I'm not the only person that Sephiroth has trained, nor am I the only person who has had access to an NPC teacher, Greg has made all kinds of NPC's, we happened to decide that Sephiroth would be important to Kaizen's story aside from simply being his teacher. In addition, Kaizen can only learn Butoukai sono Raijin from Sephiroth because I decided that I would rather have Kai learn my custom weapon style from a person rather than scrolls.
