Blue eyes shifted between both males, giving each equal attention. She arched a brow at the display of manners, which were so foreign to Yawgmoth. When he approached, she tensed slightly, not sure what games he may be playing, if he held any traits similar to his kin. It was a rare occasion that she was touched in a friendly manner, which always would take her by surprise, and as often happened, she blushed. When he inquired about her identity, she gazed upon him for a moment, drinking in the curious situation she was in, her cheeks returned to their normal shade.
Ziven's eyes darted back to Yawgmoth for a moment before she lowered herself from the tree, facing Lanshor. "I am Ziven." she said softly with a modest bow to for the young man. Looking up at him, she tilted her head curiously, still not quite sure she believed he was the offspring of Yawgmoth. They were so very different.

Yawgmoth's expression went sour at the formality Lanshor showed to his self proclaimed pet. "Bah" he grumbled turning his back to the two of them. His tail swishing back and forth as he mumbled some words to himself. It was quite apparent Yawgmoth did not approve of Lanshor's choice of words to Ziven, but he did not seem to stop him either. "You come to talk to us, and you're all over her already. Make up your mind Lanshor"

Lanshor frowned slightly and turned to Yawgmoth "I'm sorry father, I just wanted to meet her. Besides you have nowhere to be do you? I saw you two from the distance for quite some time before I caught up here." The young man turned his face back to Ziven and rubbed his head softly giving a shaky smile "Please forgive my father. He's a wonderful man when he wants to be, unfortunatly miss Ziven that seems to only be towards me and my mother. It is, however, a pleasure to meet you."

The conversation between them seemed unreal. The thought of Yawgmoth showing kindness, being a family man was unfathomable. "It is positively shocking to make your acquaintance." she said without thinking it through. Immediately after saying it, she got a horrified look on her face and stammered for a moment. "Er, I just .. well, refreshing is more accurate. But .. uh .." she trailed off, ashamed of her hasty reply and finding there was an odd feeling in the pit of her stomach at the comment and seeming uneasy tone in Lanshor's voice when speaking such a compliment about his father. Her next words were very soft, her gaze shifted away from both males before speaking. "It is a pleasure to meet you as well."

"Stunned aren't you?" Yawgmoth said with another huff and grump "Lanshor is as kind hearted as they come. He is at least three times as powerful as we are but he, much like Titus, would never harm a fly. And if he did, even by accident, the guilt would ride his mind for days. He is not a fighter like we are. He is not evil like we are"

Lanshor smirked a little hearing Ziven speak. It was like that for most people who had met Yawgmoth before him. They couldn't believe that he was the son of such an evil man. But Lanshor did not see his father this way. He saw Yawgmoth as a man who loved him, even if he disagreed with Lanshor's lifestyle, a man who was devoted to his mother Crow and their family. Someone Lanshor actually admired for his strong resolve. "Father...." He said hearing Yawgmoth talk with a sigh "I have never understood why you thrive on such violent things. And I'm always sorry I'm not going to be the heir you want to whatever throne you've gained but that's no reason to be rude" Lanshor said crossing his own arms over his chest in the same fashion as Yawgmoth. Both men were equally stubborn however, that is one trait their shared in common. "I assure you Miss Ziven. That my father is a kind man deep down. He loves my mother dearly, he would die for her and for me if it came to it. There are just..not many people he cares that way for. And to everyone else he is like this." Lanshor reassured Ziven. He wished that everyone could see his father like he did.

With a smile, she turned her gaze back to the two males, listening to the young male speak, hearing the honesty in his words. Thinking of the conversation she was carrying on with Yawgmoth before his son appeared. Placing her right hand on her hip, she gestured toward Lanshor with her left hand, looking at Yawgmoth. "Now his is a mind that I can relate to. And hearing his words about your kindness to family opens an entire new chapter to the complex layers that lie within you. This day is most interesting indeed." when she finished, she cupped her left elbow with her right hand and placed her chin on the fingertips of her left hand, continuing to shift her gaze between the two males. Something that was said had not registered until that moment -- Yawgmoth said that Lanshor was more powerful than he was. The day had indeed grown more interesting with the idea of that being fact. She returned her gaze to the young male, and looked him up and down, as if to size up if what was spoken was truth.

"You're begging us to hit you aren't you pet?" Yawgmoth scoffed. He would not strike a lady in front of Lanshor, and in fact threatening her might've been the wrong idea. Lanshor grew angry at him just once and hit him as Yawgmoth mocked him over something stupid. He had nearly broken Yawgmoth's jaw that day. Breaking Yawgmoth's bones was a feat no man had ever accomplished. But lanshor came the closest. "And you seem so doubtful of our words. You're either looking at our son to check him out, or you're looking at him in disbelief that he, a smaller younger man, could as a great or greater than we are. Which is it?"

Lanshor kind of blushed and hid his face "What he says is true Miss Ziven. I am stronger than my father..but not all the time. Only when something makes me angry. I..I lose myself in it. On the average there is no one greater than my father in power."

She had been looking at Lanshor's shoes when Yawgmoth commented on her actions. Silently she moved her fingertips to rest her forehead on them. The thought of being hit did not please her, which caused her temper to rise for a moment, the only indication of this was a ripple of movement through her clothes, as if wind had passed by her. With a small sigh, she raised her eyes to Lanshor and smiled gently. "Then I hope not to anger you." she then shifted her attention to Yawgmoth, crossing her arms over her middle. "I do not wish to be hit. As for your son .. perhaps I was doing both." with her final statement, she dropped her eyes to the middle ground between the three and gently bit her bottom lip.

Yawgmoth laughed loudly and shook his head back and forth. "Not until we've gotten what we want from you are we going to let you form any kind of relation with our son." Yawgmoth warned with a cold stare from his dreadful crimson eyes.

Lanshor turned his head away a little. He was generally shy towards women despite his looks and personality that most women melted over. "I uh..I..wait. What do you mean after you get what you want from her father? You don't mean to hurt her do you?" Lanshor said as the expression on the young man's face turned grim. The thought of violence towards a woman always brought Lanshor's anger out.

Ziven inhaled deeply and sighed again. The thought of needing to speak of the reason for Yawgmoth's interest of her yet again in this day was most irritating. Being taunted for her actions did not please her either and her annoyance quickly elevated to feeling upset again. "I am an innocent and he wishes to relieve me of that which makes me an innocent." her cheeks went crimson as she said this, and a burning feeling of humiliation and desire to slink away festered in the pit of her stomach.

"And after we want we figured we'd toss this pet to your mother too my boy. She needs another pet to do her bidding. It's been a long while. Perhaps we will save her for Crow to take instead. That thought has been digging in our head for quite some time." Yawgmoth responded with a smirk over his face eyeing Ziven.

Lanshor knew what Yawgmoth meant and he did not like it. He clenched his fists tightly together resisting the urge to lose himself "No you won't. Why father, do you insist on doing these things?" he said lowering his head, he didn't like the fact that he was feeling resentment towards Yawgmoth. "I won't let you. So please don't do this. I don't want to hurt you, but I can't let you hurt another person like that"
