy doesn't call her 'toots' again. "Oh surrrre. I'll help you up." She grabbed him by the shirt and gave him one hard toss up in the air behind her, only for her to turn around and fire a Ice Beam at him.

Resix didn't have much of a chance to say anything before the Ice Beam slammed into him, turning him into a red ice sculpture resting on the beach, it looked like he was literally frozen in time as he was still stuck in his falling position, mouth open and everything.

SubonicXP Resix didn't have much of a chance to say anything before the Ice Beam slammed into him, turning him into a red ice sculpture resting on the beach, it looked like he was literally frozen in time as he was still stuck in his falling position, mouth open and everything. She watched as he finally came down. "...that felt real good..." she said. Well, Good news for Resix. At least he'll be able to leave the beach. Bad news? She didn't say he'd leave immediately. Worse news? Unless he thaws within the near future...High Tide will have its way with him. But hey. At least he leaves the beach. She then walked over then knelt over in front of her Cloyster. "I'm sorry, Cloyster. I know you're not feeling too good now, are you?" "Cl...oyyyst...teerrr..." The Pokemon spoke. "I know. I know." She said, patting the Cloyster's shell. "Here, take a breather. You did good today, okay?" she said, taking out a Pokeball and recalling the shell fish. She then looked around then made her away off from the scene, back to the spot where the foreign man was. Time to look at that spot and the device...

That said, he was really happy to have found something here...She had the feeling that she would have to dig to see what exactly he found. She looked around on the detector and found the on switch and then started to search around the area the detector was placed just to get the exact spot.

A few beeps here, a few beeps there, to the left a little more, and bam! The thing as beeping like mad, this must be the spot, wasn't that hard to find.

She dug one hard "X" into the sand then took out a Pokeball. "Mamoswine, come on out!" she said, tossing the ball out. The ball bursts open and out came the massive Pokemon. "MAMMOOOO!!!" The Pokemon roared out. "Hey there, Mammy, come here. I got a bit of a job for you." She said. "See that 'X'?" she asked. "Dig there." "maamoooo" It replied, getting to the 'X' then started to dig away. Sand kicked up everywhere from the Mamoswine's relentless digging spree. "ACK! Mamoswine! Watch it! I already got my fill of sand already! AACK PBBTH! Ugh..." She had to take a few steps back from the hole being made.

Before long, Mamoswine would strike something in the ground, a metal container about four feet under. It was a box with a padlock on it, sealed tightly.

A large metal striking sound would come forth from the hole. "Mamo?" "What is it, Mamoswine? You find something?" "Mammoooo..." She then looked down. She couldn't see around Mamoswine though. "Come on up, Mamoswine, let's take a look at what you got there." Mamoswine then started to dig towards the left of him then up, so he wouldn't rebury the metal container. She then took out another Pokeball. "Kadabra!" She then tossed out a second Pokemon. "Kadabra, can you pull that out...whatever it is?" "Braaa..." It focused a bit then started to move the container. It shifted in the sands then out in front of the three of them. This gets stranger and stranger...now begs the question... "What's inside this thing. Kadabra, do you think you can break this thing open?" she asked. The Kadabra made its way to the metal box, gave it a few taps with its spoon. The Kadabra wasn't feeling too confident about this one. Picking it up was one thing...busting open the locks and opening the box? This thing was a safe. No way around this. He was willing to try though. The Kadabra focused once more, trying to pry the container open...

He was willing to try though. The Kadabra focused once more, trying to pry the container open... Try as the Kadabra might, it was no use, the box resisted its Psychic assault. The container was sealed shut airtight, obviously to keep water and sand out, and of course, keep its contents secret. The Kadabra gave a hard sigh. It couldn't do it. "It's okay, Kadabra. You tried. Oh well. I guess we're taking a trip back to the headquarters after all." she said. She couldn't leave this box behind after all. She then took out a Pokeball. "Return, Mamoswine. Thank you." she said, recalling the massive beast. "Alright Kadabra, take us and this thing back to the headquarters, okay?" she said, sitting down on the box. That much he could do. He then focused once more and off the box and the two of them went back to the headquarters. She may as well report to Sub in person about her findings.

Sub would be in the lab this time, looking over the meteorite they found the other night. In the room with him was GRAY, his physical self, as in the magnetically floating SNAG network server, he was handy to have around as the actual server was able to compute a thousand times more than just the SNAG its self. Regardless, the door was open so if Freth were to search for him she would find him easily enough.

She could barely sense him, but at least she had a rough indication of where he was. "Come on, Kadabra. Take that with you, will you? Come on." The Kadabra picked up the container and followed her all the way to the Lab. "Sub, I come bearing gifts." she said. "You can put that down now." "Bra..." The box fell with a hard metallic thud on the floor.
