For the love of whichever god, I'm sick of this huge amount of ONLY breast cancer awareness! What about Prostate cancer, doesn't it have the highest mortality rate? And the fact that breast cancer awareness ads only show women, advertise "sisterhood" and hurray girl power. What the hell? My friend's grandFATHER died from breast cancer but I guess since he got a Y instead of another X he doesn't get included.

The campaigns I see include males as well as females, and there are many reasons why breast cancer is well known awareness. And it's not the ONLY one, that's an exaggeration. confused There are A LOT more awareness campaigns out there, A LOT more than just breast cancer.

Sikh, in the US we hardly see commercials for anything other than awareness for breast cancer which includes mostly nothing BUT females. I've seen like... 2-3 males? I swear, I see so much pink in my grocery store that it makes me gag. ._.
...after all those lies you told?

I nearly quit everything. I no longer find any joy in RP'ing. I used to be so very good at it, and ideas and posts would come to me in an instant. Now that's no longer the case.
I keep freaking out about things that really shouldn't matter, and making big deals out of something small.
I think I'm rather close to losing an important friend of mine. I know she thinks of me as a very good friend, and irreplaceable, but lately it feels like I'm just making things worse between us.
I was so happy last night. So very very happy.
Now, I'm not.
I hope things between us get resolved. I hope she feels better. I really hope she feels better. I don't want to lose her as a friend, but if I keep my behaviour up then I think it's very well going to happen.
I honestly have no idea what to say to her. I think she just needs her space, and I will give it to her. Hopefully when we talk again things will be better.

Every time I see it being used...I can't just go in and say something every time, especially when it was more than five posts ago...it's hard for me to mention it anyway, because that would involve not closing my browser window the moment I see it, which is what I generally have to do...but nobody else says anything either...ever...and every time it happens I just want to leave the guild because nothing is being done and I know nothing is going to be done...
This wouldn't be a problem if the world in general treated...it...the same way as its equals (see my previous post on the subject). But no...and since it's so commonly used and so widely accepted, the guild mods aren't going to just put in a rule that makes it just as consequented as its friends. And neither are the mods of any of my other guilds, nor, well, anyone else...
I want to throw up.
EDIT: For anyone who actually gives a s**t, which I doubt anyone really does but it doesn't hurt to mention it, there's an entire website devoted to getting people to agree with me (not me specifically, of course, but you get the idea). It's dot-org and everything. O.o Links can't be whitetexted so I'll imagelink:

I want to throw up. If you used Firefox I could get you add-on that'd replace all instances of that word with something else. "sheep" perhaps.

Even how to spot symptoms - they're all on the busses whee .
