-Sits down and writes on a notepad and puts on some reading glasses for the heck of it-
Well lets see.. you can :
save it up. use it to expand the bar. or use it for renovations if a fight gets really bad in the arena, if theres a fight, something will deffinetly crack.

As you wish.
Well there is also the possibility to acquire new properties. Not just be a bar and arena and rooms you know, be the whole ten yards, if knew what that meant rolleyes Helps in versatility.
Or maybe a book archive, or a library if you will. There are quite a few readers and writers here. Pretty talented too.
