How can you tell if someone has more Cps then you?
and do you have to give up Cps to learn a technique?

No, You train for a Certain Tech and you get the chakra points and the tech, They have pofiles but your RP character does not know of the profiles.

Ace- quit being a jack a**! i lost horribly. surprising huh? i was attacked by everyone at once throughout the whole game, it was 2v6 and they wouldnt leave me allone.

I could have killed you in several much more unpleasant ways which would have extended your agony into what would seem like several lifetimes of pain.
