As his eyes scan the perimeter, Reeve sees Fen woefully underdressed next to the fountain. He sighs. He shouldn't go out there. He shouldn't care. Shouldn't give a flying f. But he does. And, out there he goes.
" Fen?"

Fenris blinked, hearing her name being called. She looked up, then over to Reeve with distant eyes before looking back down. She held her hands tight together as she became nervous around him. After what he said to her, who wouldn't be?

With that, he shrugs out of his coat and drapes the heavy, warm thing over her shoulders.
" Hate me or not, I'm not gonna let you freeze out here."

Fenris didn't look up. She nodded very simply before hugging the coat around her. Her throat started to ache, shaking a bit. With an unsteady sigh, she sent him a telepathic message instead of speaking. Thank you, Reeve...

Reeve reaches under her chin, gently, almost timidly, lifting her face to look at him.
" You're too cold. We're gonna go inside, get some tea in you, warm you up, and then you're gonna tell me what we can do about this." He says it matter-of-factly in tone, but his voice almost cracks in apprehension.

Fenris blinked, letting him move her face up to look him in the eyes. She bite her lip, her eyes darting to the side before nodding slightly and slowly getting to her feet. She wobbled a bit, her knees feeling weak. Sure...

Fenris gave him a strange look, frowning. She was confused. Her head hurt. His tone sounded weird. Why was it cold again? It was warm yesterday, wasn't it?
With a soft yawn, she closed her eyes half way, putting her weight on him to relax as he helped her inside.

He walks her inside, setting her down on a couch. After that, he pulls a blanket from beneath the sofa and drapes it over her.
" Tea...right....what kind ya want?"

Hot chocolate...? She kept her gaze down, bringing her her legsup against her chest for warmth; wrapped the blanket and voat wround herself. Her tummy ached though as she frowned and tried to think of something. And maybe a muffin?

"On it," he says, making his way to the kitchen. A short time later he returns, hot chocolate and muffin in hand. He sits beside her, yet distant, holding the foodstuffs out to her.

She accepts it, staying hidden in her mass of blankets. placing the muffin to the side for now, she went straight to th hot chocolate to sip it. Thank you.

Fenris nodded, staying quiet after that. She didn't know what to say that would not spring up a fight. She just wanted to enjoy the solitude and not make today shitty.
