Fate enters her apartment through the door. She took a moment to sigh, and finding her inner frustration at her latteral situation, slams is violently. The wood splinters slightly around the edges.
Scowling abit, she wanders to the living room. To her amazement, Silver's laptop was still there. Fate wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't been for the red blinking light. "What's this?" Slyly, she opens the lid and looks into the screen. It reads in bold blue letters: NEW WEREMAIL MESSAGE(s): 1. She quirked a brow, having never been introduced to a laptop formerly. The Vampire managed to open the message.

Fate,
These few months have been glorious. Thank you for standing by my side.
As the war of the races progresses, however, I fear I come bearing bad news. This was the only way I could contact you. Dusk has called me to duty. I can't say what.
Please forgive me for not telling you sooner. I know this is hard on us all.
Again, thank you for our time. You taught me how to feel and love again.

Fate gaped. "..S..Silver?" Her limp trembled. "DAMN IT!" Fate knocked the laptop onto the floor with a swipe of her hand. The screen flickered and dimmed. Eventually, the system shut down completely. "Why?!" She collapsed onto the couch, feeling alone and empty. "..How could you.." She tucked her arms beneath her, and upon seeing the scar on her wrist, began sobbing uncontrollably. "We..shared..your..blood.." Fate gasped between wails. "..I..trusted..I TRUSTED YOU!" Her entire face was soaked, her hands and arms too. Tears streamed down her neck in a fashion she'd never experienced. The message was almost like the note Fate had left her adopted mother the day she fled Tokyo. Fate continued to weep, believing the tears would never stop. "No no no no.." She repeated to herself. "..It can't be..true.." She heaved for air. The tears drenched the hair around her face and neck. They dripped onto the couch fabric gracefully. "..Why.."

Astarte slowly walked up the stairs towards Jacks apartment. It was the only place she could think of to go. She opened the door and walked in. She sniffed the air, the sweet smell of his scent filled her nostrals. She closed the door and walked to the bed.

She meandered about, looking for a blood pack. There was none she could find. She sighed and went into the bathroom. She looked at her face in the mirror. "Bleh...I should run away. This place is bad news." She said to her reflection. She noticed blood on her face and quickly splashed it away. "What was I thinking? Envy...of all things I let envy control me!" She told herself.

She wiped her face off and went back to the bedroom. She grabbed a pillow and hugged it close. "What am I gonna do? I'm public enemy number one. What will I do." She sighed and began to cry.

Sabrina blinked at Zero. "What are you talking about Zero?"

She laid down, gripping the pillow tighter, trying to ignore the demonic aura she sensed. She cried louder and heavier.
