If you are on drugs I think you should just stay away from any vehicle... I mean seriously man. You never know what your brain might do or how it might react...

I do understand that.
I've never drove while high, or drunk. Always just walked or got a friend to drive me. And every high ride I've ever been on we've made sure the driver was going to stay sober and had the windows down to make sure they never even got a contact high.
Believe it or not, I believe in sober driving. Life's to short to take a risk that can end it even earlier.

I wish more people acted they way you say Joey.
Legalizing some drugs and taxing I also agree.
Not sure if more people would do it, those that do, do so regardless of the law so...

legalize the hardcore drugs.
Reason, the people are going to do them anyway. And, if they get ******** up and die. Oh well. Their decision.
Also, X isn't really addictive. Just ******** with seratonin levels.
There wouldn't be Crack, because crack is cheap coke. You would have pure cocaine.
The biggest reason s**t is so dangerous, is because dealers cut their s**t with other stuff and rapes you. If you get X that isn't cheap, it is mdma. If you get X that is cheap, it's meth. Meth will ******** kill you. So will heroin. But with controlled laws, people will be better about doing these things.
The drug cartels will have to cease their violence. Most of the people in jail are there because of drugs. So, instead of having to support all the idiots in jail over drugs with our tax money, they will lose that avenue of cash and therefore won't do it. sure they may try other crimes, then we just kill them. Or they won't do crime and pacify themselves with drugs.

I think it would be very hard to tax pot unfortunately. We have to many private producers and to many private buyers. And the government can't force every private seller and buyer to tax. That would put a strain on the government.

Aye, you make a good point. Pot would be harder to tax.
Unless you made it like a liquor store, need a permit to grow, need to sell through a specific store. You grow the pot, sell it to the stores, and the stores sell it.
It just might work.

Eh, we'll figure out how they do it sometime in the next decade most likely, or at least sometime in our lifetime.
Although I'd be pissed if they waited 'til I was 60. Of course.....That wouldn't stop me.

How will we control the shipments from druglords who sell it cheaper with no tax then? It is nigh impossible to catch them all. We can't even catch all the ones just hopping our borders by plan ship or even foot these days.

I dunno. It's just a hope for me man. Just let me imagine we can do this. I haven't smoked for a month and a half and I used to smoke all day erryday, it's been rough and I've been hoping.

Selling it cheaper than it already costs now, wouldn't be much money.
The reason the drug lords are rich, is because of bulk and price. we could easily undercut them. And even if people go about and do things illegally. Why would they? These drug lords could make their businesses legit. They would no longer have to waste their time with all the illegal s**t if they could make more money doing it legit with no worries of being decapitated or sent to jail for life.
I mean, it probably wouldn't be as optimistic as most people believe. But with enough minds working on it... it could work well.
The only real issue is the humanist nature of it all. If we legalize all these drugs, people will die. I think that is an individuals choice, if they want to throw away their lives okay. But then again i also don't believe in welfare, so that would make it even more difficult for the drug addicts to survive.
Well, in the end my opinions don't matter. I have no say in these matters.
And i could very well be wrong. This is just my current understanding.

I still say it will cause problems. If we do start legalizing any more drugs I will move to another country and work for my citizenship there. I know what it means to have drugged out people as my provider... "Do we want pot or food, hmm, pot of course. Who cares about our child."
That is my opinion... Just saying I will never do drugs, I have seen the problems with them. I wish they would make soda illegal as much as I like it. In truth if we do legalize pot then we will become a fatter and lazier country than we already are, just like Amsterdam's dumbass country.

I agree that drugs are bad. I don't want to do them anymore either. I have seen my friends get permafried, others died.
I just don't think that it is our choice what people poison themselves with.
I do agree that we will be fatter and lazier. Fact is, it doesn't matter, we will all be Chinese before to long.

You guys sure are making the tax issue complicated. Tax pot the same way you tax tobacco. Done. The druglords could sell for the same price, plus the tax, in their own business. Make the same amount of money, be legal.
I don't think hard drugs should be legalized because they have the potential to put others around you in danger. But that little topic right there is a shitstorm.
China's not going to take over America and Europe. We hate each other, but we hate China even more. Because, you know, they're kind of dicks.
