No, If an ODST screamed, the others would kill him. Seriously.
They are trained to handle those drops, they do the same kind of training Spartans do, but at a normal human level.

1. ODSTs are called "Hell Jumpers".
2. ODSTs think going down in those drop pods is fun and pumps there adrenaline. Which gives them an advantage in combat.
3. ODSTs are strong enough to knock down a dazed brute. They are not pussies.
