Maddy shrugged.
"I've just been in a rut lately. I think I'm over it now."
She stretched, cracking her back and arms.
"I was standing in one spot for an awful long time, though. I wonder if that was what people call a mental breakdown."
Maddy then sighed.
"Wanna keep going to Nimbasa City?"

Marshtomp smacked Caleb in the head.

"OW! What the-" Caleb shouted, turning to his pokémon. Marshtomp gestured to the other Aqua members gathering. "Yeah I know...we already took care of the problem..." Caleb pointed out. Marshtomp insistently gestured to the others. As Caleb opened his mouth to protest again, Marshtomp raised his arm. Caleb sighed exasperatedly. "Fiiiiine..." he grumbled, walking back to Allen and Maddy.

Marshtomp clapped his hands and hurried along after his trainer.

Maddy waved as the others joined them and without a word, began to lead them onward to Nimbasa City. She was thinking that the smaller town would be a more ideal place for Team Aqua to camp out and she wanted everyone to scout it out with her first.

It didn't take long, but soon the lively community of Nimbasa City was bustling around them. The town never stopped with so many contests, gym battles, and the attraction of the amusement park.
Maddy turned to her companions. "I'm thinking we should move from the small hotel in Castelia to somewhere here."
She frowned. "There's just too many Plasma members in Castelia. I love the city, but they're gonna start noticing us eventually."
Honestly, she thought it was a miracle that they had already gone so long without drawing Plasma's full attention to themselves.

Caleb rubbed the back of his head where Marshtomp had smacked him. "Did you really have to hit me that hard?" he asked. Marshtomp shrugged. Probably not.

Caleb just shrugged whenever Maddy suggested that they should move locations. Not like it was a big deal to him. Besides the noise of the bustling city and the amusement park; there wasn't that much of a difference in sound. It was clear to him where he'd rather be anyways.

"OW!" Caleb winced as Marshtomp hit him again. Marshtomp waggled a finger at him. Now was not the time to be homesick Caleb.

"I suppose we all should." Maddy said in response to Allen's question. "I can't be the only one involved in decision making all the time."
She shoved her hands in her pockets and looked around them all. Did they want to see a contest? Battle some trainers in the local gym? Or seek some thrills at the amusement park?
"Honestly, I'm not sure what we should do first. I can think of some pretty fun options."
Maddy wondered what other thrills awaited them in the city.

Caleb seemed to have disappeared, only to return carrying a small box. "Put some money in what I thought was a vending machine...instead of getting a drink...I get a iPod. Go figure..." he shrugged.

Marshtomp had a mischievous look on his face. He was going to have fun with that little device for sure.

Maddy smiled. "Then it's agreed. We'll go to the contest hall first!" She then looked over at Caleb and his Marshtomp. "Oooooh, you guys should try to win me one later. I'd like one for my new Dwebble."

They proceeded to the Contest Hall. The large building was brightly colored and elaborately decorated. Maddy stopped them all in their tracks in the middle of the main hall.
"Do you guys want to participate or watch? I'm more of a battler, so I'll settle for watching." She said, a smirk on her face. "But I'd gladly cheer one of you on from the stands."

Hmmmm, Allen had never really put any thought into coordinating, maybe it could be fun. "I'll try, but don't you have to have a pass for these kinds of things?" Regardless he stepped around Maddy, interested, at least in seeing the interior. He noticed a screen showing off the final moments of a previous ribbon winner's finals match. He looked back at everyone else with the face of pure glee. His eyes were practically spewing glitter.
