HQ is built into the side of an undersea cliff. The cliff is in the large bay on the south side of Aquos Island. There's a map in the Reference forum.

Thard_Verad *Returns from dinner* School has brought the guild to a grinding halt neutral I'm looking at Snagem and it's pretty much the same. Though they are having a few more active members during the day. But it's only 3-5 I think I saw. I was going to work on Class, but then Bones, CSI and House came on... As I have no homework. And I'm stuck in Heartgold... I beat Clair but Kotone wants me to go do something and is stopping me from going to Kanto, and it isn't catch Ho-oh... or take the train... Oh...looks like I have to beat the kimono girls (wherever they are) and then catch Ho-oh...

I thought the Kimono Girls were to get one of the HMs. (Ecruteak. They have Eevee's evos.)
And did you remember to pick up the Rising Badge in the Dragon's Den after the fight?

And then you have to fight them again to gain access to Ho-oh/Lugia. And THEN you can go to the falls. Kotone isn't in New Bark if you don't have the 8th badge ^_^
