Hinote I think you've really just completely ignored a majority of the posts I made. And no, not everything needs a system. People need to use their intelligence sometimes instead of relying on guidelines that would no doubt be a nuisance. I mean honestly, think about it, why should a system even have to be in place for something that is so obvious? What kage would teach some random genin about their village's style unless they care nothing for their village? There isn't a need for a system for something that is this basic.

Hinote Tosatsu It would still have to be run through the crew, meaning Gregar would have to approve it, and it would not be nearly as simple as the people who are pushing for it want if it was allowed. Because like Greg said, we don't want everyone running around with all the super powered styles. Why would we need gregar's approval on this? Sounds more like Lance's jurisdiction and if you ask me, something like this doesn't even deserve to be debated. And the scenario about what you said of someone running around with all the most powerful styles isn't very likely. You would have to build a rather large amount of trust with multiple villages and that wouldn't be very easy.

iJwlz-kun Assuming they have that perk. Indeed, but once the teaching master (Or sharingan user) has copied the tech, they could just teach it to all their friends. Speaking of sharingan, now that EMS is gone, what are you gonna do with Cody's eyes? Cause giving one to David would totally be awesome.~ I probably did Mistah, simply because this debate has come up time and again, and it's never been something truly workable. You're right that it shouldn't need a system, but then just think, there are those who would take advantage of that lack of a system. I can easily imagine someone teaching someone a style not because they were convinced it was a good idea in the RP, but because they were friends outside the RP. If we could trust 100% of the people to be 100% fair and logical 100% of the time, we wouldn't need any systems at all, because that would be a perfect world. As for why we'd need Greg's approval? Because he's a VC. For changing something this massive, we need a majority of the crew to agree. Not a couple crew members and some of the regular members. ~ Kay, do you really think I'm going to rehash something you came up with and call it my own? For one thing, I'm not stating any definites. I'm saying this could be taken to the crew and debated as a possible system. None of that was in what you said as far as I can recall. Weren't you just looking for the right to waltz into mist and demand training from Luo? That's what the system would be STOPPING, not making possible.

I...could have Sasuke's mangekyo RIGHT now guys...I filled all the requirements, and even killed her best friend Cody...
Even though I SHOULD have had it....The FINE PRINT never says kill, merely defeat, and I defeated Aeden... :l Anyway..I pretty much have the mangekyo, and an extra set of eyes as well...
And...those eyes....are going to be put to something...maybe like a contest xD

If that is what you thought then clearly you haven't been paying attention to what I have been saying. NEVER did I say I wanted training from Luo or to go to mist at all. I just wanted to continue learning the style ALL YOU CREW MEMBERS allowed me to, and then it began. Right... that's why we actually read the posts we are arguing against right? That post was a typo right because you have been reading what we have been saying and not just posting to upset pepole and just generally break the douchebaggery rule right? Yeah I know.

You Could take Kay, all he can do is see every little twitch you make and use weapons and basic lightning style........ well, maybe the weapons would scrwe your puppets over..... lol

Not really, weapons don't do very much to puppets, unless it's a hammer... a big hammer... I don't know why people say puppets are weak against Taijutsu, when they aren't, they rape taijutsu/weapon user's the only thing that can really hurt a puppet is ninjutsu...And big Hammers.... And the whole " Puppet users suck at Taijutsu " Is also a lie. If you rpc, such as mine did, trains taijutsu before using puppets, he won't suck at it.

Not my Rpc, thanks to the last Kazekage, Koi, he can break a rock with his hands... And there is a reason why puppets ahave iron/steel so Taijutsu users don't break them. Apart from being strong he is also vvery good at ninjutsu and genjutsu, the reason why his "weakness" is weak ninjutsu, is cause I had to add one, if not, I would have most likely put something else.
