Yes, non-canon characters are accepted. However, you have to apply as a canon character first. o0O

XD No! It's not a ToS RP. It's a RP where people from any anime/manga/game are being transported from their world into Twilight. So you can join as a character from any anime/manga/game, INCLUDING ToS. Sorry for the confusion XD
