"You are good friends with Jaden, then, or are somehow connected to him..." The way his voice changed, it was the first time in this whole encounter that his tone completely changed. She wondered why this Daiguren's master wanted Jaden then, if not to rule as Alpha, then...what.
"Inferior creations...meaning what exactly?"

"Meaning that you create a weapon and find out it works. Then you test it and find out you can use it to work better. Thus the previous tool used is inferior and should no longer be used." he said causally. "I'm sure one such as you can understand that." The smile was still there. Pleased and casual. "A good sword should never crack or chip. When they do though I feel it is better to take your forging experience and create something new as opposed to fixing something old."

"I can see your point." As a Deathdealer, she could greatly see this point, as at certain times between lycans and vampires, it was a race for the best technology to wipe the other out. "So what is your connection to Jaden?"

"I know his family." he said with the same smile as he stood up from the table. "That should suffice for you my dear." Absentmindedly he brushed his white coat off even though there was nothing on it. "Now please. I have said my peace. If there is nothing else you are in need of I should take my leave."

"Mmm. I should have guessed as much. There is nothing more I need, and thank you for your information thus far. I hope the night bids you well." Her eyes stared intensely into his for a moment, flickering like an emerald flame.

The emerald flames were for a moment met by shards of glaciers. They were so cold and unmoving, nothing seemed able to thaw them. Those eyes alone could crush so many individuals on their own. "I would bid you good evening then." he said casually, nodding towards the other vampire as well before he walked off out of the club and literally vanished on the street.

Only now did he speak, 'So Mylady, what are your orders, how do you want to proceed? Of course, you have my sword and council should you need it.'

"Well, it looks as if I need to speak to this Alpha sooner rather than later." She lifted her face and looked at Kensington. "Is there any piece of useful information you have to share for me?" Her eyes burned bright again as she examined his eyes, his face.

'I have no information for you yet mylady, I will begin my own investigation into this matter and should I learn anything of interest I'll let you know. But I do have some advice, my own ethic shall we say, and that is never take anything at face value. I'm sure there was more than met the eye with that fellow. Anyway I shall depart now, I have a feeling things are about to get "interesting". Good night mylady.' He said, bowing.
With that Kensington headed for the entrance and stepped out into the night.

"Goodnight, Kensington." She took what he said into consideration, as that man was definitely not normal by any means. He smelled all wrong, though she couldn't place what he was, exactly.
She took a long drag on her cigarette, and finished her drink, then left.

In the dead of night, a man in a torn up trenchcoat came walking up to Las Noches. He was seen carrying a letter bag, with him as he drew near to the entrance of the noisy nightclub. He appeared in the light of the Nightclub's entrance, revealing his face with his pale skin and long jet black hair. He walked up to the bouncer. "Him here for a meeting with Kaei.." The bounce just gave Erik a stern look and pushed up the door. "It's up stares." He replied, referring to Kaei's office. Erik simply walked through the front door and into the bass pounding room of the nightclub. Erik looked at the crowd of dancers, and young vampires and softly spoke to himself. "Ah... To be young and carefree." Erik then continued into the nightclub, pushing pass the dancers.
Erik came up to the steps and made his ascent to the top. At the top, a rather large man in an all black suit stood with his arms crossed. Erik approached the man without fear. "Where is Kaei?" Erik asked trying to speak over the loud music. "Right this way." The man replied leading Erik to a door that said personnel only. Opening the door lead to a dark hallway, dimly light with small lights running down the length of the hall. The man entered first, leading Erik down the hall and to the left. "The door straight ahead." The man said, pointing to the door which lead to Kaei's office. Erik looked up at the man, and spoke with a calm voice. "Thanks kid." Just as Erik was about to take his first step towards the door. The man put his hand in front of Erik, and looked to his bag. Erik took a look at the bag then back to the man. "Let me guess... Security reasons?" Without a word the man snatched the bag from Erik and opened up, looking inside. He slowly looked to Erik with a look on his face that clearly spoke, what is this. Erik grabbed the bag, and with a cheeky tone replied. "It's a gift... For a friend." Erik then smiled and continued down to the end of the hall, and knocked on the door, waiting for an answer.

Rogue was standing by the one sided looking glass looking out over the club's main floor. She took a long drag on a cigarette, and heard the knock at the door.
"It's open." She stood, her back to the door.

Erik slowly turned the door knob, and pushed the door open. Erik took a step in, and closed the door behind him. He made his way deeper into the room still carrying the small leather bag. Stopping just feet away from Kaei's desk, and spoke. "Excuse me if I don't bow.. I'm use to bowing for beings younger then myself." Erik said as he took his free hand and pushed a few strands of hair out of his face.

Rogue turned slowly, her arms folded, one hand holding her cigarette. An eyebrow lifted slightly and she blinked once, her emerald eyes lighting up into a glowing emerald as if they were bright green flames. She took a long drag on her cigarette, her gaze not leaving his eyes, observing him.
"What do you wish to discuss?"

Erik then threw his leather back onto the desk of Kaei, and the head of Valic De'Court rolled out. "I believe you wanted his head.." Erik said with calm, uncaring voice. Erik then made his way closer to her desk, and sat in one of the seats that were position infront of her desk. He then brought his feet up and crossed them, resting them on the edge of her desk. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes. Taking one out, he took out his zippo, and lit it, taking a long drag off of it, before blowing it back out into the air of her office.
