The only new thing is that it has a 2nd level. But I was hoping it was going to be something other than just having the ability to learn the jutsu's from the other branch >.>

So there's three villages that wont be allowing anymore people to join, and a rouge village. So does that mean that a new recruit could only join the snow village?
