*shrugs* despite my fervent desire to not be a dad, from the moment we discovered the pregnancy, I was all in. My kids will never question whether or not I love them or want them. It happened, and that's that. Of course, number 2 was planned, so there.

Yeah, why have boring names, when odd ones are far more fun? rofl

Yeah, and giving pets normal human names always feels weird to me.

Yeah, just seems weird to have kids named Alice & Bob and a dog named Charlie, but it may just be me. xp

Perhaps. Then again, I have no room to talk. I hate my birthname, and have more than once considered changing my name to the moniker I was going to give my son . . . if he ever existed.
On a similar note, I'm tickled at work because we hired a guy who has the same name I go by. The store knows I HATE my first name, so some started calling me "Magni" or "Mr. Prime." Nobody has ever called me that on a regular basis before . . . and it is awesome. Makes me smile every time.

It is pretty cool that your coworkers call you by your handle. biggrin
Sorry for disappearing. My holiday week is madness with visiting relatives.

I get a huge kick out of it . . . "Mr. Prime" or "Prime Time" just make me smile so big- like a kid in a candy store.
No issue at all, dear friend. As you may have noticed, this place is dead as dead can be. I can be patient.
Still feel somewhat like a failure for letting this place die out. crying
