She noddled as her bow came out quickly and she had an arrow formed of electricity and shot one arrow that split hitting all of his.
"there..... but that is just a regular move." She said seeing him closing in even more....

Tutsumi's figure faded out from that spot, as if it were a static image, and continued to come in and out until he was right in front of Fen. As he stopped in front of her, he gripped her by the throat and stared her down.
We agreed, fire and hand to hand only.

"You burned my clothes..." Fenris was still glaring at him, very pissed off at this fact. She knew she broke the rules, and that he had caught her. She was always easy to beat. She could never really fight; just teach.

I think it might be because I've seen what you can actually do. That, or the fact that you're blowing holes through rocks using no more chakra that john Q. Randomguy has.

He flash steps the remainder of the distance, and and launches a right hand punch aimed for her midrift that comes fast, and returns the the chambered position fast enough to make the fabric of his sleeves snap like a whip crack.

Shaking his head slowly, he released his grip on her throat and turned away. sakura petals would appear over Fen, covering her. A new set of fireproof clothing would appear on her; only thing was this was a tightly fit outfit.

Finished with his once-over, Seph went back into the office and shut the filing cabinet. He took out a pen and filled out a request for further supplies from The Office of Independent Medical Institutions in Durem.
Once complete, he folded it hotdog-style twice and slipped it into an envelope. He put the envelope into his back pocket and picked up his book, exiting the office and making his way out of the medwing and towards the kitchen.

As he did that she didn't have a chance to use her bow or anything fast enough as she got hit by his punch and she winced as she was sent back a little sliding on her feet as she got back up to her feet..........
She knew he wasn't going to be easy to try and dodge like this, he was fast.... much faster than her....

She grinned at his remark about chakra usage. "I'm learning not to be wasteful."

Fenris blinked, looking down at the new outfit. She was confuse beyond all belief. Looking back to Usagi quickly, she held up a finger as if to say, 'One second.'
Then, quickly she ran over to Tutsumi with a sad face. "I'm... sorry... I don't spar much... I'm horrible at fighting, Tutsumi. I'm like... a baby with a magic caster..." She chuckled at her analogy and smiled, looking up at him. "Forgive me...?"

He flash steps back 50 feet again, and frowns. "I'm sorry, It seems I don't know my own strength. I only ment for that to be a light warning tap. Are you ok to continue?"

Nodding slightly, Tutsumi ruffled up her hair before turning to Usag and waving slightly before heading for the kitchen. He had nothing to do, might as well eat something.

Seph opened his book flipping to the page he'd folded over and began reading again. He navigated the main room flawlessly, his nose buried in words and paper, but failed to notice a rebel chair that decided it's place was not under the table, but in the middle of the room. He bumped into it, back stepped and eyed it curiously before moving it to it's proper place.
