iAku-kun iJwlz-kun If a rule is out of date or not efficient, then it should be repealed. If that isn't true, I know quite a few people in the guild who would still be rather oppressed in the United States. I agree with you but...What are you talkin about :/ Jim Crow Laws >.>

Two puppet Jutsu I made, after he learns those two, he'll start creating extensions to the puppet dance, I doubt I'll have to wait till Chunin to do that... And most likely a Genjutsu or two, I need to expand his genjutsu.

iSix-kun oh look at that. here comes the almighty hinote to get us under control. not. You come in here to "your chatroom" calling us idiots and trying to control everyything with vauge and also disproven examples? On this subject your word means less than gregs here. Seriously idk where you two get your god complex from but Lose the insults and attitude when you talk to me. i speak to you with respect, you Will do the same or not at all understand? How bout we wait for lance to come resolve it before one of you personally offend yet another pothead with your bullcrap? Yes, because every post you made back there was just OOZING with respect. Why does everyone assume I was calling anyone an idiot? I said you're making yourselves look like idiots. How so? For one, purposely trying to incite anger in Greg of all people, is rather stupid. But mainly because you're ignoring what is said, purely because you want something he doesn't want to give you. He's given all of the reasons, yet you still pound away at it, and become more angry, and abrasive. Now, if there was a REALLY good reason for teaching someone outside your own village one of your styles, that would be one thing, but everyone who has pushed this to date, is just looking for someone to say they can walk right into another village, and get it handed to them, and it just doesn't work that way. If someone has been an amazing ally to your village, and you'd trust them with your very life, yeah, go ahead, teach them the style. But if a genin from another village came marching in the door and asked to be trained in your village taijutsu, there should be no way that would be allowed. And THAT is what everyone is looking for, and why the "rule" is in place.

And THAT is what everyone is looking for, and why the "rule" is in place. What I put in bold isn't even allowed with this rule, and what we've been really trying to reach. Again, we aren't saying the styles should be handed out willy nilly, but THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO IF THEY WANTED. Again, it's THEIR village style.

Well, the problem here is, once you have people handing out styles at all, you'll have people running around everywhere trying to get their hands on a foreign style, whether they have earned it or not.
Perhaps a system could be made, say maybe doing a few missions for the village in question to earn their trust. Or even just outright stealing a scroll on it somehow. There should be ways, but it should not be as easy as just walking up to the kage and demanding training.

Now, we're getting somewhere. Yes, I agree that there should be some sort of way to get the scroll. Again, we'll agree that we won't be able to teach it to anyone else. I'm not asking for the right to demand training, but for the training to be AVAILABLE.

It would still have to be run through the crew, meaning Gregar would have to approve it, and it would not be nearly as simple as the people who are pushing for it want if it was allowed. Because like Greg said, we don't want everyone running around with all the super powered styles. But you do seem to be forgetting one thing. There's always the ninja way to do it. Quote: Chuunin Observant Learner: (If the Teaching Master witnesses a jutsu being performed by a teacher they receive a -1 post learning bonus [this bonus stacks with the teaching master's highest learning/teaching bonus]; in addition after a battle or spar that the teaching master witnessed, they can choose one jutsu they saw an opponent perform and learn it even if they have no scroll or teacher [the teaching master receives no learning bonuses when attempting to learn the observed technique, all normal rules for learning the jutsu apply [meaning you still can't learn an element you don't have], the teaching master doesn't necessarily have to be a part of the fight, they could simply be an observer)
