He then turned to Maddy,
"No falling asleep! gonk We need you awake so you can tell us when stuff happens... come party, it will keep you awake! cool "

Angel The Spark "Aww, really Dark?" Angel said. Apparently, someone was angry. Angel then went to the intercom room and played the song even louder. "Beat that!" The look on his face seemed to say he wasn't kidding. He then grabs himself a coffee from the kitchen.

Angel The Spark "Your a really good Bluffer," Angel said. He lowered the music just in case Dark wasn't. Dark was on his way back to his room before the music was turned down. He halts his progress and returns to the couch and sits. He sips his coffee and looks around. "And keep it down."

A water balloon magically appeared on the floor. Dante picked up the water balloon and threw it to the area beside Maddy so as to not hit her directly and invoke her wrath...

~Sanctus Espiritus... Maddy quickly teleported out of the way, appearing on the other side of the room on the floor. She gave a sigh, showing she was clearly a bit annoyed, and then her TADS began to ring. She sighed again and flipped it open, reading the message that popped up on the screen. "Pollution... in Vermillion..."... Redeem us from our solemn hour~

"I'm gonna have to go. I leave you my squirtle. I'l be back before our done." Ange walked through the teleporter and hoped Maddy would take good care of his squirtle.

"Think it's worth checking out?" Dante turned and asked Maddy and Dark.
He also hoped that the message would distract Maddy enough to forget about the water balloon for the moment.

I wonder what is up with Dark today... Dante thought to himself.
After lingering on that thought for only a moment, he walked through the teleporter and arrived on the beach.
He released Drifloon and was ready to head off.

"Hey, Maddy, Dark, Dante," I greet the Aquans on the beach, "Anything interesting going on?"
Xatu teleports up from HQ with Shuppet in tow.

~Sanctus Espiritus... Maddy and Star were waiting for everyone. "Ok, might as well explain what's going on before we get ourselves in the middle of this." She read through the message on her TADS again to make sure she completely understood it. "It seems that within the last half hour, the toxicity of the water around Vermillion has been increasing. The citizens don't know why, and it's our job to investigate. At this point, I'd be ready for just about anything. Now let's head off!" She hopped on Star's back and they took off....
