He pulls out some throwing needles, which in a way resemble acupuncture needles, and then says in a sharp tone. "Begin!" He takes up a stance that offers little defense and starts to indicate threw his body language the desire to close that gap of 50'.

She threw the kunai fast at him watching the needles as she took a step back and stood there confused wondering what he was doing.

Tutsumi's maneuver worked as she grabbed her chin and fell back. Twisting in the air, she landing in a crouch. While rubbing her now sore jaw, she hopped to the side, landing away from the blast of fire.
She sent a blast right back at him of fox fire.
Soon, a familiar energy signal caught her. Her heart skipped as she looked straight at Usagi. Eyes going wide at her oldest friend's rearival, she grinned.
Sneakily, Fen dashed of straight at him, sending a few 'homing' blue fire balls at Tutsumi. Once close enough, she hopped up behind Usagi, ruffled his hair, and hopped back down. She would have tackled im, but that would leave her completely open.
What brings you back, Inx? It has been forever!

Seph took the stack of papers, clapping them against the table to straighten them before standing and placing them into a filing cabinet. He pocketed his hands and slipped out of the Ijutsu office, making his way down the corridor to the back room, checking supplies and making sure all the rooms were s**c-and-span.

Fen was being reckless, and she'd pay for that. Tutsumi started to send the flames into a circular motion in front of him so it would absorb the fire as soon as it was supposed to hit him. Tut turned around quickly and snapped his fingers as Fen's clothing would catch on fire.

He launches an attack Aiming one of the needles at the Kunai, and two at her. The one launched at the Kunai pierces it, sending it off course. He continues to close the gap. readying more needles to attack with.

She looked at him and she jumped to the side out of the way of the needles as she took out two kunai, one in her mouth, the other in her hand as she stood there watching him.

Fenris felt the burning sensation all over her body. She lept into the fountain next to her, the water putting it out. Her clothing though, was not fire proof. and it was the last pair she had. Now she was pissed.
Glaring up at Tutsumi from the fountain, she suddenly dashed towards him. A large ball of blue fire appeared in both hands as she approached. Once close enough, six shadow clones appeared around him, each holding blue fire in the same way. The three on the right shot their balls at Tutsumi, whilst the other three hopped up into the air and shot out at him from up there.

"Uh...well, not quite. I've been practicing for about eight hours now, and I think that's what's doing it." She grinned sheepishly. "Scary, huh? As if anything I do is intimidating anymore."

Usagi's index finger froze in mid-scratch. His head slanted to the left to look at Fen. His other hand lifted the mask over his head, folding his ears over the back of his head as he let out a small laugh. Mist floated out from his mouth.
" ..Someone called- "
He sniffed the air, more from the chilly weather, raising an eyebrow at the floating Tutsumi and the developing duel between him and Fenris.
" ....? "

As she dodges he launches more needles. "Now block with an attack this time. Don't dodge. If you dodge you waist your energy switching between offense and defense."
