We had to read this book for school, and now we have to write a critical review of it.
Personally I didn't like it that much; I found the writing style cloying. It reads like it was written for 6th-graders.
But if I say that, everyone will be all "OH MY GOD YOU ARE SUCH SCUM" because it's about a Jewish girl who escaped Vienna and spent World War II in London.

My website has been changed to a developer's blog, similar to that of what Jakobo has.

Well, say that you did like the storyline or something. You're just expressing that the writing style bothered you. But how was the story as a whole if it didn't have that issue?

Not bad.
It focused on music a lot. Makes sense, since the girl was a pianist. xP

I read the Diary of Anne Frank and found it extremely boring and plain. Same goes for the story of two young french jews who have to escape nazis. It depends on how a book is written. It might be written with the best intentions in the world, by a writer with the best intents, but if it's badly written it'll be a bad book. Just my 2 cents.

Well, Oblivion's officially amazing.
Who plays the voice of Uriel Septim (if anyone here plays it or knows)?

Captain Bachard [sp] Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek. He also does alot of narration for Science videos that deal with space. [link]

xd My computer back home could handle Oblivion. Man, Nick would die if I bought it and played it during the summer. I'd tell my parents that I'm taking my computer then. xDD
-edit- Patrick Stewart was also Xavier [sp] from X-men.
