Deep Vermillion If I'm gonna read them, they better be. X) But I'll keep an eye out. I've got a bunch of books to read at the moment, but I can always use more. I love his writing. He has the perfect blend of character development and techno-bullshit. His earlier books are classics, but Timeline is amazing, too. You do have to have some skill in the suspension of belief, but it all flows nicely and realistically. As realistic as time-travel-that-is-really-only-dimensional-travel can be, that is. whee

AllianceSJR I highly reccommend them. Search out The Andromeda Strain, Congo, Jurassic Park, and The Lost World first. They're infinitely better than their respective movies. Have you ever read "The Terminal Man"?

Usagi Zendrake Have you ever read "The Terminal Man"? Someone had checked it out every time I went to the library, but that's next on my list.

Hey all! So this is where to convo is? It took me a min to realize the guilds would still be operational.
What's going on? I'm working on that kamiki doll. What a pain in the a**. Any suggestions on clothing? I can't make up my damned mind.

Regardless, the odd timetravel story every now and then can certainly be fun. Maybe I'll swing by the library and see what they have once I've finished my current book. Morning, sleepywings. Hey Sally and Usagi. How are you all?

Hey, DV.
It's been a rather boring day today. No Gaia to speak of. Nothing much to do around the house. I got a bit of straightening up done, but there's plenty more to do before guests show up on Thursday.
Oh! And I have to take my car back in tomorrow morning because they've got the part in and are supposed to "fix" it.

AllianceSJR They make many really, really, really bad games loosely based on that premise. True, true. But specifically based on Timeline, I mean. I've never played it, so for all I know, it's a great game. *shrug* Quote: Ooh, what are you reading now? At the moment, I'm reading the book of Chuang Tzu (and I think I prefer the Tao Te Ching, to be honest.) as well as an old Elric-novel I found lying around. Usagi Zendrake Hey, DV. Ahh, okay. smile That should be fun. Having guests is (usually) nice, preparing for them... perhaps not so much. Take plenty of pics. <3 Quote: Oh! And I have to take my car back in tomorrow morning because they've got the part in and are supposed to "fix" it. Eigth time's a charm? sweatdrop I'll keep my fingers crossed, at least.

I thought they made Timeline into a movie. Did that come out already and I didn't notice?
